Synergy Home Improvement

Richard Walsh sold us our solar for over $40,000 and it is not working. We cannot get the company to come out or even get back to us, out true up bill is almost $2000 this month and the solar is only a couple years old. Please go with another company that will actually respond to the warranty we supposedly have. We are going to have to go to court and Im trying to prevent anyone else from having to deal with such a shady company.

Think twice before you consider Synergy Home Improvement. Rick is a very knowledgeable salesman and also a part owner by the information he gave me, but the company is a mess. Once we signed the contract all communication broke down. After paying a large deposit we heard nothing for over a month. I then called the the company and had to push and guide them the rest of the way. I believe the install took over 3 months and about 20 to 30 calls or emails. Once complete, an inverter went out and we had to once again contact the organization multiple times to get it fixed. I have also been trying to reach Rick and customer service for about 3 weeks with no response. Not sure, but maybe they are going out of business. I plan on writing to the BBB as well. Rick and Synergy, if you are reading this, please respond to my last inquiry sent multiple times over the last 3 weeks.

Great company! They were a pleasure to work with. The installers were on time and cleaned up after they left. Our system works perfectly.

The installation of the cellular units were done quickly and efficiently. Everybody was on time, they gave me dates that they would be here and completion dates. The workers were courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything down to detail. The gentleman answered all of my questions in regards to how it works and to get information off of my computer. Our experience with this company was very pleasant and easy to work with. I can definitely say I would recommend this company to any friends and family in the future.

My friend referred me to Doug Simpson who recently started working with Synergy. I gave him a call and he showed up on time and already had a plan prepared. He asked several questions and revised his plan. His price was better than three other local companies I had out. My local permitting office proved to be difficult to work with, as they are under staffed, but Erika was consistant and got our permit. Within 3 days our system was installed and we had permittion to turn it on two days later. I had read a lot of horror stories about people going solar. I am so glad my experience was excellent. I highly recomment Doug and Synergy!

We received quotes from over 10 different companies and Synergy beat them all. Not only were they priced better than others, Synergy was able to get us the system size and layout we wanted that a couple other companies couldn’t do. I’ve been pleased with my interactions with Synergy, from start to finish. Customer service, responsiveness to calls/inquiries, installation, and professionalism have all been top notch. Their financing options are the best I’ve seen as well. I recommend Synergy to anyone looking for Solar.
