US Energy Solutions just installed our whole house generator and the service from estimate thru installation and testing was top notch. Don Redman the owner is a character and works with you to meet your needs. Erik and Ivan did our installation very professionally and are a great team. Tracy Bryant made the billing process easy and fun. 5 stars to the whole US Energy Solutions team!

I highly recommend this team for EV charger installations. From my initial contact with Don to the actual installation by JC, the entire process was seamless. Don and his team took care of all the permitting, which made things very easy. JC completed the work in about four hours; he was a pleasure to work with and clearly takes great pride in his craftsmanship. They are now my go-to for all things electrical! Also like that they are veteran owned. Thank you!

We just had these guys bring electricity down to our dock and they were great. Brian and JC helped make the whole experience easy and JC was very attentive to detail and by the end I said, thank you for convincing me to do it the right way instead of the fast and cheap way. I especially want to point out JC. He was great at walking me through the project, recommended certain lights and fan I should consider and treated my project like it was his own. These guys have done so many projects for me such as installing my EV charger at my home, replacing lights at my office, installing my electrical panel updates, and probably more. I contacted US Energy for installation of a hybrid water heater and 240v line install to convert a gas cooktop to induction. I spoke with Mark who assisted with the process working with NC Saver program to provide a rebate on the water heater. I also mentioned my house would be all electric and I was thinking of installing a whole house backup generator. Mark provided an excellent price for the generator, so that was added. Erik and Ivan, the electrician and plumber, were assigned for the work. Erik's 240v install was so neat the paint crew remarked how little they had to do to restore the drywall. As the photo shows Erik's install of the generator left me with no complaints. Ivan installed the gas line to the generator and repaired a leak on the main supply line (thank you Ivan). Ivan also installed the water heater leaving the area cleaner than when he started. Of course it works perfectly. Overall very impressed with US Energy.

Solar generation upgrade and battery backup

Good folks to work with. They’re friendly and know their business. They walked us through their process and estimate and worked through some problems that arose due to out unique house(subterranean). Amazing Solar Company --- Very Happy!!!

From the first contact with US Energy Solutions all the way through completion of the solar panels installation, we were very impressed with their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. We didn't know much about solar so our first meeting was an educational experience. We were shown everything from how the panels would be placed on our roof to how many there would be and what color. They went through the process with us determining how big the system needed to be, with relation to our power bill. We explained that we would like to have 100% of our power covered with the solar so it was determined that we needed a 10KW system. They immediately provided the required info for our home owners association for architectural approval. It took about 3 days to get the approval. From the time we signed our contract, it took about 3 to 4 weeks for them to asses our roof structure, complete the engineering, apply for and acquire the permit, and receive the equipment. We were kept informed each week on their progress and they stayed true to the estimated installation date. Once the crew arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to see well dressed, clean cut technicians that were professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. The job took 2 days less than they said it would, which we were very happy about. We love technology and we were excited to find out that the system would be monitored 24 hours a day through an online service that is provided by the manufacturer of the inverter. There is even an app for our smartphones so we can look at it anytime we want no matter where we are in the world! We have had our system up for about 60 days now and we received our first full power bill a couple of weeks ago. To our amazement, our bill was just under $9.00. Our average power bill for the past few years has been around $250 - $300 per month. Needless to say we are very happy with our decision to go with US Energy Solutions. Their integrity and professionalism is unmatched and we highly recommend them to anyone considering going solar.
