Horrible customer service

I really regret doing business with this company they came out installed my panels and never got them working. To make things worse I am getting calls from the finance company, the job was never completed and Sunpro is asking about payment already. At this point I want Sunpro to come remove their panels and equipment from my home.

The crew were very respectful and competent; and worked efficiently. BB was extremely kind as well as helpful with helping me figure out the nest app and the thermostats. Judson was knowledgeable and courteous, helping with any questions or comparisons that we had.

Scammer’s

Sunpro took advantage of a 71 year old elderly woman that just got out of the hospital with Covid and losing her husband and strong armed her into signing a contract salesman was very manipulative!!!! No stars will be seeking legal counsel!!

Everyone I worked with was professional, friendly and helpful. They offered extras that other companies didn't. Their warranty were among the longest and best out there. Great people to work with.

They stole my money

SunPro, they play the good guys but they are the complete opposite. At first we were pleased to get new solar panels, not only does it help the environment but also the Wallet, or so you would think. SunPro has failed to provide any of the services they claim to offer. At first they stared that it would take about 2-3 weeks for the panels to installed after doing a inspection of the roof and how much electrical is being used. Then they claimed they would not start debiting our money until the solar panels were on. However it did not go as smoothly as they said it would be. To start off they were quick to being taking our money and yet took over 3 months for us to get the panels installed, and about an additional 2-3 months just for them to being “working”. Then the workers that installed our panels installed them wrong causing the system to malfunction and not do it’s job of bringing electricity into the home. After they claimed to have fixed the problem they insured that they panels would start working properly for that to be another lie. Their new excuse was that they did not have sufficient information of our monthly electric usage to install in the first place but they they cannot answer how they even allowed their company to install them. Now we want the solar panels off as we are paying over $90 for solar panels $100 a month during the winter months in which we were out of the state without turning on the AC which is ridiculous specially when in the month of December, the whole family was out of the state for over 2 weeks and still got a $100 bill from the electricity company. The solar panels are not producing enough energy to support the house, and not only that instead of putting any type of energy into the house and help get our bill lower our bill is only raising by the month. After countless amounts of calls with made to SunPro we have gotten nothing but getting the phone hanged up on, screamed at and ignored. We call costumer service and the only response they give us is that we signed a contratar and when we ask for a high up they never respond. We are tired, we cannot keep playing with this childish company and their childish employees. We want the panels off now.

You will regret it!!!

The installation went well, the parts they knew what to put onto the house but any parts someone has to fly into town and teach them/give them a class on you will never get that part. Do not!!!!sign any paperwork until all parts known and unknown are on your and functioning correctly. They will have you sign a certificate of completion under FALSE!! pretenses and NEVER!! return to finish the job. DO NOT USE this company sunNOTSOprosolar

I have been very let down with the production of the 30 panels over the two years. The company said 25 year warranty and then they try to do a payout to offset the cost which will void out the warranty!

I do not recommend SunPro Solar to anyone looking for solar. They are a terrible company with horrible customer service. DO NOT get sold on the their "Tax Incentive/Rebate" because it is deceptive marketing. You do not get the tax incentive within 18 months and your bill after that 18 month WILL go up because you won't get the money to pay toward the loan like they say. They are a bunch of crooks! No one knows which way is up when it comes to getting things installed. They came out after a few months of waiting, unannounced to install panels, got the wrong permits, didn't tell us that they got the wrong permits, installed the wrong electrical devices and then hoped we wouldn't notice, took an additional few months to get new permits, cut through vertical studs, tore apart the interior and exterior of our home, cut into the drywall behind the electrical panel exposing out kitchen cabinet and countertops, patched the outside with yellow putty (we have a grey house), failed inspection and washed their hands of us. They have left us with unusable panels, holes in the inside and outside of our home, with a monthly payment to our utility company AND for the solar payment because they got paid for merely putting the panels on our roof. Did I mention they failed the county inspection for negligent installation and then sitting almost 3 months later, and still no one has touched the house and won't return our calls or emails to their "legal" department. I cannot express enough how much someone thinking about going solar should stay away from this company! It has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare! They got paid and left us with their mess! LG solar panels are not LG, they are Hammer.

Energy Audit

We have nothing but the best words for this company and especially the representative Sergio Campos. When we were first contacted Sergio was clear and informative over the phone. He was eager to help us regardless of another solar company that denied to help us. They come to your house and go over everything in detail. It was amazing how simple the process was directly from our own living room. You were able to ask every question you could and he never rushed us. It has only been three weeks and our solar panels and electric station is already in. The team that was sent to do the work completed it in one day! We are now up and running. We didn’t have to lift a finger! They do all the work both physical and getting all required permits. We love Sunpro solar!!

Friendly and Efficient and Effective

Getting my panels installed this afternoon by Sunpro Solar! The whole team was involved. We’re excited to have this bunch of friendly, hardworking people come out. They installed everything quickly. And we’re excited that we are able to have a low payment too! Would recommend Sunpro in The Valley! Give Jenna a call!

SunPro solar (John Brown consultant)

Process was good all around. The only thing that held back my project was PEC the electrical company. SunPro was efficient fast and kept us in the loop on everything happening weekly. John Brown, was great he walked us through every detail and the crews are hard work now. He brought us food.

I would give 0 stars if I could

Installed panels very fast The. Never communicated or followed up to finish installation. Left me hanging paying my loan and Duke energy double bills. Never installed attic insulation and won’t pay my 1000 toward my double bill as promised. Still dealing with them to get things finalized and I’m about to take legal action!

Had my system installed today!

I just had my system installed on my 2 story home! The crew installing it were very professional and had it all completed in 5 hours which says a lot for a large roof! Our agent Scott was very professional and thorough in going over the details! I will do a follow-up once it's online for a a couple of months, but as of right now I am very happy with the work!

They did a great job and quick

My parents bought a system last year with sunpro. The sales rep, Matt Singer, advised them that they would be able to file the solar on their taxes and that they would get back around $20,000 and then they could pay it o their solar balance or spend it how they choose but their bill would go up $100. This is a lie and my elderly parents didn't know this at the time they signed. Not only did he tell this to my parents but some other friends and family. I have contacted the sales rep (no answer) and customer service with no answers as to who the sales rep supervisor is or who i can speak to about my concerns.

DO NOT TRUST SUNPRO SOLAR!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU. ZERO STARS. They caused our roof to leak, didn't come and fix the problem they made, continued to take our money without permission, and then ignored our calls. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! This company completely scammed us out of our money. They promised us things upon signing their contract that they have yet to fulfill after 2.5 years. The company's excuse for this is to blame their salesman, saying the employee over-promised, lied to our faces, and that now we just have to accept that. They have expressed zero remorse and have absolutely no intention of making things right with us. It has been 2.5 years of being tossed around from "manager" to "manager", never talking to the same person, and having our calls ignored. They continue to take money out of our account without notice or explanation and refuse to refund. We cannot believe that in these hard economic times, this company is willing to completely destroy people financially. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!

Great experience with SunPro Solar

If your looking for Solar give SunPro Solar a call. From my Sales Rep Scott to Customer Service Rep Nancy it’s been a great experience. The crew showed up around 8:30 am and we’re finished with installing 16 panels by 1:30 pm. Now I wait a week for the final plans to be approved and TEP to Commission it and I’m on the grid! Horrible company

Don’t ever go with sunpro! They are scammers and they will not try in anyway to rectify the situation. We are 52,000 in debt now and are not even 65% energy efficient on a 1400 sq ft home. The rep that sold us out panels doesn’t work for them anymore so we are just basically Stuck with what he promised us and now being told there’s not much we can do besides “you can buy more panels and we’ll knock down the price per panel by 100-200 bucks”. Why would I want to go the solar panel route if it’s so much more expensive than what we’ve ever payed for electricity!!!? Why would anyone want to go through all this yo pay more every month!!!!? Please don’t believe these people with anything they say. Don’t let them trick you with the I assure you, you’ll be over producing we just can’t quote you an exact amount because there’s no way to really predict exactly how much. But he just kept reassuring us. Please don’t fall for any of it! Please! Learn from our mistake!!!! Please!!!! (Our reps name was LUPE)

RUN!!!! away as fast as you can!!!! Scam alert

The finance company is now hounding me and the system is something a first grader could do batter at. They make all kinds of promises but DO NOT deliver. SRP has failed the system twice due to numerous infractions. The major one is that the breaker coming into the home is 1/2 what it should be and I believe my home is in danger of burning to the ground. They then tied the system to the wrong breaker in the wrong building and that panel can't even support the system as I understand it. When they 1/2 way installed the system (probably the wrong panels) there was such a mess and wire, nuts, screws and other debris all over my back porch, garage entry, and back yard I was afraid to allow my dog to go into the back yard. 3 weeks later I am still picking up items that could hurt my dog. When I informed the company - you guessed it no one was sent back out. Good luck cleaning up our mess was the attitude. I also had told the company I needed the system to be such that if the power went off from SRP I desperately needed the building to stand on it's own due to safety concerns. It doesn't!! and no one will return my calls. Here is the deal if you have read this. You have been warned. I have two previous homes in other parts of town and the solar company I used at those times don't serve this area so I know how it should work. Call anyone but DO NOT use ADT/Sunpro. I just had Sunpro here today installing my solar panel package.. its been an exciting day! The xrew was very professionalfrom the start. Cameron Wright my Sunpro solar Expertwas on top of the projectfrom the stare to finishand I highlyrecommendhim and Sunpro as zour home solar team!

We are very happy with the service from our sales agent and from everyone at Sunpro. Getting solar panels is a long process and Sunpro takes care of every step and keeps us informed. There was nothing for us to do but wait. We feel well taken care of.

TOTAL BULLSHIT

WE HAD THE COMPANY COME OUT AND INSTALL THE SYSTEM NOW ABOUT TWO MONTHS AGO. STILL THE SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING HAS NOT BEEN TURN ON. THEY WILL NOT EVEN RETURN OUR CALLS. THEY SAY THE ELECTRIC COMPANY NEED TO PUT IN A METER . SO WE WAIT WE CALL THE ELECTRIC COMPANY AND THEY SAY IT ALL READY TO GO STILL NOTHING. NOW THEY WANT ME TO MAKE PAYMENTS ON A SYSTEM THAT'S NOT WORKING TOTAL BULL SHIT.
