Excellent experience with All Energy Solar

Friends had referred me to All Energy Solar and one attended the first meeting I had with David when I received the initial quote and loan options and rebates were explained. My friend couldn't have been more pleased with the quote. There were some delays for my project because of construction (on my end) and Carlo was with me every step of the way keeping me informed all the while. The process was easy, everyone I worked with was nice, and I have already seen lots of savings on my electric bill!

Months After Install, Seeing Great Results

I waited until we had some time to see the panels in action to write this, mainly because I wouldn't have known what to say at first. We researched solar quite a bit before making the leap, and I'm glad that we did, because we couldn't be happier with out purchase so far. We've been seeing good results, and months after the install was completed they have still been in contact with us to check in or to make sure we don't have any questions. It goes a long way to allowing us to use the panels and the interface to the fullest. One huge plus for All Energy was that they offer financing through an in-house partner, streamlining the entire process and keeping everything assigned to one or two people. We were in close contact with the sales rep who initiated the process, and the project coordinator, who was great to work with. They handled everything from the first site visit to the completion of the work, including the loan documents through Sunlight Financial. Other companies offered a quote and directed us to seek out a loan elsewhere, but with All Energy they were able to provide the panels and installation, and a loan through their partner that they were able to structure to mirror our utility bill. They were able to provide projections and plenty of data to show what we can expect, and so far they were very accurate with those numbers. The project coordinator Jill was amazing. She communicated well what we should expect, when to expect it, and was able to work with us on unexpected problems with the schedule due to weather and holidays. They lived up all of the expectations we had of them, and were a real pleasure to work with. I have recommended All Energy to several people already.

Solar installation

All Energy Solar was very pleasant to deal with . Starting from the sales presentation until we went on line all staff were professional and courteous. I am very happy with the final result. Carlo was great to work with, he kept me informed as the project progressed and answered all questions thoroughly. The installers even cleaned up the work site when they were finished.

Great experience

The entire process working with All Energy Solar was amazing. They made everything simple and straightforward. David was great and very patient while preparing the quote and explaining the loan options. Once we started the project, Carlo was amazing about keeping us in the loop throughout the installation and getting set up on the SMART program. The installation itself also went really well. Great System, Great Price, Best Solar installer

Great company to pick, 5 starts all around. Starting with the sales cycle with David and system sizing and the most competitive price including production and consumption monitoring. His quote was compared to 4 others. System design and production projection is right on the money. The project management and the step by step walk through the entire process from install to SMART payment with Carlo was a breeze. Install crew clean and professional, done on time as promised and ecstatically it looks great. I haven't paid an electric bill since the system was turned on. They even set up a meeting between the Owner of the company and I to go over some design and production concerns i had, and he spent a full hour in a very informative conversation. All in all i would use them again and recommend them to all my friends and Family.

Great Experience

We chose All Energy because we contacted 4 local All Energy customers and the three who responded were really enthusiastic about the people who worked for All Energy, the quality of the materials and their prices. Alex came out to our house and did a great job of explaining how the system would work. During his visit, he gave us a PowerPoint proposal detailing the materials, the costs, the credits we were eligible for and when our electric bill savings would pay for the system. Annalise kept us informed about the progress of our install and was prompt in returning our e-mails or calls. This was especially critical because our install was delayed by more than 2 months. Through no fault of All Energy, but due to the high volume of people worldwide installing solar, first our inverter and then our panels became unavailable. Annalise kept us updated through everything. Our install was scheduled for Nov. 2019, but was not installed until January 2020. Because of this we lost 4% of the federal tax credit. Without our even having to ask, All Energy rewrote the contract lowering the price we paid for the system by this 4%. Everyone from All Energy who came out to our house was friendly and professional. The company took care of all the paperwork associated with installing solar and interconnecting with our electric company. We had a great experience with All Energy and highly recommend them.

Professional, attentive and all inclusive

I have recently had my solar system installed by All Energy Solar. I had friends that were clients and had given me great reviews. I had meetings with other companies and then had a meeting with David D’Onofrio from All Energy. He was the most professional and informed representative I had spoken with. All my questions were answered immediately. Those that he didn’t have answers for, which were few, were answered swiftly. The project including all interfaces with the multiple agencies were professionally completed. The installation crew was efficient, organized and I enjoyed having them around. I especially want to thank Carlo Maloni who was there for me throughout the entire process. I couldn’t have had a better person to guide me through the entire process. He was attentive, organized and professional. Never did I feel unattended. Carlo was seamless in his oversight of the project and I got to say he never lost his cool. He had a wonderfully positive attitude throughout the whole project. So if you’re thinking about solar I highly recommend All Energy. I had a building and design firm in Manhattan for thirty years. It’s all about the details and I appreciated their attention to detail. They never hesitated to attend to all the little things that make for a great job. I highly recommend them.

Our positive experience with All Energy Solar

When we decided to go 'all in' for solar energy production, we looked into several providers, and based on several factors, including a friend who was in the field and knew All Energy Solar, we chose to go with this company. The attention to our questions, interests, and education on many aspects we were not aware of, was exceptional, from start and through the final phases of the process. We are now producing energy and will begin the process of learning in real-time, how we use electrical energy as well as what we are able to do to produce some energy back into the system.

I already recommended All Energy to my friends!

I want to thank you very much for a great job All Energy Solar! I was contacted by 4 different companies. I chose All energy because of professionalism, experience and also because this is local company that I want to support. I met David, the Sales Manager and then Carlo the Project Coordinator. Both where very professional and helpful. They respond very quickly, and it looks like there is nothing impossible for them. They took the time to explain it to me, so I totally understood everything. David walked me through the process and showed me how the design will look like, where they will be installed on my roof and how much I will save. The process was pretty fast and smooth. They came out to measure the roof, then the panels were installed and couple week later after inspections, I was hooked up. I am really happy I chose to work with such a good company. Tech guys were very professional and even the installation was in the middle of winter they did a great job. I had been paying an average of $450 per month to Nation Grid. Now I got second invoice and even in January and February I paid half of the previous bill. After two months of working I can say that the solar produce more power than I got on final proposal. I'm more than 100% sure that that was my best decision that I made last year, I see that I’m saving money and this installation will be paid off much faster than expected. I already recommended All Energy to my friends. I'm sure that they will install solar panels also after I show them how they are working; how nice they look like and how much I’m saving. Now they are jealous that I was right when choosing solar panels and All Energy.

Solar Installation

Overall we are very pleased with the performance and the installation of our solar system. As of the 2nd week of March we are producing more electricity than we are consuming. We have particularly pleased with the performance of our sales contact, Ryan Prosser and our project manager Annalise Dobbelstein. Both have been great with very timely responses to questions and concerns. The install was quick and all the workmen were skilled and courteous. After a few setbacks due to weather and supply issues we got a system that is functioning well and on budget. The only negative was communication with our first program manager who was hard to reach and not answering questions. That person is no longer with the company. I would highly recommend All Energy Solar to anyone who has questions as to the feasibility and installation of a solar energy system.

Ground Mount In Ma

As someone who is very familiar with solar and the solar process, I wanted to write this review about All energy solar. 5 years ago I went through the solar process in MA and had a 5 kW system placed on my roof. I did not know about All Energy Solar and used another company (Astrum). However, the solar system on my roof has worked extremely well, and has paid for itself already! The down side, is that the company I went with is no longer in business Last year, as the Federal and State credits were to start phasing out, I decided to add more solar to my system to get to net 0 (I wanted to make as much energy as I used). With my roof full, my only option was a ground mount system. My location presented some challenges (trees, hard ground, large rocks etc..) and there are not a lot of solar companies that advertise for ground mounts. I reached out to several different companies and had them give me there best design. Some companies refused to even come out, sighting “bad conditions for solar”, even after I told them I had cleared an area! All Energy Solar came out, took measurements, sat down and designed a system right then and there! After some back and forth, about placement, panel type and maximizing the system, we had a design! It was that easy. After comparing the designs of the other companies (that bothered to come out), it was clear that All Energy Solar had listened to what I wanted and had designed the best system for me. During this time, the Ma incentives suddenly changed, and I was under the gun to get the system registered with the state in time. All Energy Solar went out of their way to make sure that they had everything in place (on their end) to meet the extremely tight timeline! When I signed the contract with All Energy Solar, they also guaranteed me installation by the end of the year, so that I would not miss the Federal tax credits. As things happen, the weather last fall was not conducive to installation! Snow, bitter cold, frozen ground etc.. it put All Energy Solar behind. They were afraid that they might not be able to install the system by the end of the year deadline. I asked Carlo Maloni (the project coordinator) if there was anyway he could get this done. A couple days later, he called me and promised that the system would be installed by the end of the year deadline. He said “We signed a contract and made a promise to you, we will find a way to complete this project”. He was true to his word and the The All Energy Solar team work together to make sure that I had my system installed, they finished on Dec 31, 2019! Since I have gone through this process twice, I can give you my perspective on how the All Energy Solar process compared to my first installation. All Energy Solar was faster with their design, they were competitive with their price and they understood the State and Federal laws! Quality installation, Great Customer Service

I had a 7.24 kW system installed last summer and we couldn't be happier. The solar is cranking and since we've opted to have an additional monitoring system that tracks our home's energy consumption in real-time, we've been able to change our energy usage habits to maximize our solar production. This means we've retired our crockpot and try to only use big energy loads like running the dishwasher and laundry machine while the sun is up so those big energy loads are solar-powered. Could not be happier

Could not be more pleased. They handled everything from day 1. Was super easy and convenient and the system has exceeded even their lowest estimates. They aren’t pushy and don’t inflate your solar potential. David and Carlo were always available by cell anytime I needed them and were very prompt with answering any questions. The installers were all very professional and did great work. Can’t say enough good things. Don’t even bother shopping around I did all that for you.

I could not be happier with All Energy. They gave me the most appealing bid out of multiple solar companies, and from start to finish, everyone did a stellar job. My project coordinator, Megan, calmly guided me every step of the way (I had lots of questions, as I know very little about solar power). Communication was excellent from everyone throughout the process. I was initially frustrated with the delay in actually getting the panels installed once the contract was signed (seems like these guys are booked solid, which is a good sign I guess), and the actual date of install was pushed from December 2019 into 2020, so the federal rebate dropped from 30% to 26%, BUT All Energy made up this difference and directly refunded me the 4% (they write this into each contract) AND they ended up getting me the regional rebate with MN Power which became available in January 2020, so it could not have worked out better for me financially. The install team was quick and cleaned up after themselves. Colin, the consultant, provided a thorough debriefing on how to monitor production. My system has been online for two weeks now and I've already been producing about 30% more KWh per day than I consume...and it's February in Duluth, MN!

Very professional and fast. Extremely happy with the process.

After receiving several quotes from multiple solar installation companies we chose to go with All Energy Solar. They came highly recommended from two other people we knew. We entered the process skeptical that a company would be as good as the reviews claimed. They were better. David (their salesperson) was very quick to meet with us and discuss all options and answer all questions we had. He explained everything very thoroughly and is the most honest salesperson I have ever met. He was not there to sell us a giant system that would not be sized for our home. He went through all the numbers and explained how the process would evolve until the completion of it. Carlo (project coordinator) was always accessible during the installation to answer any new questions. He communicated frequently and kept us up to date on what was happening and the time frame of each step. If we left a message he was very quick to respond. The installers were all very professional and respected our home. They cleaned everything up and were very polite. I can not properly express our gratitude enough to David, Carlo, and all the great people we met during our installation. Thank you all for your honesty professionalism and quick turnaround. There is no better company out there. You will not fail with this company.

Excellent experience from start to finish!

I met with several solar companies and All Energy Solar was the right choice! Every question I had up front was answered immediately and I knew exactly what I was getting for equipment, rebates and cost. The installation is super clean with very little conduit visible! The install process was very fast and smooth as well. David and Carlo were always available for any questions I had and ensured the project kept moving along. I would recommend All Energy Solar over any of the other companies which only try to push for leases.

A company that is growing the solar industry with integrity

I chose All Energy because in 2016/17, when my family was all-in on solar sourcing our rural homestead's electricity, All Energy staff were outstanding in responding to our request for detailed technical advice and support. When we asked for some help sorting out what a Powerwall 2 house battery might provide and whether it was a good fit for our situation, All Energy had already qualified as the sole Tesla-certified Powerwall installers in Minnesota. The vice-president of the company spent hours on the phone with us, and their field staff who inspected our existing feed and proposed garage mount site uncovered issues they could then resolve ahead of the project, factors that other prospective installers had never evaluated. Every member of their installation team that we've met in our original solar install and the add-on solar capacity project we did in fall of 2019 was professional, skilled, and careful. In almost all cases they've provided timely answers to questions and listened carefully to our concerns. The electricians and roof installers worked well in concert to simplify and clean up the installation wire runs and final locations of the inverters, panels, and batteries. All Energy is a firm that is growing rapidly to serve the demand for their product; I hope that going forward they are able to provide the level of customer intake, planning, and technical evaluation support for prospective customers that they were able to offer our family. Our experience with All Energy inspired four other local solar projects in the course of just one year. Some of our friends who went solar with All Energy did occasionally struggle to get the same breadth of customer support as we did with our 2017 project.It can't be an easy challenge to grow out capacity on their staff to serve a rapidly expanding market. I wish them luck and am incredibly grateful we connected with All Energy when we did.

All Energy. Jeff was very knowledgeable about solar and all the incentives. He was upfront and honest. I felt confident right away this was the company I wanted to use. The installers were very professional and did a quality job. This was in spite of challenging weather conditions. Megan and everyone did a great job coordinating with each other making sure things got done the right way. The finished project definitely shows the quality and workmanship and vertical rib steel roof allowed for a very clean and neat job. No roof penetrations at all.

Happy with my system!

I had a variety of questions and options for placement right out the gate and had every thought addressed in a timely manner. Once a deal was signed my inspection, structure reinforcement and install window happened to fall directly over the Thanksgiving-Christmas season yet still managed to beat expectations for timing. I was kept in the loop about all steps in the process and wasn't ever left wondering about how things works or what comes next. Overall I'm quite satisfied and would recommend All Energy Solar.

He was upfront and honest not like other solar companies. I felt confident right away this was the company I wanted to use. That being said It was a pleasure working with everyone who aided in the completion of the project. The installers were very professional and did a quality job. After some comparisons and research, I chose All Energy Solar to do the PV installation on the new house I was designing and building here in western MA. Carlo Maloni became our project manager and customer liaison, and my wife and I were consistently impressed with his performance as the "face" of All Energy Solar. My project went very well. All parts of the team worked together
