Sunshine Renewable Solutions

Sunshine Renewable Services did an excellent job designing and installing our solar electricity system, and at a great price. The system output per unit cost was almost 2X better than a quote we received from another company. Our system consists of 48 panels and 2 batteries for full house backup. It has performed exceptionally well in the two years that we have owned it. Our area has frequent power outages, and now we don't have to worry about this anymore. Our electricity bill has also been reduced by ~80%. We love our system! It gives us peace of mind and a reasonable return on investment.

Well worth it

I had solar panels installed by Sunshine Renewable Solutions almost 3 years ago. They did a great job, were on time with their work throughout the process and were very easy to communicate with, even after the installation. In my experience it was very well worth it. I live in a neighborhood in Houston with a lot of very large oak trees and was doubtful about the benefits. SRS worked with me to get the best number and location of solar panels on my roof. They also clearly used high quality equipment and workmanship because I have had no concerns or problem since. I highly recommend this company.

We installed our solar panels in August 2024. The installers and techs were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It took a few days to do the installation. Since then we notice a slight difference in our usage. We don’t have a battery installed yet but plan to. Overall a great experience and look forward to working with Sunshine again in the near future.

Had a great experience installing solar on our home. The staff was easy to work with, communicated the steps, and did all the leg work. The installation team was absolutely delightful! The team lead explained exactly what was happening and the team was kind and respectful. Our project manager was wonderful! as someone who does project management for a living, I was impressed with their organization. The system is working great! We had a new roof prior to installation and haven't had any problems. Our August bill was historically around $750 and this year it was $140.

New Solar Installation

I dealt with several members of the Sunshine team during my solar installation (solar panels plus Powerwalls) and every single person displayed very good knowledge, excellent service, courtesy and efficiency. I would definitely recommend Sunshine to anyone considering solar installation.

Solar Panel Maintenance

SRS Service Dept. was phenomenal!! They came in and repaired solar panels they did not install. I bought my panels from a company that had gone out of business, and SRS was willing to repair them. My solar panels were no longer communicating with my home or app. The representative who supported me on the phone was very professional, and worked quickly to get a technician to me. When Ulises arrived, he was professional, quick, and highly knowledgeable. He explained to me everything that was going on, and corrected the problem. Thanks to Sunshine Renewable Solutions, I am back online saving money! I highly recommend their maintenance service even if you do not have panels with them. Peace of mind is Priceless!!

From the start you really can tell that Sunshine Renewable Solutions is different. They truly care. I was hit by so many "Solar is Free" and "The Government Pays 4 Solar" ads that I had to look more into solar. The first solar installation companies were very pushy and tried to get me to sign right away BUT I did my due diligence. That is when I found Sunshine as one of the highest rated companies online. I was really impressed that they had a 5 star rating with over 100 reviews AND they are local. Was a Win Win.

Quality Experience

The team at Sunshine was extremely helpful and professional starting with our energy consultant/designer engineer Shannon Munden. We did a lot of shopping around and no one compared with our experience with Sunshine. Most of the companies were really “sales-y” and couldn’t answer our technical questions. Shannon has tons of solar experience and actually has a system on his roof so he was able to really understand and address our questions and concerns. It definitely took longer than we wanted but we couldn’t be happier with our system and the team at ☀️ Sunshine.

Integrity

If you're looking for a company you can trust look no further than Sunshine Renewable. We ran into a few snags in permitting and initial install but everything was made right and promises were delivered on. If they say they will take care of something, you can trust it will get done.

Sunshine recently finished our solar installation and we couldn’t be happier! The whole team was a pleasure to work with. They handled all of the red tape that comes along with permissions, inspections, and the guidelines that my utility provider required for grid connection. They even handled dealing with me! I turned out to be a little (ok, a lot) more picky than I was anticipating, but they kept working with me as my understanding evolved and I narrowed down what it was that I really wanted. There was never even a hint of sales pressure on their side. It was truly a process of understanding what it was that I wanted to achieve and turning that into thoughts on how to get there. The installation went smoothly and everyone involved did great work. Most importantly of all, the system has performed great! So, what are you waiting for… give them a call!

solar panel installation

The guys showed up on time and installed the solar panels on my roof in Dallas. The job only took about 2 days and they were polite and cleaned up after the job was done. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

Professional, courteous, helpful!

Sunshine Renewable Solutions is who I recommend for all your solar needs. The entire team goes above and beyond for such tasks as: Knowledge, skills, keeping you updates, and very timely.

Good experience

Good experience. Got panels installed at the competitive price. Least aggressive salesman, no hassling or hassling. A little concerned about lack of physical store but they've been available when i need something from then

Amarillo Texas Project

Sunshine Renewable Solutions installed our Solar system in December 2020. We are up and running and happy so far. Everybody that we dealt with was very professional. We would recommend them.

Excellent Experience: Highly Recommended

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Sales experience was informative, low pressure, and respectful. They respected my bid process and made a very competitive proposal. I opted for a Black on Black solar system for a cleaner appearance on my roof. They made several alterations to the system in design and installation to give us a very pure black on black look. The installation team worked very hard on hot Texas mid summer days to install the system. I am very happy with our decision to go with Sunshine Renewable Solutions.

Great and Speedy Service!

We are setting sail for the islands in a week and Jeff dropped everything To get us the cable we needed to complete our installation. We couldn't have finished without his expert assistance. Thanks Jeff! -The Crew of S/V Verano

Repair to System not Producing

For anyone that wants a polite and quick solution to their system problems, this is the company to get it done. I had problems finding an expert on my system and after two weeks of calling many companies, this firm came to my rescue. Not only did they do a great job of getting everything done, the individual, Sid Chandrashekar, came to Georgetown, TX on his weekend trip, and took the time to visit my home. Very polite and friendly. I could have not ask for a better experience. Highly recommend these people for your solar needs.

Do it and do it with Sunshine

If you're looking to go solar and want to work with a great, local team, choose Sunshine Renewable. I'm very pleased with everything about my 11.22 kwh system. Scott, Sid and Cody had it spec'd out, priced, installed and up and running with PTO in about 5 weeks. This is extra fast since I'm outside city limits and did not require many permits. Do it for you. Do it for your kids (seriously, mine are really proud). Do it for the planet. Do it with Sunshine. If my review helps you chose Sunshine Renewable, please give them my referral code 'SUN STYLE' and tell them Lynn sent you. It could even save you a few bucks!!

Friendly and customer oriented company

When business runs as it is suppose to, we don't have much to say other than ... GREAT JOB, GREAT TEAM. I expected the system to be functional within a certain time frame and it was. I expected the system to run nice and smooth, and it does. Few hiccups were efficiently addressed. Hiccups are part of the job especially when dealing with a tremendous amount of paperwork (fully out of their control), field activities and difficult clients (I do consider myself rather demanding). To conclude - Sunshine Renewable Solutions is not only a Solar solution company - now, they are my friends. -Horatiu Corbeanu, Katy, TX.

Excellent Solar Company

Amazing fast installations and no hassle pricing unlike some competitors. Special thanks to Cody and his team on the install also Thomas for the education on solar and the sell. Highly recommend and very impressed with this young local growing company.

Great People to Work with, Great Product, Great Service

I had a 10.56 kv system consisting of 32 Panasonic solar panels put in by Sunshine Renewable Solutions. Installation was completed in the last week of September. I just got my first full month power bill (for October) and it was a $87.84 cent credit. In the past I normally consumed about 900-1000 kwh a month. This system will save me a lot of money. The company was very responsive, very nice people to work with , and offered a wide range of products

Best Price/Product, Warranty, Customer Service and Installation

I highly recommend Sunshine Renewable for your solar panel installation. The entire project from start to finish was easy. They listened to my needs and provided the best product that matched my criteria. Their customer service and professionalism are the best in the industry that I have come across as is their devotion to improving our planet! Thank you from our family to yours.

Great service on an older PV system

After being ignored by several other solar installers, Sunshine owner Jeff promptly came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate for replacing the microinverters in my existing photovoltaic system. Despite their busy schedule, and despite having to source some unusual hardware, Sunshine were able to squeeze in my small job in a reasonable time. It's great to have the system acting like new again. I appreciate the attention and care from Jeff and project manager Cody, and I will definitely call them again if I need anything! Highly recommended!

Best company for solar!!

By far the best choice for solar panels and installation!!!! We live in a very rural place with lots of animals and kids and these guys were such fun!! Not only did they do an excellent and professional job installing but we had a blast having them around. Going to miss y’all!!

Highly, highly recommended

These guys have been a delight! It’s so refreshing to work with a company that is so honest, friendly, and attentive. Their pricing is excellent and the install process was easy and professional. Thank you, Sid, Jeff, Adam, and crew.

Great Company to Go Solar With!

My new solar system is turned on; generating power, and I am happy with choosing Sunshine Renewable Solutions to install my system. Everyone that I have interacted with from this company has been amicable, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. They even helped me to take full advantage of the tax incentives to make the solar a real possibility. After watching the industry for several years now is the first time that the numbers work! I recommend you give them a call to see what they can do for you! They do not use high-pressure sales tactics just good old fashioned being honest and truthful about what they do.

Great Experience with Sunshine!!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Sunshine Renewable Solutions. Jeff, Adam, Sid and Rodrigo are extremely smart, capable and always kept me updated throughout the process. I highly recommend this company if you are looking to go solar and you will definitely be satisfied with the whole experience. I am so happy to have finally gone solar!

These guys rock!!!

Incredible company & incredibly professional staff & crew. Quote, installation, and monitoring extremely easy and affordable. The Austin rebates made the decision on this investment a no-brainer.
