Waste of time

I looked in to solar, they came out to put up, my roof is 82 YEARS old. I even told and showed Tony Smith, the agent, the attic, we walked around the house. Not a problem. This was July 2021. October 2021 the guys came out to install, they said no one told them it was a metal roof and they cannot install. DECEMBER I get a call from Tony only AFTER I called and left messages then FINALLY called office for him to return my call. He actually asked if I would replace my roof, um NO it'll last another 100 YEARS! He said ok, I'll take care of it. In JANUARY 2022 i get an email stating my credit rating dropped from 728 to 679! I went to check and was told I opened an account for 41 THOUSAND DOLLARS with mosaic pro! 1/27 I called Mosaic asking why do I have an account for something I do not have. They'll look into it. February 5th I get a bill for $212 for solar! 4 HOURS I was on the phone with various people with Mosaic Pro trying to figure out what was going on. I was eventually told I would have to pay the bill THEN file to get a refund in 4-6 MONTHS! I've called the office and the Louisiana office and NOTHING!

Wonderful Experience

My experience with Sunpro has been nothing short of excellent. Their level of communication between the different teams and my wife and I has been very impressive. When I have had questions they have quickly found the answers and gotten back with me, not to mention the consistent updates on the installation project's progress. On installation day, Cameron's team was very pleasant and friendly and so fast! I would definitely recommend working with this team!

Fantastic Service

I am impressed with the friendly, efficient, and all-inclusive service rendered by Sunpro before, during, and after the installation of my new solar system. They went beyond what I expected, fully informing me and keeping me informed, installing my system, inspecting and weatherizing my house, and even leaving me with tons of efficient LED light bulbs. I could not be happier with the service they provided. The county has not yet inspected the system, so it is not yet online, but I have complete confidence that it will operate as advertised.

Professional installation and service

These men did a great job of communication and installation. It was an old house with poor wiring, and they did an excellent job rewiring and making it look nice. Highly recommend.

the team was incredible, outstanding, or any other complimentary word you can think of! They showed up on time, provided a run down of what they were going to do, confirmed the design team’s plan with me, and then got to work! and man, did they work! they were all very courteous, knowledgeable and professional! i’m not easy to please and these guys exceeded all of my expectations! what a wonderful experience! i am so impressed with Sunpro! what a professional outfit from sales, design, permitting to installation. i was always well informed throughout the entire process! i would highly recommend Sunpro to anyone interested in solar!!!

Sunpro exceeds

Wow, what a great experience with Sunpro staff. They were the best. Most professional, knowledgeable installation experts I have ever met. They all had their jobs and never stopped working. Unbelievable is how I would put it. I’m glad I was home all day to experience this type of workmanship! No sub contractors, all Sunpro employees. A great day!

Great Service

We researched several companies and had multiple consultations. I felt this system was the best for our needs and for future additions or changes. My brother works on a research ship and maintained their panels and he approved of this system. Dillon was a great sales person to work with, very friendly and fun. Everything went very easy. I received weekly updates and they took care of everything.

Sergio with Sunpro solar came over and introduced me to solar. He showed me what’s available in the market and what’s not to buy when looking into solar. Excellent Service!

The entire process was very easy from beginning to end. Our SunPro rep Gabe Valdez answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about SunPro and it’s services. Even having MVEC, the lowest priced company in our area, it was evident that we would be saving much more by switching to SunPro Solar. Thank you to Gabe and the SunPro team for helping us make the transition to Solar.

Professional and courteous

The team showed up on time and immediately got to work. It was a super cold day and they worked hard and were super friendly despite the weather conditions. Professional and efficient they made sure I understood the system and made sure things were right before they left.

Complete information

From the time I first contacted to the installation of the panels and connection, I was contacted and informed of what was happening and going to happen. Installation was quick, simply done and only took one day to install 31 panels. The sales person, Mann H. Carter, explained everything in the initial meeting and insured and worked to assist in getting the credit required to install the panels. Also, Carter insured I understood how many panels were required, how they would be situated and what was entailed to get the installation done in a timely manner. Sarah Kasson contacted me via text, email and phone to advise me of the status of the installation; this was extremely helpful as Christmas holiday and vacations were happening about this time. Kasson was on top of the issue at all times, including an after action request. I am very satisfied with how the installation was done and am now waiting on my electric company to come and inspect the installation and set up so we will be able to start using our system.

Great until the get their sale

Terrible experience with sunpro, all fluff all rainbows and unicorns until the sale is made, so obsessed with the damn sale they will steam roll your requests to slow down. Sunpro installed their panels in November after I asked them 9 different ways to postpone, they provided false reassurances to my concerns and then when I complained had the gall to act like they were doing me a favor… I’m the one saddled with almost 40k in debt for the next 25 yrs smh still waiting for invitations to leave reviews still waiting 3 months down the road for the panels to be hooked up still waiting for the “free home efficiency inspection with next thermostat” go with a smaller more accountable company that actually cares about their customers concerns.

Horrible service

We had our solar panels installed December 9th 2021 and now February 1st 2022 we are still waiting for the final inspection. We have had people come out twice now and do something on the roof but no one tells us what's going on. Finace company e-mailed us congratulating us on the completion of our install but it is not complete. We have the panels but not hooked up. Worst customer service and NO follow thru.

Going solar

I was not in the market for solar but after multiple companies knocked on my door I started to do my research and subpro had the best price for what I was offered in my opinion. I got 17 panels and a tesla battery pack for the same price someone was trying to sell me 22 panels. Everyone I have dealt with has been very professional and friendly. Genaro Fernandez always knew the answers to my questions and always got back to me when I reached out. The panels and battery look great and I couldnt be happier with their warranty that was offered which was better than the other companies I researched. A++

Great follow-through

Met with a consultant and sized our system to our needs and preference. He was able to explain the process and next steps to my satisfaction. I was assigned an account manager who reached out with current status within a week of signing the contract. She also gave me weekly updates! We had our system installed and the EnergyPro assessment completed within a month of signing the contract. The install team was very courteous and professional, answered questions I had completely and completed the work in about half a day. They also took care to clean up like they had never been there. Waiting on inspections and the gobahead from the electric company to flip the switch!

I recommend Sunpro 100%... Since day one, our sales rep Joseph Valderrama has provided 5 star service. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure that he answers all of your questions and is very kind and makes sure that you get the answers you need. I would also like you mention that he is very accessible. He answers all of my messages. I am truly 100% satisfied with his service.

Go Solar!

This is a no-brainer if you want to go Solar or even if you aren’t sure yet! Dillon is a super salesperson and person in general. The Solar company makes sure all their employees are always respectful, as quiet as possible, and friendly. I am so excited to have lower energy bills, a lost-cost affordable way to pay for it, and it all works perfectly with my new electrical panel.

Install

Shout out to the Sunpro installers that installed my panels today. They were on time, very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. My solar specialist, Dillon Snow stopped by to ensure the install went as planned. The purchase and install process has exceed my expectations.

Everything from the sale to the installation had been fantastic. All individuals who I have dealt to with have been very professional. Jose Lopez my sales representative was available every step of the way and was even there on install day. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Detailed and Professional

We’re getting our Sunpro/ADT solar system installed today!!! The install team and sales team Jenna and Cody were here to make sure everything goes smoothly! Great job being detailed about what the game plan was with the install, made sure we understood what we were getting and what we paid for, and how long it would take.
