World-class company and product!

YouVee assessed our needs, advised us on options, and made recommendations. The design was optimized for our specific situation. They were clearly informed on best current strategies for design, alignment, and size of the system. YouVee took total ownership of designing and installing a turn-key system. This included all interactions and paperwork involving Kern County, the Kern County inspector, and SCE. YouVee communicated with us on a regular basis and made a special effort to answer our technical questions. The engineering background and expertise they have is evident in answering our questions and execution of the project. Progress was steady. They emailed us interactive forms for setting up our solar account with SCE. The system went active right after turning in this data. We have a ground mounted system. The excavation person brought in to remove creosote and trench did an excellent job. The system has operated flawlessly. We take great satisfaction in seeing the electric meter run backwards. It is gratifying to run our new air conditioner at will without energy costs and without using valuable water. It was a pleasure to do business with YouVee. We highly recommend installing a YouVee Solar System.

Fantastic Company

I had researched Solar companies and asked some folks that work for me. YouVee was recommended and I reached out to get a quote from them. They responded very quickly and I was able to set up an inspection of my house and a determination of the solar system that best suited my needs. Marc and Dylan came to my house and after a short discussion prepared an estimate which was provided the next day. All of the documentation was professionally prepared and thorough. I quickly realized that they were the company for me. Not only their easy of working with but the quality of the equipment outlined to be used. Once I agreed to the estimate, all paperwork was electronically provided and signed on line. The installation began around two weeks later and was completed in a few days. The system looks sleek and its performance is fantastic. I look forward to decades of use and thank Marc and Dylan for their great work...

Quick, Painless, and Professional.

I had solar installed on a previous home by one of the big corporate solar companies and the experience from YouVee solar totally put them to shame. YouVee solar took care of every last detail and made the installation quick and painless. On top of that, these gentlemen are very professional and take pride in the work they do. I cannot say enough positive things about YouVee Solar. It is no wonder they are considered to be the best in the business. Marc and Dylan are true professionals and best of all, they do the work. Outstanding communication, no pressure to sell, good price, and project finished weeks ahead of schedule. Time from first communication with YouVee to completion and permit to operate from SCE was approximately 1 month ... it doesn't get much better than that folks. Before you have one of the big name companies install your solar, give YouVee a call. You will be glad you did ... I know that I am. Best in the business!

Great experience overall

It was great working with YouVee Solar. From the first time I contacted them about a quote through post-install, they were very responsive and fully answered any questions I had. During installation, they communicated well about when they needed access to the house, and were willing to work with my schedule as much as was reasonable. They use high quality parts and their installation quality is great as well. The installation started right on schedule and proceeded without a hitch. The system has been producing for about a week and a half, and seems to be performing as expected.

Marc and Dylan are super easy to work with and will ensure that everything is done correctly! They worked with us on scheduling so we didn't have to take any days off of work. They also use super high quality panels with extensive warranties! I would HIGHLY recommend YouVee solar to anyone in Ridgecrest or the surrounding areas!

Very Professional

What I appreciated most from Marc was that there was no pressure to purchase more than what I was interested in. He gave the impression that I knew best what I was looking for and that he was there only to provide information for me to make a decision. Once here, he and his crew were efficient yet thorough and completed both the pre-wire and final installation ahead of their promised time. When finished, everything looked neat and trim. After the installation, they have been ready to answer any questions that I have tossed their way. I don't know how I would find a better installer.

Marc and Dylan were awesome! They answered all our questions [same day usually] about the panels and products, were very professional, did a great job [ran cables/conduit through the attic rather than over the roof], and we would highly recommend them to anyone shopping.

The whole experience

From start to end the whole experience with YouVee was outstanding. Not only did they answer all our questions about their products and services but they actually performed to the expectations they set in that dialogue. The whole experience was absolutely painless. By the way, the products they use are the best available. Their workmanship was very good with very little intrusion and very efficient in the time they were on the job. They actually arrived when they promised and if things changed they were quick in letting you know so new arrangements could be made.

Marc and Dylan were great to work with throughout the whole solar install process. They gave me the best price I could find, answered all my questions, returned phone calls and email, and delivered a great product. They were 1 week late in starting the install but let me know well in advance and, once started, completed the install quickly. Good contractors are difficult to find and dealing with YouVee Solar was a pleasant surprise. I recommend them.

Large Home Solar Installation

We were extremely satisfied with the work that YouVee Solar performed. They used excellent, American-made components. My brother does R&D work on solar panels; he said the components they used were excellent. Their price was also very reasonable (we shopped around and even with using quality components, their price was great). Their interaction with us was great; they took time to make sure we know how the components worked, what the schedule was, how paperwork was being handled, etc. They showed up when they said they would, were careful and methodical, and kept to their schedule. Interacting with the city, county and utility company was straightforward because YouVee knew what those entities needed and had things lined up. Their support after the project was done was also terrific. Things like supplying copies of paperwork, etc were accomplished right away. Overall; the best experience I've had with any contractor doing work on my house.

Marc and Dylan are excellent. Being a small company, you are dealing with the owners. You can ask questions, and they are knowledgeable about the options. They are very methodical, and treat the install as it was on their home. They kept us informed on each step. They watched the system remotely, and replaced a part that was not performing as well as it should before we noticed it.

Very Pleased With YouVee Solar

I had a solar panel system installed on my home about six months ago. I got estimates from four businesses and found YouVee had the best prices. I was impressed with the microinvertors they recommended for my system. As others have said, the installation was handled professionally and completed quickly. I was also impressed with the ongoing communication that kept me up to date on all the steps of the process. So far everything has worked wonderfully and I am so glad I chose YouVee for my solar panels system!
