ADT Solar (formerly Sunpro Solar)

Great overall Service

I chose SunPro Solar for my solar installation due to reviews seen online.

Efficient and excellent!

Everything was great, the crew arrived a little early, everyone worked hard and got the job done in one workday. The process from beginning has been so smooth, everyone at Sunpro has been so friendly and attentive all along the way. I highly recommend them!

A great job awesome crew.

Have been researching solar for a while was unsure about who or where to look, I contacted sunpro, there rep. came out and explained everything, for me several times. I took several days for research ....after seeing the benefits I went with sunpro for my solar needs

Review

Sunpro agents are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are always informing us of what is going on and when. Really great to work with. The best.

Sunpro

The sales personnel was very competent however he since then has not returned any text I’ve sent him. This is very concerning. The crew and follow up has been great. I’m not sure if they did a vacuum test or caulked or placed weather stripping on doors.

Top notch

On time quick professional

Great Company to work with.

We were very pleased with the service and pricing that we received from Sunpro. They are a professional company who goes above and beyond.

you may want to proceed with caution before using SunPro

My system was installed almost two months ago and the electrical inspection failed so my system still is not online and working. Sun Pro has been telling me they will get an electrician back out to my house to correct the issue for three weeks now and so far no one has shown up. The latest phone call from them yesterday was to inform me the person handling my job was no longer with the company and they were sorry for the delay and again they promised to have an electrician here next week. Let's hope so, I am about ready to tell them to come get their equipment and make any repairs needed to my roof after installation. Mike Frakes

VERY ORGANIZED AND PROFESSIONAL

I DID MY RESEARCH AND FELT IT SUNPRO WAS THE BEST COMPANY WITH THE BEST PRODUCT.

Going Solar!

It was an easy process, very simple. We have ended our electric bill, no more $400+ surprise bills. Honestly, we choose them because of the reviews from across the neighborhood and the sales rep living here.

Easy install, great software, good advice

Sunpro was recommended by a neighbor (and Sunpro paid him the promised "reward," which was heartening to me). From the first visit of the salesman to the final installation of the Nest thermostat, all went very smoothly and quickly. The salesman advised me to use appliances (dishwasher, washing machine) during the day to max out use of generated electricity. And after the installation of the panels, one of the installers advised me to have a certain tree trimmed. I just did that, as soon as it lost all its leaves. The person who came to change the light bulbs, install the thermostat, and do the "air pump" (not sure what you call it) helped me by putting insulating tape around my HVAC closet door--an easy fix but something I had not done. I'm very happy with the panels. I call them my "silent partner." Bills are really tanking in the winter because I don't have electric heat, so it's fun!

Very professional

They called as soon as we requested info. The other company never replied

Great Product

Well installed. Receiving great service from my array. Power Bill almost nonexistant.

EXCELLENT TEAM

First of all, the estimator was very professional and did not try pressure into buying more than I wanted. I wanted a small system that would reduce my electric bill by about 50%. I wasn't interested in reducing my electric bill to zero. The sales person understood and provided a quote for what I wanted. The team also provided a free energy audit on the house at impressed me. They sealed the areas where outside was entering the house. They provided a tent for the attic and a years supply of ventilation filters. The installers were experienced and cleaned up the area before departing. Sunpro took care of the city inspection and provided instructions on the new electrical panels that were installed. I am very happy with the solar panels and my elecrtic bill has been reduced by 50%. What more can I say except to give Sunpro my best recommendation. Too boot--my neighbor also purchased a solar system from Sunpro and I received $1000.00 credit on my electric bill. Happy, happy, happy.

Delivered everything they promised

The team from Sunpro made a lot of promises, many of which my wife and I were skeptical. When the process was over they had delivered on every promise with courtesy and efficiency.

Amazing

Absolutely amazing service. Everybody was professional and they did a great job.

Excellent company with great employees !!!!!

They were chosen because of all the great reviews I read on line in comparison with other companies.

GOOD PERSONAL, VERY FRIENDLY AND WELL KNOWING...

WHEN I HAD THE FIRST VISIT WITH ARLETHA, WITH VERY GOOD SKILL ABOUT THE SYSTEM AND VERY PROFESSIONAL, THAT'S MADE ME CHOOSE THEM. AND THE PEOPLE AFTER DID IN THE SAME MANNER.

Friendly, Professional and Easy to Work With

SunPro offered great incentives as part of my solar package. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The work was done in a timely manner and I am now generating energy credits with my electricity provider.

Company with good background

Sunpro has been a reliable company. Workers are professional, installation went well. We are very satisfied with everyone that we dealt with

Quick Install, Friendly Staff

SunPro was the 3rd company I had spoken to when starting this entire process of researching and looking into a solar panel company. Shaan was my sales guy and as soon as I mentioned that, he cut out all the extras and just cut to the chase. Everything he informed me of that I hadn't heard from other providers was clear and concise. The install day arrived and the guys on the roof finished incredibly fast. The electrician probably took about an extra hour or two but overall, very satisfied with their work. So far my system has been performing well. I had credit sent back to my energy company so I currently have credits with them which is nice! This was installed during the summer so certain days sucked up more juice than we could provide but as time went on and things began to cool down, it's been overproducing like a champ! I heard from someone else that did some research about their Power Production Guarantee and their Warranty papers became difficult to obtain. I wouldn't fret. Something they don't clarify is that they want to let your system run for a few months to see what they can estimate. Made sense. Don't forget to remind them to send you that information after a few months though. TLDR: Great company. Would highly recommend. Remind them to send you warranty info and PPG in a few months.

Awesome Experience, End to end service.

I entertained 4 bids for the Solar Panel system. Sunpro presentation was professional, verifiable and informative. By the end of the presentation, I knew what panels would be installed, what converter would be used, how much electricity would be produced, the cost of the project, and how long it would take.

SunPro fulfilled all agreements and offerings

I am please that my solar panels are generating energy and usually exceed my usage and provide payments from Reliant!

City Inspector Impressed

The city of Plano, TX sent a person to inspect the new SunPro solar panel system recently installed. As I followed along, he first looked at the panels then the main and auxiliary solar breaker panels. I could tell he was impressed from his comments as we went along. When he removed the newly installed house main breaker panel he asked the name of the company who had installed my solar system. I replied SunPro Solar and he said, "Oh! That's why this all looks so good."
