expected this to be a straightforward install but they canccled on me three times without any warning. total headache, wouldnt go through this again. tels them all my concerns and they just forgot about me.

We have been researching ways to heat our pool for two years now. Adding a gas line on our property just wasn't an option because the cost to run it was completely insane. On the flip side, a solar cover wasn't moving the needle enough throughout the year to make even having a pool feel worth it. We finally decided to look into solar panels, and after shopping around, I came across Suntrek Solar. The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. My initial email went to Garrett, who came out to the property quickly, walked me through the whole process, and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. Then came the installation, and the care and pride Ethan put into his work was incredible. He even took the time to spray paint the pipes to match our house so the extra equipment wouldn't become an eyesore, a detail we so deeply appreciated. They did an outstanding job, and best of all, our pool has never been warmer. We are actually using it regularly this summer for the very first time. I feel like the moment you type the word "solar" into a search bar, you are immediately bombarded by pushy sales associates you can't shake. I never once felt that way here. They never tried to upsell me or push for more than we actually needed. It was a completely seamless, pleasant experience, and I highly recommend them.

I just had my solar pool heater installed today. I want to give a particular mention to my installers: Jose, Ben, Pepe, and Johnny. I was concerned that I might not be able to work (WFH) with anyone on the roof. I was barely required. The noise was minimal, so I spent my entire work day head phone free. The trench work they did was actually better than I thought it would be. I have hope that the grass will grow back without needing to resod it.

I hired Suntrek-Solar to install a solar system to heat the pool at the house. They arrived on time, did a fantastic job, cleaned after and left the area as they found it. The crew was very professional, the work was meticulously done , integrated with the system I had in place and they took the time to show me, explain me every aspect of the installation and how to make the best out of it. Shout out to Rolando, Ben Neri and Isaiah for a fantastic job, thanks.

I have had a pool solar heater on my pool for over 20 yrs. Placed by Suntrek. Time for a new one. Went again with Suntrek. Great service techs. Great office support. The crew that came to remove and replace my solar was terrific. Pepe, Elias, Benjamen and Holger were so professional, informative, and kind. Did a great job. I hope whenever I need things done around my home I could have a crew like them.

Solar Pool Heater

I just got a system put in about 2 months ago and I been trying to get a hold of someone to come out and show me how to use the solar pool heater and I left many messages and I can't get anyone to call me back. They were very responsive until they got their money and now they don't return calls.

I have been using Suntrek for about 15 years here in Las Vegas. I always have a very good experience with Amanda, in the office and Jr. and Kyle the two technicians who do the work. Thank you Suntrek for servicing my pool solar system.

do NOT use this company

i have had solar panels from another company for 20 yrs plus and NOT A SINGLE problem. with suntrek the sensor went out after just several months and they charged for the replacement. the replacement sensor went out again and this time i called in another company to replace it. when i asked why the sensor had to be replaced so often, they showed me what a cheap product suntrek installed on my roof! then two years later the panels started sliding off my roof! two solar companies told me it was due to bad installation from suntrek. go with diablo valley solar; they stand behind their product and warranty for 15 years. DO NOT GO WITH SUNTREK

Installation Methods will ruin your roof

Its easy to get a good review when the company is doing the writing. Hidden damages are not disclosed. Re: Lamorinda California area. Poorly manufactured materials and inadequate installation methods. We invested in Solar panels to heat our pool. Very little we were told when the salesman came to visit regarding the ability of the panels to actually heat our pool ever occurred. What did occur was leaks from the panels bursting sometimes big and sometimes small. The 15 year service warranty is nonexistent and covers nothing unless the company wants to make an exception. Roy the owner acts like he is doing you a favor coming to your home to make repairs. Yes this company will come out and install and do repairs, year, after year, after year. What they don't talk about is the damage the placement of the panels, attachment pipes and adherence substance will cause to your roof or that the company will assume no responsibility for the roof including interior damage or the fact that they failed to mention the possibility when selling the product. Roy is the owner and he is full of himself and finger pointing. For the damage, including mold found in the interior of our kitchen, the owner offered $1000 towards a new roof and said he was actually not contractually obligated to offer anything. About the contract, well unfortunately, we only received a brochure when the system was initially installed with our pool 12 years ago and we stupidly allowed suntrek to reinstall a second system in 2015, which did not last through the first 2 weeks of the next season. Nonetheless, our roof is damaged beyond reasonability. Really Roy, the owner, offered a thousand dollars towards a new roof. I've not heard of a roof that only cost $1000.00

We originally had Suntrek install our pool solar system fourteen years ago and have had absolutely no problems and have loved the results of having our pool heated with no electrical bills! After having dealt with Suntek and their professional and skilled staff, we would never, ever consider using any other company. We recently re-roofed our home and Suntrek re-installed the solar system for us. Shortly after our roofing project was completed, we lost our pool pump due to heavy flooding in our side yard and Suntrek was the first company we thought of calling because we trust them! To our delight, they immediately insatlled an energy efficient multi speed pump for us. We highly recommend Suntrek Industries to every homeowner with or without a pool! Please feel free to use us as a reference. :)

These guys did a great job. We needed an internet card to be installed, and that did take a little longer. Only change I would have made would have been to make sure the set back on the roof was a little further in, so it wouldn`t have been so visible. Electric bill had gone to zero. Either the Hot water heater system kicked in, or this system is responding better than expected. Thank We elected to get the incentive...and that was delayed. But, it did come in.

Contractor offered to float the incentive, but provided an internet monitoring modem for free since I payed up front.

3 Month Project: 6-tree bifacial solar panel with dual axis trackers installed at a historic, FAA controlled municipal airport. Small footprint, construction hours 10pm to 5am, in the middle of winter (rains)amidst high security. SunTrek`s commitment to this project and working as a hands-on team member made it the success it is.
