I went with West Coast Solar because they were the first solar company I had talked with were the sales model was logical, accurate and no BS! Additionally, my installation looks so much better than any of my neighbors, no excessive conduit runs or holes in my walls or roof!

We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with West Coast Solar. Their representative was helpful with all the information from the start. The price worked for us. The installation seemed instantaneous. The device works as it should. Our electricity costs are decreasing. What could be bad?

Solar array installation and operation to date.

I have a 20-yr. leased system. I liked this because I was not sure of possible future troubles and this way it will be maintained without me being troubled. I choose pay the total leasing power to be supplied up front with a single payment. The system was installed in December 2012 and has been working fine ever since. There was one hiccup from installation, but when this was learned, it was quickly fixed. I am very satisfied with this transaction with West Coast Solar. (I did not need any "after sales support".)

Great company, easy to work with

Decided the time is right for solar with falling prices and tax credit available through 2016. Talked to about five companies. Settled on West Coast Solar based on the best deal offered and after researching the equipment and determining it is high quality and right for the job. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. The installation team did a great job. They worked with us to place the equipment in the most convenient spot and chose a route for the conduit that looked the best, even though it meant using a lot more conduit and wire. We especially appreciated that they cleaned up before they left, not leaving any mess for us to deal with. Everything has been handled very well. The permitting and paperwork went through with no trouble at all. I can't imagine how they could have made things any easier. Have had the system for ten months with no trouble. We did have one panel under-performing for some reason, and they were happy to swap it out. So, no problems with service after the sale. Couldn't be happier, should have done it sooner.

West Coast Solar was very professional, from the employees in the office, the sales agent to the installers. We are very pleased with our solar purchase and are happy with the amount of savings we have received on our PGE bills. I recommend their company to anyone that mentions they are interested in Solar for their house.

Roof Top Solar install Reveiw

West Coast Solar's team was efficient and the follow thru was OUTSTANDING. I had a shorting out issue with my A/C after installation. We discussed this issue and it was determined that since it was so close to the final install inspection that West Coast would come out and check on the installation. The installation foreman came out to the house, on a Sunday, in 100 degree heat. It was discovered that there was a short in the wiring leading to the outside compressor unit, not part of the West Coast Solar installation. It was repaired at no charge and is still tip top. I can't say enough about the West Coast Solar TEAM!

Great Company... excellent experience

West Coast Solar was recommended by friends who had bought their system from them. They told us that West Coast's sales guy, Doug, was excellent, low key, no high pressure and they were right. We'd talked to one other company first, but they kind of blew it when their software couldn't find our house to give us a realistic estimate on the number of panels we'd need. Doug got it all on the first try, had all the financing and tax credit information at his fingertips and it just seemed like the perfect choice. Installation happened within a month of signing the contracts and everything has been working perfectly. LOVE our $0 PGE bills (though I know there will be a "true up" statement at some point.)
