Affordable Solar Roof & Air

I was blown away by how friendly everyone has been. Everyone I met was sincere, never pushy. Affordable was the most reputable company we met with AND quoted us 15 thousand dollars less than the competition.

Michael was efficient. Pleased with the service he made sure he accommodated us. Pleased to see all panels working.

Everything is up and running as is it should be. Process was smooth and can’t wait to see the benefits on my energy bill.

Chris the sales man was very responsive and quick to respond. Anxious to see the benefits. Can’t wait for the bill to drop. Only problem I had was with an inspection delay but everything else was smooth.

Process went a lot quicker and smoother than expected. Easy going everyone was good at what they did.

Timeline was as promised. Crew for install cleaned up nicely. Only weird thing was when I got a notice that the electric company swapped the meter but they didn’t physically change it. Highly recommend the consumption meter offered, it’s excellent to have all the data in one place.

Solid

All said and done, I’m satisfied. The project was done in the estimated timeline & everything is working like it should. Communication was the only area I’d wish for improvement, sometimes I wasn’t sure what to expect next or if I needed to compete anything in my side. Very nice bunch that came to the house for servicing and exit interview. We’re not a tech savvy so they set everything up on the phone for us. I’m also a retired electrician so u can vouch that their wiring was to my standards.

Have’t had any issues with the process. Install was only an hour or two for 15 panels. Sean my sales representative was there if I needed anything, always checked up on my account with Affordable to make sure I was moving along.

Whole experience was to my expectations. Communicated very well, arrived on time, followed through with both roofing and Solar. My project manager always checked on us. I was away for a lot of the project & was able to talk with the installers through my security system. If this is your vacation property that you’re not at all year they’re able to handle a lot without you being in person.

Happy to have my system up at running. Affordable Solar worked with us while we had to get the roof replaced and fix leaks prior to install. Hail storms three our timeline off but it was east to get everything fixed through them.

Highlight of my experience was the install team. They told me they would arrive mid morning & they were here at 8am, only took them about half a day to put 38 panels up. Blend in nicely with the roof and get plenty of sun. As soon as I got PTO I turned the system on & had some data to go over from the past week before writing this. Excellent production so far, the best day has been 90kw.

Professionalism

Never had to get on them to do the job right. Affordable came on schedule consistently, Cleanup and appearance of the panels were to my liking also . There was initially a problem with the configuration of my panels due to the layout of my roof & rather than just switching it their lead installer talked over options with me. Great company to work with.

Great customer service, I was very unfamiliar with Solar prior to meeting with Affordable. I love their exit interview process that helped finalize everything with my system and make sure I know how to monitor it. All my neighbors around here are moving to Solar & Affordable has been the installer for a number them, they all seem happy as me.

On top of it

Super communicative, every time I thought I hadn’t heard from them in a while they’d give me an update via the Affordable Solar app. I was never left twiddling my thumbs wondering what to expect. The guys from install made sure the cleaned up every bolt and packaging in the yard- left it spotless. Their sales team was very informative rather than pushy which made choose them.

My experience with Affordable Solar has been fine. I have a large tree coving a good portion of my roof & they were able to help me trim that back to maximize the panels, and their app lets me see if the remaining portion ever grows too far in the future. Anytime it was time for me to fill something out for the city or electric company, Affordable reached out to make sure we didn’t fall behind schedule.

Affordable was on top of everything, super fast on their side. The city of Clearwater caused a few delays when we decided to move a panel to a new spot on the roof, had to redraft some of the paperwork. That only set us back a week or two. Other than the permit setback and meter swap, everything went according to plan. I find the Enlighten app quite useful because i have a large tree in the backyard that may cast shade on the panels down the road & I’ll be able to see the impact from the app. All in all excellent experience working with Affordable & I’m eager to give referrals to the neighbors.

10/10 !

Never thought I would be able to afford solar panels. I guess that’s why they call themselves Affordable Roof and Solar. What a relief to be off the traditional power grid. I am fascinated by the fact that my home is being energized by sun power, storing excess energy into our 18 high quality panels. Highly recommend Affordable to anyone wanting to take the next step in getting off the grid.

5 stars for affordable!

Sean from affordable came over today and showed me how to operate the app they provide from enphase . Everything looks great ! I really enjoyed working with this company ..good prices , great install , and phenomenal customer service !

Couldn’t ask for more !

Everyone did a great job. The communication was perfect . Today I had 2 separate people make sure I was connected and walked me through the app ENPHASE which I love! I have their sign in my yard for a reason ! 27 panels at a great price too !

Everything was very well explained through their exit interview process. I had lots of questions but now have peace of mind after meeting once the system was turned on. I am all set & ecstatic to have the system producing. Nothing but good things to say about Jamie my sales representative, always available when I needed help and checked in from start to finish.

Our energy bill has been getting outrageous! I knew we needed to make the move to solar, even if the prices go up our production will match it. Affordable Solar assured us they’d get everything done as quick as possible to help offset the bill. I’m not very tech savvy so I’m glad to have the Enphase app reporting to them if anything goes wrong- Keeps me from having to check that stuff.

Impressed with how professional Affordable’s crew is. No mess left by crew, down in one day, and right on schedule. Easy to get ahold of everyone & I chose them because they gave the best price.

Right after the meter was swapped Affordable was on top of it & got my system powered up. I got access to the Enphase app which is super handy for checking on the panels. I like that Affordable Solar is notified if any panels need servicing. Very smooth experience, any neighbors that ask I’m happy to recommend.

Shoutout to my sales rep!

Whole process was simple from Affordable’s side. Ronaldo was exceptional in educating me on the system & making sure I got exactly what I needed for the house. Lee county electricity was difficult to get inspections passed and getting through all the hoops there. Affordable worked with me through the headaches on the city’s side and has been great.

So happy to be solar!

I’m happy! Been wanting to go solar for years now, I love all the little solar lights I’ve had in the yard & always wished my whole house was renewable. I did a lot of research before going with Affordable Solar and they’ve been super great. Other companies tried but none were as professional & didn’t feel right to me. Would highly recommend. :)
