The project is not complete, we are waiting on the batteries to be installed but the panels are working as designed. There were some challenges with the batteries but after a couple calls the issues were resolved and the project is back on track. Cameron Doherty was a big help there, always nice to work with people who are good at their job. Once batteries are up and running I will provide more updates

I had solar panels installed 2 years ago. Since then, the critter guards have fallen off 3 times. The latest time (6 weeks ago), I called the company 3 times to have someone come out and replace them. They no-showed the first 2 scheduled appointments, the third appt was a tech "looking at the type of guards I have and making sure they had the product", the fourth time they came and installed guards that were used, bent, and too tall. They look awful and when I approached the tech before he left to question the work, he said "you'll have to call and make another appointment to have them fixed". I called the VP of Operations and left a message with no response and still have not heard back from the company on when they will be fixed. Do not use this company! Their pricing was similar to others, but the customer service is awful. Go with someone else. They install then disappear.

From first step to last we were exceeding pleased with the Venture Solar experience. Communication was top-notch and service throughout left us feeling happy we made the switch to solar - specifically with Venture.

Our experience with Venture was overall a positive one. It took longer than we hoped but that was partly due to harsh winter conditions. Everyone with dealt with a long the way was cordial and professional.

very long process venture should have more knowledgeable about local requirements

after very high electric bill i decided it was time for solar. Venture made the proposal and it was accepted. The initial installation when smoothly installed very professional. But then the approval process took forever. Various agencies were slow and the local town had many items that I would have thought Venture should be aware of. I had at least 4 visits from the town to finally get approval. The local electric was not that long now finally today working. I will see if this was worth it once i get my electric bill

Mathew was great

I postponed putting solar panels on my house for many years. I never felt quite right when looking into systems until I met with Venture. They made very clear proposals with projections about how much systems would produce with exact costs for the different options. Everyone involved from sales to installation to customer service was easy to deal with and professional. Welly stood tall amongst the group in spite of her small stature. My system is producing more power than I use and my only regret is not going solar sooner.

Throughout, Joe and Venture kept in touch with me, helping me figure things out and explaining everything in understandable language. I was always able to call or text Joe directly to get help or an answer. Based on our contract, we will pay a reasonable amount each month and will likely have almost no charges from PSEG (except for gas for our stove). Since the electricity prices have gone way up, I'm glad to have an affordable alternative and someone I trust to help me figure out the process.
