Sales was excellent. Informative and helpful. At signing I was told they would reach out and hopefully schedule installation in the next two weeks. I had to prod the company after the full two weeks without hearing anything. Once I got their attention installation was schedule very quickly. At the end of that there was another promise of them filing for inspection etc. and another two weeks estimate... After two weeks I reached out again and soon there after got a few emails showing that things were happening. City came out and the inspection went well - except that Venture didn't have all the paperwork in hand at that moment. The company rep said that it would go out ASAP and of course it took a couple of weeks with me being annoying. After it was finally turned on, the follow on support has been really good. Allison walked me through the monitoring app and what to do if there are any issues etc. Love the system so far, just a few annoying bumps on the way. Partially frustrating because it should have taken about a month less time to get it working and that month was July when we would have saved a lot of money.

Easy install, immediate utility savings!

From start to finish, VENTURE addressed every issue, made concrete plans, and completed all work efficiently. The phone staff were unerringly friendly, supportive, and accurate. I tried to get solar for the past 5 years, working with the “big guys” in solar. They did the initial work and then ghosted me. Twice. Venture has come through in all the ways it counts.

This whole process has been pretty smooth for us, the transition over and using the app to track our usage and savings, and the time they take to walk you through it as well, it was very nice all around. We are already seeing great savings.

Alison was amazing and Matt was not only handsome but very helpful. Sales people were knowledgeable, but more importantly they were patient. The install team was fast efficient and extremely clean. Our yard was spotless when they left. The communication with me as not only on time it’s very helpful.

I actually live in Rhode Island. My critter guard was coming off and Venture sent a repairman down within two days. He did a fabulous job. Anyone looking to install solar should really consider Venture Solar. Their installers are top notch, their panels and equipment are first rate, and they stand behind their product.

These folks are fast and thorough! Every person that I’ve interacted with was prompt, courteous, and “knew their stuff’. Professionals, all. I especially appreciated their walking me through just about every step of the process. A failing internet system at my residence, and my online inexperience, made the simplest online tasks excruciatingly slow. I must have looked like a caveman to them but they endured it with a smile. These folks were very patient, they never rushed me, and I really appreciated that. Thank you Alexis, Shawn, Kristen, and all the crew at Venture Solar. Now, as I review the Enlighten app, it’s great to see the overall solar output exceeded my power usage. And yesterday was laundry day with an electric dryer. Gotta like it.

Venture exceeded almost all of our expectations. I would definitely recommend you call them before you go with Sunrun or others. We met with two solar companies and took a sales meeting with Venture just to do our due diligence and were pleasantly surprised to wind up with a contract that would save us nearly $80k MORE over 25 years and would produce more energy. Their salesperson, Isabel, was knowledgeable and no-pressure. At that first meeting, she gave us the direct email to the owner to contact if we were ever dissatisfied or had questions. We were prepped, permitted, installed, and up and running in just a few months. We had a few hiccups during the installation but Venture handled them appropriately and ultimately made sure everything was to everyone's satisfaction. They also walk you through how their desktop and phone apps work so you can monitor how much you're producing. Our first Mass Electric bill after installation (May) was NEGATIVE.

From the signing of the agreement to the installation of the panels it’s been a seemless journey. Not only could we follow the process through the app, the team, who was always polite and helpful, kept us in the loop every step of the way, and the whole process took about five months. Working with your team has been such a joy. I would highly recommend Venture Solar.

It was a great pleasure to talk over the phone with Natalie Clermont today. Her expertise helping me navigate the Enphase Energy Enlighten site was excellent. She was knowledgeable and patient helping me walk through the system. My experience with Venture Solar has been excellent from the beginning. I have found all my previous interactions with the company representatives most positive. The only less than positive experience has to do with the long time it took to activate the system. However, the delay stemmed mostly from Baltimore County approval of the installation and then from BGE. The panels were installed in February, the system was activated in June. All in all, Venture Solar has been fantastic. My husband and I are looking forward to lower energy bills.

Going through the process, everyone has been very helpful and pleasant. Netali, was great at explaining the app, so that we knew what we were looking at and broke it down for us also. She answered all of our questions and told us she would contact us if she noticed anything out of the ordinary with our system, before we noticed it.

Venture did our solar panels and installed a new roof about 5 years ago. The process went fairly smoothly and we are very satisfied with the system. During the most recent bout of summer downpours we had a small leak in our roof. I called Venture and they had someone out in our house in two days. The technician was pleasant and identified the problem quickly. He was up on the roof and fixed the problem. Of course, no one wants to have a leak, but Venture handled it promptly and with minimal hassle.

Nice to have the venture solar. Very humble staff especially person name Ian Griffin who came to my home to introduce to me and Andrew who walk me through the App.

My experience since agreeing to the project, through installation, and post installation follow up has been great. I most recently had a successful referral and Andrew guided me through the process of that well. Positive experience.

Three years in and I still can't say enough good things about Venture Solar. The install was clean, done right the first time. It's been three years now and zero issues. We've been through some brutal winters and the system hasn't missed a beat. Whenever I had a question they got back to me fast and did exactly what they said they would. My neighbors went with a different company and they regret it. Glad I picked Venture. One of the best long-term calls we’ve made for our home.

This review is for my first week using the tools to track my Solar Panel results using the Enphase App. It to two days of sessions to clear upthe use of Enphase and connect to my data. Andrew was very patient and kept at it. Very helpful.

We shopped around, ended with three finalists and went with Venture. Really liked their low-pressure approach, but they were still competitive. Installation started in winter, so there were a couple of weather delays, but the team kept us informed throughout. Everyone was very accommodating from sales to installation to the setup of our app to monitor the system.

Solar is working great

The crew that installed our solar panels was very efficient and they left nothing behind except what they installed. Several of our neighbors were very impressed watching them do the install.

This process has went outstanding well. Deadlines all meet. I was keep up to date on all steps. Outstanding emphases walk through was outstanding. All questions for the time being have been answered.
