Affordable Solar Roof & Air

Very happy with the results and costumer service. They were very punctual and responsive. The price was good. Time to operation was very good. Super professional. The app is another plus being able to monitor the system. A lot of great offers as well.

They were super nice and polite every time there were here. They came out and were able to get us operating before the holiday season and new year which we are happy with. Glad we went with them. Recommend to everyone who wants a fast straight forward process and the best results.

Installers that came were really nice guys, but wish they cleaned up after themselves a little better because there was wall dust left. Also wish I knew to make room for the palette delivery/ clear space in the garage for them. Other than that feedback they were excellent to work with- and our project was right on schedule.

Everything went very well with them Michael came out was very polite and knowledgeable when setting our system up and showing the enphase app that allows the monitoring of the system.

Overall great

Wonderful experience. One thing I would ask is that their sales team would lay out needing tier 2 insurance over a certain amount of panels & exactly how to utilize the tax credit. No complaints with the installers, they cleaned up well. TECO came out as soon as we proved the tier 2 insurance so our whole timeline was around 5 weeks which I’m happy with.

Had no issues at all with our solar system start to finish we are satisfied with everything happy to be turned on and producing time to start saving

Happy to have gone with affordable solar for our solar panels. We didn’t have any issues I mean it was all straight forward they dealt with all the paper work permits etc. sales rep was good along with the installers and office.

Jerod the sales rep in the beginning was very responsive answered all questions the reason I went with affordable was because of him. Talked to others and they weren’t comparable to him. The initial installers were fine but here was a problem with the emergency shut off switch and then there was a delay for someone to swap it. Electricity permit was put through but there was an issue on the plan that was another delay. Building permits took some time as well. Whole staff very nice in making everything right. All said and done with the delays I’m still satisfied and glad we got through with everything.

They were incredibly easy to work with I had no problems at all. They met the timeline they said they would and were communicating through out the whole process. They have impressed us and will have our recommendation.

Everything turned out really good with them. Our sales representative was extremely helpful in our decision we heard from other companies this one was by far the best suited for what we were looking for time cost customer service were all there for us. This is a perfect option for anyone looking into having a steady energy payment.

They really impressed us. Everyone who came was super nice and knowledgeable. They were good. We are very excited for our system. Michael was super nice when coming out he cleared up everything for the person who came out before.

This was the best choice hands down for going with solar. They were better than we could hope for. Great communication fast straight forward. We will be recommending.

Right on schedule

I just moved into the house a few days ago & was hoping to have the solar ready by the time I moved in. Mission accomplished! Affordable Solar got everything completed right on schedule. Hoping to never pay an energy bill again. Friendly team is a bonus too!

They did a great job on our house and solar system. We are happy with the results. Panels and roof look great. It took some time to get everything together so the system would be ready to operate that was more or so on the city. Affordable did what they could in terms of making sure everything went smoothly moving forward which it did. We will be watching production.

Satisfied so far, everything has been what they said. Next door neighbor did most of the research and brought me in on the proposal along with the neighbor across from us. 3/3 for our houses so safe to say they’re consistent.

This process was very simple and fast start to finish was end of September to up and operational in the beginning of December. They moved fast and efficiently we were very pleased with that. Everyone was very knowledgeable on the phone and in person.

They came out and got me setup rather quick as soon as the meter was swapped we were ready to go we can’t wait to be running on solar out here on our ranch

Our sales representative Ronneil provided us with some great information on solar and really covered all 4 corners when it came down to it. From price to coverage to savings to production timeline I mean everything. This is our first time with solar and we are very pleased with our decision to go with affordable. They are on top of everything and we feel confident in their work.

I thought the process was easy. We had a hold up with inspections and tier 2 insurance but happy to be through that.

Finally got everything all up and running. We are very excited to be running solar panels on our home. As a team they were really good I think they could have updated us a little more at the office but other than that no serious complaints. We are happy with the install and how it looks very minimal can’t even see it from the street.

Spencer was amazing when he came to finalize everything. He walked us through the app and took a bunch of measurements to help us size the pool heater!

Solar + HVAC install has been great!

After purchasing our home we wanted to add solar and update the HVAC. We chose to go with Affordable based on their ability to do both of these builds, and on the constant communication between their sales, install, and support staff. They have been great to work with, and we are very pleased with the result: a solar system that meets our needs, and a up-to-date high efficiency HVAC system that will be with us for the next two decades.

They did a fantastic job hands down have no regrets going with them. It was a nice experience. Our sales rep was very good as well as all the people I spoke to on the phone.

The product and service they provide to me has been nothing but top notch. We are very happy we went with them and will be recommending to neighbors. Can’t wait to see how much we save now on our energy bill.

Timeline right under 2 months getting them up. Got 29 panels to avoid the tier 2 insurance and wanted to overshoot our estimated usage because we just added a pool heater. All in all great experience.
