This is the absolute WORST possible company that you could ever dream of dealing with. Customer service is HORRIBLE. They sold me an entire $30,000+ residential system and undersized it, then refused to return calls to help fix it. NO ONE returns calls - they just hand you off from one person to another. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They'd receive zero stars if that was an option.
