Their Reps are pushy and when you finally decide to go with them, they lie and have no integrity. They mess up all the paperwork and then try to make you go with a higher interest bank. We the customer had to fix their mistakes and complete the loan on our own. They put the products on the roof before the loan was complete. When the loan fell through due to their mistakes they blamed us and sent an invoice for the full amount to be paid immediately. When we got everything completed and had the final check, they finally showed up to complete the job and turn it on. They Rep told us everything was running, so we turned over the check, just to find out it wasn't complete. There was wiring issues that they agreed to fix in the beginning. Now that they had the check they refused to fix it. Just so could get this finished and be done with them we fixed the wiring. Like I said not a good company. Oh and they'll lie and say they are the only ones in the valley that is contracted to carry and install Panasonic panels. Not true, so if you want Panasonic panels don't use this company there are other company's out there way better and can install Panasonic panels for you.

A-1 Contractors where very patience with me as I took a year to make up my mind on buying solar. There competitors kept badgering me all the time and I'm not a fan of that type of sales tactic. There pricing is competitive and a great bunch of guys came out to install my above ground solar.

The sales team was professional, informative and knowledgeable, they explained everything clearly and understood our needs. The installation crew was great they were mindful that we would be home during the installation and even asked if they were being to loud. ( they were not). The System overall is a success. I highly recommend this Company to anyone who wants a quality installation.
