Balloon Payment

SunPro Solar requires a balloon payments if you use Spectrum Credit Union to finance your loan. My monthly payment was $196.00 and now it is $283.99 monthly although we did not receive any refund do to insufficient income.

Awesome install

I love my LG solar panels! The solar installation crew was very professional and quick to install. They were done in 4 hours and answered all my questions. I’m very happy I went with Sunpro. I am already getting paid for putting referrals in the app which I am using to pay off my system!

Roof and Solar Panels: Communicative, responsive, efficient team

As everyone knows, monsoons come to Albuquerque! We decided on Sunpro Solar, Albuquerque team, to replace our leaking roof, because they were also placing solar panels on our house. There were initially glitches due to paperwork in the City of Albuquerque permit office with the first roofing contractor. Joann D'Amato, project coordinator, jumped on it and found Nick at Build Pro, who immediately submitted an estimate, which was approved and in less than a week our roof was in place. Joann was communicative and responsive to our needs as was Nick. My husband was familiar with the roof’s issues and had several phone calls with Nick. Joann called me throughout to update me. Nick texted our Deaf daughter to let her know when he’d arrive. The solar panels have also just been activated, and the Albuquerque Sunpro solar panel team also did a great job. Again, Joann was responsive and communicative. We needed the panels all on the top level and they determined how that would be possible. You see by the rating how satisfied we are, but there’s no ultimate description for the comfort the updates and communication were with the monsoons on the horizon. I am especially appreciative of Joann D'Amato and Nick's efficient team. If I knew the solar panel team, they’d have direct kudos as well. Thank you!!! Ann

Excellent

Everything went well and we're very happy with the project. I have no idea of how things might change in the future but, for now, we're actually experiencing a saving on our monthly electric bills. I was skeptical at first but am gradually getting used to the idea that this program really works!

2 months and inspection not completed

My installation has been completed since 6/11/2020, however the inspection has not been completed. I have to put my time in to call the city to schedule an inspection. By now the Electric company should have been updating the meter. In 2 weeks, I will be obtaining a bill from the loan company and electric company, but yet my job has not been completed.

Love my solar

I went with Sunpro because of their “peace of mind” 25 year parts and labor warranties. That added to the power production guarantee where they pay me at double the amount my utility charges me if they don’t produce 95% of their guarantee. This was a great decision! All I pay is a delivery charge every month to CTEC.

Hardware good, savings promised misleading

The salesman explained that the system designed for us would cover 100% of our power needs. If we had visitors, he would credit $1,000 to our electric utility account to cover that extra usage. Great! What he did not explain was that the power our panels produced in excess of our usage, was not purchased at the same rate as what we paid for power from the utility. He recommended against battery storage due to cost. The lack of storage is why we are paying for electricity from the utility still. During peak production time for our panels, if we don't use the power, it gets sold back to the utility at a cut rate. After dark we still buy from the grid. So the bottom line is we still have an electric bill after agreeing to buy $30K of panels. $60K w/interest! The installation was good and mostly professional, but wire trimmings left in the yard.

Best Ever

After consulting with other installers, Sunpro was the most comprehensive in regard to specifics, install requirements and cost effectiveness. Install was earlier than anticipated and went off without a hitch. Personnel was friendly and caring about any concerns I might have and took care of everything while keeping me completely informed. Can't recommend highly enough!

Forget the rest....Sunpro is the BEST!!!!

I interviewed several companies....then I spoke with Sunpro representative Jaqueline. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I am so happy with my solar panels. Everything went as planned. Free electricity.......no more renting from EP electric.......call Jacqueline for an appt!!!

Top Notch Company

From start to finish this company is top notch. Regional manager, Tom Mosley, was knowledgeable, personable, and kind. He answered every question we posed to him. He made the sales experience a ZERO pressure one that gave my wife and I time to mull over the decision. The project coordinator, Jessica Pettit, and project manager, Enrique Sanchez, stayed in contact with me after the sale and kept me informed of all that was taking place behind the scenes. They did a great job of keeping us informed! The installation occurred about one month after the sale; I only mention this because we thought it would be some time in June or July. The installers arrived before the scheduled time and met with me prior to beginning. The installers, Alonso, Dom, Joel, and Chris walked me through what they would be doing and in what order they would be doing it. I was never in the dark about any part of this process. They began about 9:00 AM and were packed up and finished before 11:30 AM. The electricians, Jack and Eduardo, were friendly, informative, and worked very fast on installing all of the wiring through my attic and out to the now panel. The finished product passed inspection with flying colors the same day. We were producing electricity by 3:00 PM. The next day, Sunpro Solar contacted me and informed me of a panel that was not communicating with their servers. They sent out men less than 24 hours to check the connection of the panel and get it talking to their network. Sunpro Solar is a great company to work with for your solar energy needs and from meeting their employees, it must be a great place to work as well. Do not hesitate in contacting them. A Company with a Personal Touch

5 stars for this company. They have a team that treats you like family. They are on time and keep their word. I call them and there are no run around, I speak directly to the top guys, a rarity these days. Adam and Jessie are always on top of everything. I tell them my problem and they give suggestions on how we could work things out. They even text me off hours when I have a question. No outsourced customer service; you just speak directly to them. My overall experience with this company from their CEO to the solar technician were amazing. I will recommend them to all my friends and family

Excellent Solar Panels

Melyssa Godsey Lead project coordinator and her team did excellent job in my 35 LG solar panels.I have it running for almost a month now and its producing in regular sunny day from 60 to 69 Kilowatt/hour and Im only consuming around 25 Kilowatt/hour a day. I would highly recommend Sunpro solar especially Melyssa,she is very professional and will help you all the way from start to finishing the project.

Profesional service all around

Jonathan Price and the entire team at SunPro are so professional. Jonathan is always available to answer any questions I have. The installation took about 4 hours for 26 panels. Everyone has been pleasant and helpful to work with. The panels look great, the electrical work looks great and it was approved a couple of days after it was completed. Switching to the new electric company was so easy. Great team of professionals!!!

Outstanding and professional

Today your team of installers completed the installation of my 28 panels along with the connection to my electrical system. They were quick, courteous and professional throughout this process. If I had any questions they did their best to answer my questions. Devin Leathers my sales rep also stopped by and checked on the progress of the install. While he was here I was able to pick up a referral one of my neighbors. So, far this has been a very delightful experience. I look forward to many years of dealing with these professionals. Going Green the Sunpro Solar way.

Helped me obtain a loan with very low interest and no downpayment for 15 years, Apply and pay for all the city and state license and later inspections. They contacted Oncor to reset the smart meter and make it ready for the solar energy system. The same day Sunpro team came installed the whole system and was up and running the same day. All that time the coordinator kept informed by phone or email, answered all my questions and my concerns. I am glad I chose Sunpro Solar.

Excellent company

As one of many former Brevard Solar customer (went bankrupt in January 2020) and loosing $12,600.00 and waiting 10 months decided to go with Sunpro Solar. As of today 3/10/20 the installation was done with awesome group of people beginning with sales rep Justin.C, installation coordinator Sydney W. the installation crew who did amazing quality job. and passed all three inspections today. Great team . Really took care of my family and I and all the questions we had. We visited with multiple solar company and Lisa was great we really felt like they were not only going to take care of us but take care our home that was just build recently .

Installation

My installation was nearly a month later than promised when I contracted with Sunpro. When the day finally arrived, things went well. the roof installation was completed before noon and the electric about an hour later. However, the people to do the energy efficiency did not arrive until around 3. So I had to wait around all day. wost part is that I have been installed for about a month and still have no solar due to coordination with Duke Energy. very disappointing.

Awesome Job

The crew showed up and got right to work. Within no time all the panels were installed. The crew was polite and cleaned up any trash they had. Definitely a great group of guys that installed our panels and electrical.
