Cary and Antonio were both outstanding, genuinely kind, patient, and incredibly helpful, answering all my questions clearly. The installation team was great too. Skilled, respectful, and finished the Job quickly without any mess. Highly recommend Venture Solar to anyone considering Solar panels!

This was overall a very pleasant experience. They came in and walked me through the whole installation process from beginning to end. Even prior to the installation, the Customer Service kept me updated on what to expect, and post installation walked me through the approval processes with the applicable city organizations. The app walkthrough was done very well as well.

Fast, Transparent and Amazing Customer focus
During my search for the best solar company, we have had chance to interact with many solar companies. We finally decided to go with Venture Solar. The sales reps don't pressure or rush you. They hear you and are always available. Sales rep are available even after I signed up! Ask for Nicole. She is amazing. Got me the best price and is always there to help me. Second, the whole process was so seamless. They kept me informed all the time and kept their appointments to finish the steps as promised. The Venture Solar app always had latest updates during the process and we had personal support from Venture management. Venture promised me signing bonus (and I was prepared to go back and forth a few times to get that bonus once system was activated). But no! I didn't have to! Nat from Venture solar was so help. I got a call from Nat and was informed that my signing bonus will be deposited directly to my bank in few seconds and it was!! Never had such an amazing customer focus! Thank you Nat and Nicole and many other who worked behind the scenes to get the system up and running in record time!! Superb experience
I had an excellent experience with Venture Solar from start to finish. Even the initial sales pitch was refreshingly straightforward; clear, informative, and not pushy at all. That set the tone for the rest of the project. Permitting moved quickly, the install crew did clean and careful work, and communication throughout was consistently smooth and responsive. A special shoutout to Demetra, who guided the entire permitting process. She kept me updated at every step, resolved unique issues efficiently, and ensured nothing ever stalled. Her organization and communication made everything feel seamless. Also thanks to Josh, the project manager, for his coordination and speed during the installation phase. Overall, the project moved faster than I expected, and every member of the team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Venture Solar and this team.

complete failure
Venture Solar has completely failed. My initial installation was 9/5, but here we are 3 months later and my project still isn't done. I've had 3 failed inspections, terrible customer service and a severe lack of communication from the firm. Folks, don't make the same mistake I did, go elsewhere.
