Great Experience
Every interaction with venture solar has been very well handled and they have managed Eversource on my behalf, with more patience than I could muster.

Venture Solar
Interviewed Venture Solar and chose them for my solar panel needs. Communication was effortless and installation was the same. They were on time, clean, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company.

contract signed half year ago, project still not complete
Contract was signed on 7/3/25, panels installed on 9/30/25. Today, 1/5/26, system not approved. It has been half a year. Venture Solar response has been very very slow. 90% of the cost has been paid. As of today, no completion date. No end in sight.

Demo of solar app
Awesome customer service rep. Wellesha Barnett was professional, courteous, helpful, patient. Knew her subject really well. Great having a demonstration with her.

Fraudulent loan practices, consistent with trafficking
My loan was sold from Mosaic to Solar Servicing. I am a single woman. I was lied to by Solar Servicing, ‘promotional period’ is said to have expired even though the loan period cannot begin until installation completed. Venture claims they cannot intervene. System passed city inspection the week AFTER the loan promotion supposedly expired (18 months after work was supposed to begin). Company SS now threatening to withdraw over $1000 a month from checking to pay interest, memo sent same day as Epstein files released.
