We chose to work with All Energy because the explanation of our potential solar gain was precise and every question we had got answered with plenty of detail. We also heard good things about their work from others. The process was clear, the workers always helpful and prompt, and when a part was working properly enough for them, it was immediately replaced. We have solar now!

Focus on customer satisfaction

Sales and support teams have worked to answer my questions and follow up to ensure I understand/am satisfied. Electrician worked with me to make wiring runs in places they would not be aesthetic problems, though more complex than planned. Clearly a large amount of growth and some of the junior team members seem to need more support yet.

Quality and customer service

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, patient with answering questions, responsive to questions, respectful install team and certifications/ professional organization seals. It took almost a year from the sate we signed the contact to installation and the project manager never failed to call or email us every 2 weeks to keep us informed on progress.

Great experience with All Energy Solar!

We first started looking into home solar options in 2017. Had some initial conversations with Brandon at All Energy Solar and a few others. It took over a year to decide to move forward, and we looked at a few different vendors. However, I am very glad we decided to use All Energy Solar. We completed our install in August of 2019. Every part of the contracting, financing, planning, and installation process went flawless. Excellent response time from our sales and project management team and everything was clearly explained as it happened. We have a 9 kWh system that has been generating as expected/projected and it was great having Xcel Energy owe US money for once. We also have a couple of neighbors that went with other vendors that offered less expensive options. They have had some challenges with install and the vendors single inverter option (vs. the micro inverters All Energy installed with our system). Again this is something you get what you pay for in terms of quality, so do your research and don't go for the cheapest bid. This is an evolving industry and not all vendors are equal.

Would absolutely repeat the experience of going solar with AES.

We worked with All Energy Solar through the summer of 2019 and they helped guide us to a 16KW field on our roof and two Tesla Powerwalls in our basement. The installation was straightforward and AES's crews were professionals. AES also put us in contact with a lender that specializes in green energy loans with low interest rates. We really like the look of the field on our roof, the performance is fantastic and the warranty extends well past the expected payback date. Our December power bill is half of our normal and we expect the majority of the year to have no power bill at all. Thanks again, AES.

Great experience getting solar panels

All Energy Solar had competitive rates, responded quickly to my request for more information and were easy to work with. Brandon gave me an estimate of what our site could produce and the cost of panels and installation during our first meeting. Annalise was our project coordinator. It's a long process and she did a terrific job of keeping us updated. The installation crew spent time explaining what they were doing and did a great post job cleanup. I was worried the panels and conduit would look ugly but the installers did a good job hiding the conduit and the panels themselves look great on our roof. I am happy with the product and the service from All Energy Solar.

Great Installations and Support with both of my homes

Making the decision to reduce carbon emissions.

From my first meeting at my home with a sales consultant from All Energy Solar, I felt a culture in this company to listen to why I wanted to make a decision to add solar as a source of energy to our home. I visited their office/workplace in St. Paul and was reaffirmed by this culture of commitment in helping to make the world a better place. The entire team from the sales consultant, estimators, technicians, installers and most of all, the project coordinator were outstanding! They were clear, conscientious, and thorough throughout the entire project.

Great solar provider

We have had our solar system up and running since early June 2019.Alex and Mike came out to show us what the system would do and look like and estimate cost. They were very professional and answered all our questions. We talked it over for about a week and went for it and are very happy we did. They told us they would have it installed this summer which we thought might mean by September. To our surprise we were making solar energy by June 3rd! Once we were signed up and made our down payment we were contacted by Megan ,the project coordinator. She really could not have done a better job of communicating to us each step of the way. She would answer all of our questions quickly , we were never left hanging wondering if she would get back to us. The whole All Energy team went above and beyond to make this system work for us.

Smooth install

Start to finish easy and painless. Starting with Dave made it simple and easy to understand,no hard sell just honest facts. Then there is Carlos who i bugged the heck out of but he took it with a smile and an answer every time. He was fun to work with. After that came the installation and dont remember all the installers names. But all the installers and electricians (Mike) were real nice and friendly,clean and skilled. They did a great job,answered all my questions. Would i recommend them ? With out any hesitations. Our solar has only been up for about a month and half. Our first bill was 56 bucks because it wasn't a full month of production. Our previous bill was 207 so i would say it doing its job. If it continues at this pace out electric will be zero and some extra banked. Thank you All Energy Solar. Five stars and then some !!

The planet is thanking All Energy Solar

To my husband and I along with our boys, going solar was a very easy decision. Both our sons are going to college (undergrad and grad school) to help combat climate change. Every piece we do will help save this planet and with AES it is even easier to get off the grid and do your part. The customer service from every person you work with is superb. I cannot tell you how thrilled we are to have "gone solar."

Worked with all energy solar for my solar needs. Wha impressed me was their employee retention. I had originally contacted them 7 years ago for a previous home. That deal fell through due to a number of personal factors. When I called back, I happened to get the same sales rep ... AND HE REMEMBERED US! Not just us, but the details of our previous house. As someone who’s spent most of their career in customer service, this was very impressive. The process was long due to coordination with our energy company and equipment orders, but very smooth and I was contacted at every other week with updates. Even when there was not update, they would still call me. The price was a little higher than competitors, but the financing options actually made the long term total expense less than the other companies we entertained. The installation took only a day and then had to wait on the energy company again for meters. I’ve now received my first monthly bill from the credit union, and my first bill from the energy company. True to the sales pitch, my energy production offset my consumption, and then some, and my net between the two was the same as my energy bill alone used to be. I would absolutely use all energy solar for future solar needs. They have been excellent in every way, every step of the way.

Amazing Group of Professionals

I contacted All Energy Solar in April to see if my home would be a viable candidate. Alex came out and clearly explained everything. He also covered optional ways to pay, federal rebate program, and Excel Energy's role. In May John came out and did the engineering site visit to design our system. Our install was completed in August by All Energy Solar's crew #6, electricians Craig and Sean with roof team of Thaber and Max. Smooth as silk, what a terrific crew! Throughout the process my home office contact was Marilea. All Energy Solar is an amazing group of professionals. All inspections passed first time. If you're thinking about going solar, All Energy Solar would be a good choice. They'll take care of you.

Flawless process

All Energy Solar worked with me through a roofing project as well as the installation of the solar panels over a six month timeframe. They were there to keep me advised of their time line and were flexible as I worked with the roofer as well. Their project coordinator kept everything on task with plenty of lead time at each step of the way. Couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of the staff. The final product is everything I had hoped for as well.

Great company, great people!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Every person I have worked with has been helpful and positive and has resolved every question I had along the way and I had a lot of questions. Between the time I committed to have the panels installed on my residence and turning my system on last month, we had a tornado, my house had to be re-roofed and re-sided, meanwhile our energy company started to threaten extra fees for solar, and the legislature tried to eliminate solar credits and I got very nervous. Marilea was very patient and researched all of these issues to allay my concerns. The installation crew and all the support services have been professional, polite, and prompt. My budget billing on my utilities has dropped from $213 per month to $90 per month already. Everyone should jump on the opportunities to install solar now while tax credits are still in place. It only makes sense and it feels great. Many neighbors have stopped by to ask about my panels already. As Nike says, "Just do it!"
