An awesome experience!!!!

I’m grateful to Venture homes for installing my first solar panel . It’s a satisfactorily experience. My roof vent was too near the area where the panel are to be and they got it move and replaced my roof with the same material at no cost to me and I really appreciate it so much . They were helping all through the process and I would recommend them to anyone . It’s an adventure to be with venture homes , services are great!!!

Professional and precise

Our roof is not well-suited to solar, so several solar companies we talked to refused to give us a quote. Venture designed a small system that our roof could support and set our expectations appropriately. Timeline: Their lead time on installations (in spring 2025, during a busy season when rebates were still plentiful) was long, but we knew that before signing. At one point, after I had sent an email inquiring about the status of our installation, I received a Friday evening phone call from a founder of the company to update me on the status of our project (!). Ultimately, we got PTO just about when Venture said we would. Installation: The team installed the system in a single day. However, because of the unusual shape of our roof, they ran electrical conduit up the front of our house – not a good aesthetic look. It took a couple of phone calls, but Venture soon sent out a master electrician who rerouted the conduit to the side of the house. Problem solved. Performance: I'm writing this exactly one year after PTO. Venture estimated that our small system would produce 3.45 MWh in the year – and our Enphase app tells us it produced 3.5 MWh. Their numbers were absolutely spot-on. Ultimately, Venture delivered exactly what they promised. The system has worked for a year with no issues or downtime, and the production has met expectations. When there were minor hiccups, they took responsibility and fixed them. I've recommended Venture to my friends, and am happy to do so here as well.

The installers they sent to do my job were great They did a wonderful job from start to finish Carlos and his crew were prefect.

Installation great, but no support

Installation went great, however, i have since run into a issue and my panels have not produced amy electricity in the month of august. Support has been unresponsive, requiring multiple follow ups just to get a reapsonse, and i still dont have a date to get someone to my house to fix it, 3 weeks later. While i recommend getting solar, i recommend doing it through a different company

Communication was excellent throughout the project; I always knew exactly what to expect and when. The installation crew was fantastic—highly professional, polite, and respectful of my property. Their workmanship is truly impressive, resulting in a very clean and neat installation.The only minor downside is their heavy emphasis on referrals. The constant push for them, especially the dominance of referral features within their app, gets a bit annoying.That being said, the actual quality of their work and their customer service are top-notch. I highly recommend Ventura Solar for anyone looking to go solar

Overall really good with a few annoyances

Sales was excellent. Informative and helpful. At signing I was told they would reach out and hopefully schedule installation in the next two weeks. I had to prod the company after the full two weeks without hearing anything. Once I got their attention installation was schedule very quickly. At the end of that there was another promise of them filing for inspection etc. and another two weeks estimate... After two weeks I reached out again and soon there after got a few emails showing that things were happening. City came out and the inspection went well - except that Venture didn't have all the paperwork in hand at that moment. The company rep said that it would go out ASAP and of course it took a couple of weeks with me being annoying. After it was finally turned on, the follow on support has been really good. Allison walked me through the monitoring app and what to do if there are any issues etc. Love the system so far, just a few annoying bumps on the way. Partially frustrating because it should have taken about a month less time to get it working and that month was July when we would have saved a lot of money.

Easy install, immediate utility savings!

Just had a video call for my Enphase App to explain how my solar worked and what it was producing. The Customer Experience Rep, Ethan Bentel, was fantastic. Extremely helpful, proficient and pleasant. Explained the ENTIRE app. and went over all the features and what to do if I had any questions in the future. Learned how to make sure my solar panels are working correctly and how much energy they are producing. This video call was a very good experience and I am grateful to Ethan for being such a wonderful person to deal with. Thank you again! Would give more than 5 stars, but that's as far as it goes up to!

The installation team was professional, arrived on time, and completed the work efficiently while keeping everything clean. Follow up was also great by Bruna. Walked me through the whole process and is very pleasant

The Best

From start to finish, VENTURE addressed every issue, made concrete plans, and completed all work efficiently. The phone staff were unerringly friendly, supportive, and accurate. I tried to get solar for the past 5 years, working with the “big guys” in solar. They did the initial work and then ghosted me. Twice. Venture has come through in all the ways it counts.

Nice and easy

This whole process has been pretty smooth for us, the transition over and using the app to track our usage and savings, and the time they take to walk you through it as well, it was very nice all around. We are already seeing great savings.

A Happy Camper

Alison was amazing and Matt was not only handsome but very helpful. Sales people were knowledgeable, but more importantly they were patient. The install team was fast efficient and extremely clean. Our yard was spotless when they left. The communication with me as not only on time it’s very helpful.

Critter guard

I actually live in Rhode Island. My critter guard was coming off and Venture sent a repairman down within two days. He did a fabulous job. Anyone looking to install solar should really consider Venture Solar. Their installers are top notch, their panels and equipment are first rate, and they stand behind their product.

Prompt, thorough, professional, and fast.

These folks are fast and thorough! Every person that I’ve interacted with was prompt, courteous, and “knew their stuff’. Professionals, all. I especially appreciated their walking me through just about every step of the process. A failing internet system at my residence, and my online inexperience, made the simplest online tasks excruciatingly slow. I must have looked like a caveman to them but they endured it with a smile. These folks were very patient, they never rushed me, and I really appreciated that. Thank you Alexis, Shawn, Kristen, and all the crew at Venture Solar. Now, as I review the Enlighten app, it’s great to see the overall solar output exceeded my power usage. And yesterday was laundry day with an electric dryer. Gotta like it.

I had solar installed in my home in Southampton Township. The Venture Home people were terrific and stuck with me through a really difficult regulatory permitting process. In addition, Matt Kittman was wonderful in explaining how to use the Tesla app and how my system worked. Very dedicated team; they didn't disappear after the sale was made, but really wanted to make sure that everything was done right.

Excellent customer service

Venture exceeded almost all of our expectations. I would definitely recommend you call them before you go with Sunrun or others. We met with two solar companies and took a sales meeting with Venture just to do our due diligence and were pleasantly surprised to wind up with a contract that would save us nearly $80k MORE over 25 years and would produce more energy. Their salesperson, Isabel, was knowledgeable and no-pressure. At that first meeting, she gave us the direct email to the owner to contact if we were ever dissatisfied or had questions. We were prepped, permitted, installed, and up and running in just a few months. We had a few hiccups during the installation but Venture handled them appropriately and ultimately made sure everything was to everyone's satisfaction. They also walk you through how their desktop and phone apps work so you can monitor how much you're producing. Our first Mass Electric bill after installation (May) was NEGATIVE.

Smooth solar installation process

From the signing of the agreement to the installation of the panels it’s been a seemless journey. Not only could we follow the process through the app, the team, who was always polite and helpful, kept us in the loop every step of the way, and the whole process took about five months. Working with your team has been such a joy. I would highly recommend Venture Solar.

Today's phone meeting with Natalie Clermont

It was a great pleasure to talk over the phone with Natalie Clermont today. Her expertise helping me navigate the Enphase Energy Enlighten site was excellent. She was knowledgeable and patient helping me walk through the system. My experience with Venture Solar has been excellent from the beginning. I have found all my previous interactions with the company representatives most positive. The only less than positive experience has to do with the long time it took to activate the system. However, the delay stemmed mostly from Baltimore County approval of the installation and then from BGE. The panels were installed in February, the system was activated in June. All in all, Venture Solar has been fantastic. My husband and I are looking forward to lower energy bills.

Going through the process, everyone has been very helpful and pleasant. Netali, was great at explaining the app, so that we knew what we were looking at and broke it down for us also. She answered all of our questions and told us she would contact us if she noticed anything out of the ordinary with our system, before we noticed it.

Roof repair under warranty - done quickly

Venture did our solar panels and installed a new roof about 5 years ago. The process went fairly smoothly and we are very satisfied with the system. During the most recent bout of summer downpours we had a small leak in our roof. I called Venture and they had someone out in our house in two days. The technician was pleasant and identified the problem quickly. He was up on the roof and fixed the problem. Of course, no one wants to have a leak, but Venture handled it promptly and with minimal hassle.

I want to personally thank the entire Venture SOLAR team for a job well done. From beginning to end they totally performed in a very professional manner. They put up with all my questions (and I had quite a few) because this was all completely new to me and the first time I entertained getting Solar panels on my home. They made me feel like I was a family member and suggested different options in obtaining the panels. They actually saved me some of the cost by suggesting why more panels are sometimes not as cost efficient as less. They are not about the money but more about making a customer feel comfortable with their choices. They stepped me thru the entire process and kept in touch every step of the way from beginning to end. I can not praise the whole workforce any less, they moved like a well oiled machine and everyone knew exactly what to do and when to do it. They cleaned up after they completed the work like they were never here. They were respectful of my property and my roof. The company was very honest and gained my trust which sold me on the company. I would definitely recommend Venture SOLAR to anyone looking to get Solar. All their work is done under one roof(actually on top of the roof).
