I had been considering stepping up to renewable energy for some time, when I received a mailed invitation to a free consultation. My All Energy sales rep was very patient, thorough and direct in his assessment of my particular situation. He gave me several scenarios and installation options and from what I can now tell was conservative in his payback estimate. I pulled the trigger the end of January of 2020, unaware of the pandemic year that was to follow. Despite those challenges we were able to proceed in a timely fashion and the work crew that was on site was respectful, courteous and obviously well trained, from the head electrician to the rooftop installers. I was kept informed through the entire process by the project manager of what was happening and what was coming next. And I still recall the excitement that summer day when we threw the switch to put the array on line and began producing electricity. Even some small cosmetic damage that occurred was quickly arranged to be repaired and paid for without me having to lift a finger. In spite of delays that I caused waiting for some roofing repairs I wanted completed prior to the install, I was very pleased with the entire process, including the post- installation follow up that All Energy provided. I can now monitor my entire system on my phone app and follow daily, weekly or monthly production progress. And, my most recent utility bill of 0.22 (22 cents!) sums it up the best. And, that's including sewer and water charges on top of electrical, so my electrical credit was nearly enough to cover my entire city utility bill. While charging an electric vehicle! Every sunny day here in Wisconsin gives me even more reason to smile. And know that while I'm putting money back in my pocket I'm also doing something good for the planet. This has turned an otherwise grim year into one that gave something to be truly proud of. I highly recommend All Energy Solar and commend their entire staff for making this such a rewarding experience for me.

Fantastic company to deal with

Dealing with people at AllEnergy was a very pleasant experience. I spoke with sales reps from seven solar companies before choosing AllEnergy. The sales pressure from most of those companies was overwhelming. In fact, one company is still sending me messages after my AllEnergy system was already energized. Not so with David. He was polite, informative and didn’t hound me with phone calls. The work crew was great and the customer service by Carlo was second to none. Several of the companies I spoke with bragged about installing a system and have it operating in a few weeks - a very unlikely scenario. (I had a solar system on a previous home so I was familiar with installation, approvals, etc and I highly doubted a completed job in a few weeks was possible. David gave me a long lead time as he didn’t want me to be disappointed if things dragged on - especially with COVID, inspections could take a long time. Well, my system was completed, approved and operating more than a month earlier than planned. I believe that this was largely due to Carlo keeping up with what needed to be done. While the system cost wasn’t the least expensive quote I had it was a long way from the highest. If you’re looking to get a system you owe it to yourself to at least talk with AllEnergy before making your final decision. I am very satisfied and believe you would be too.

Great experience!

The entire project experience was fantastic. At the design stage, they worked through several options to achieve the desired "curb appeal" of the system. Throughout the permitting and utility contract phase, the team at All Energy Solar made it easy and were readily available to answer questions and facilitate next steps. The installers were WONDERFUL - well prepared, considerate, and even happy to educate a curious homeowner as I was able to be there for the entire install. We had a great experience with All Energy; they handled every step of the way and Carlo was great about being in touch throughout. We had them instal during the COVID crisis, and felt like they were respectful of our safety. a great experience all around.

Completely satisfied

My wife and I got solar panels in August 2019. Working with All Energy was very nice: they explained everything well up front, stuck to their schedule, helped secure financing, and followed up to get our monitoring system working. We've saved over $1200 on our electric bill in just the first year we've had solar panels.

Panel Warranty Issue

We have had our system for over a year now. Initially like anything you may run into issues. All Energy worked hard to make sure to do their best to fix the issues as quickly as possible. We had one panel have issues just as Covid was hitting. They worked diligently to find a remedy to the issue and get a new panel installed. I can’t wait to build a new house someday and have All Energy install a system on that house.

Making my dream a reality

AllEnergy Solar of St. Paul, MN had installed a grid-tied solar system on a friend's barn several years ago, and she has raved about it since. When my budget finally allowed, I contacted them to get my own system. AllEnergy did a site survey, looked at a years worth of my electric usage and designed a system to keep my house powered when the grid is down; grid-tied with batteries. I wanted to use a newer kind of batteries - LiFePo4 or LFP for short- which use lithium ferrous phosphate instead of the lithium-ion chemistry. AllEnergy has used Enphase microinverters for a long time, and the company has a great track record for reliability and customer support. I learned that they had developed an entire home energy management system, the Ensemble, which includes LFP storage, so I asked the powers-that-be at AllEnergy to install one on my home. Despite the newness of the system and the fact that they had never installed one before, they agreed. The system is so brand new that getting all the pieces in place to do the install took a while, but in September, the install got done. On the morning of the first day, the equipment arrived for digging the postholes for the ground-mounted solar array and trenching the cable ways from the array to the house. The install team arrived and quickly set to work, operating like a well-oiled machine. They were Luke Everson, lead, with Darion Evasku and Sam Newport as the install team and John McCarthy was the electrician. Despite having to overcome several distinct challenges involving my home's electrical system, the whole operation was done in three days, with an additional couple of visits to provision and update the system once it was up and running. Throughout the process, I was continually impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of each member of the team. They treated me and my home with utmost respect, observing all the extraordinary safety measures we have come to consider essential these days. When they finished, I had the extreme delight of watching my electric meter spin merrily backwards as the sun lit up my array. From the beginning, AllEnergy has been great! They planned the system, filed building permit applications, connected me with lenders who specialize in solar energy loans, submitted applications for the state incentives and rebates, coordinated with the local utility and basically brought the whole thing together in one seamless operation. My project manager, Nick Judkins, was always available to answer questions and respond to my concerns. AllEnergy solar really is a "one-stop" provider, and I know that I would never have been able to bring my dream of solar power to reality without their help. I'd like to give a special recognition to Brian Allen, one of the founders of AllEnergy Solar, for agreeing to let me be the first of the Ensemble systems his company installed. He embraced my request with "can do" and then made it happen! I strongly recommend AllEnergy Solar!

Outstanding, professional service

All Energy Solar did a great job in stepping us thru the entire process of getting solar from the initial recommendations, to the measurements & design, then installation and finally the activation & follow-up. My sister recommended them after their smooth experience as well. Kudos to the whole team for adjusting & working safely doing this during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. One thing that really stood out: we had scheduled a roof replacement to occur before solar panels were to be installed, so they were able to help us plan out the roof replacement correctly so that we could optimize the solar panel placement. The roofing company changed our venting system to use roof ridge vents based on this advice. They also worked with us to optimize the cabling to be routed indoors thru the attic and down to our electrical panel in the basement.) Our solar panels have been running for 5 months and all is seamless. (My sister's panels have been running without hiccups for over 5 years as well.)

Excellent company, fantastic people

My wife and I are very happy with both our solar system and everyone we worked with at All Energy Solar. From the first step to the last the staff there were engaging, honest, up front and knowledgable. When COVID-19 caused delays in our installation they made sure all our agreements were honored and kept us at eh front of the cue for the earliest opportunity. We have only been up and running for about a month but I have no second thoughts and would absolutely recommend All Energy Solar to friends or family

All Energy came recommended to me by a coworker. I ultimately reached out to three different solar installers for bids, and All Energy had the best bid and the best presentation. Great service and always kept us up to date on the process

We chose All Energy Solar based on a recommendation from a friend. From the beginning, their consultants were very helpful in deciding what would work best for us in terms of how much sun our house gets. They reviewed shade readings and provided options. Jared Jackson was able to answer questions while we were making our decisions, and Nick Judkins did a great job managing us through the project. We also did this all during COVID. The team was very cautious and professional during the install.

Great Panels, Great Service

Great company to work with. 3 months after install, the panels are already paying for themselves. Nose-to-tail, AES gave us some of the best service we've had with any contractor on our home. From initial estimate, to planning, to install, to follow-ups [and questions of our own after follow-ups], there's never been a doubt that they want our panels to work for us as much as we do. They're quick, responsive, and know what they're doing. Highly recommended.

Outstanding company, personnel and experience

I could not be more pleased with All Energy, whose work and professionalism has been phenomenal, especially in the middle of the pandemic. All Energy just completed installation of 24 panels on my roof in western Massachusetts and we are up and running flawlessly. Two people really stand out: David D'Onofrio and Carlo Maloni. David is the salesman who walked me through the process and the economics of purchasing our system; he was patient, clear, accurate and very responsive. Also, honest--you can count on that with him. Carlo oversees the team in the field. He ensured timely installation of our system, even despite the challenges of the pandemic which have made it difficult for all businesses to mobilize workers. He ensured that a professional and respectful team came to our home to install the system and within the time period he and David had predicted. There were numerous applications and other paperwork that needed to be completed to ensure I receive tax credits, rebates, and approval by our electrical company (among other things), and Carlo ensured all paperwork was submitted on time and accurately; and so all of these steps have been executed flawlessly. He would call me just to be sure I was properly informed and comfortable--and I'm sure he had (and has) many other customers to handle. I couldn't say more about him or his dedication. This is a first rate company with first rate people.

Amazing! Effective! Professional!

We are very, very happy with our solar panels, which have now been up and running for a week. After reasearching all companies that install in southern NH, we selected All Energy. The company was been extremely professional from the start, thoughtful of all COVID-related issues, the installers were the most polite group that I have met in a while, and the company was excellent with time & communication. There were a lot of nice little touches, such as how neatly the lines and meter were placed and how nicely the areas around the lined were filled in. Neatness, quality, and professionalism always matter. I wish everyone we hired was this great. The joy of having solar panels is unmeasurable; we have wanted them for years. An additional bonus: we need a generator where we live, and our solar panels will be able to charge a Tesla battery that the house can run on when the power goes out.

Awesome Experience

Just went solar with All Energy solar and the process could not have gone any smoother. Everyone was extremely professional and always prompt in returning calls or answering questions. David was my original contact. He was extremely informative and easy to work with. Once the project began Carlo was in charge of it. He was excellent. Checked in at least every week or every time there was an update. Very well organized and easy to communicate with. Process went very smooth without any headaches. I would highly recommend.

Completely Recommend

Absolutely terrific experience from start to finish. The initial meeting where we discussed benefits/costs and timelines was spot on (i.e. they didn't overpromise in order to sell me). That straight forward approach was present throughout the entire process. Equally impressive for me was the level of communication. Each step of the way (and there are quite a few steps) was preceded by either a phone all or email that told me what to expect. And any issues that popped up (one or two came up with the design layout of the panels) was thoroughly explained. The entire experience takes several months but it didn't feel like that and there was no "constant battle" to get someone on the line or to explain something. Truly one of the best service experiences I've had. Highly recommend.
