Impressed so far. SunSolar was great!

I held off on solar for years and finally decided I was tired of being under the utilities thumb. Rate increase after increase. I had a couple sales guys show up and I liked what they had to offer. The “propel” program being offered is what tipped the scale for me to move forward. As a prudent homeowner, I got multiple quotes. After the back and forth between sun solar, and a couple local companies, Sun Solar was more competitive and eager to earn my business. I went with an 11kw system with (2) IQ batteries totaling 20KW. Once paperwork was signed, these guys had my system up within 2 weeks. The install was clean! Much cleaner than anything I saw on google. I am very meticulous, especially when it comes to stuff being installed on my home, and Gaige (My installer) far exceeded expectations. Everything was exactly as discussed. He took his time to make sure I was completely satisfied. Inspections and PTO came a week later. No issues. Mike Lopez came out and tightened up the site for inspection. Everything was great! Approval to turn on was 5 weeks from the time I signed paperwork. I was extremely impressed by how fluid this process was. The 4 or 5 people I interacted with were friendly, helpful, and just as motivated to get me on-line as I was. This was a great team. My system is now up and running. Every promise made during the initial contract signing was kept. I am glad I went with SunSolar!

He proved to be a high-quality solar salesperson who provided end-to-end follow-through and consistent, long-term check-ins with us during the process. My solar and battery system works great!

Just experienced what would have been a PGE outage this morning. We saw the PGE transformer down the street flash and the whole neighborhood lost power. Other than a subtle flicker in the kitchen lights, my wife and I would have never known we lost grid connection. Thank you for keeping the lights on and the power bills low!

Sun solar not only lived up to my expectations, but they surpassed it. I was a little up tight when looking at different solar companies, cause of the investment for many years, but also the construction on my home. My experience could not have been any better and there whole team was truly the most amazing staff to work with. When I had a concern with my project, the owner came to my house and was hands on listening to what I had to say and not only did he fulfill my wishes but even did way more for my family at no cost. Amazing Quality & VALUE

From start to finish these guys did an awesome job. The salesman was friendly and had answers for every question I had. He made me feel very comfortable with the decision I was making. The installers were right on time both days, extremely clean and friendly, and did a great job. Panels have only been up for a few days and have already had numerous compliments about them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get solar!!!

Not all solar panels and solar companies are created equal. SunPower by Sun Solar is a local company that I trusted immediately and I felt that they really cared about what was in my best interest. Colleen was patient and took the time to explain the process so I felt comfortable with this large, important purchase. The design team was diligent and made sure I liked the layout of my panels. The installation was worry free and SunPower by Sun Solar's beautiful workmanship is by far superior. I do not have any painted conduit or awful boxes on my roof. My curb appeal was definitely preserved. Make sure you call Colleen at SunPower by Sun Solar when you decide to look at a system for your home. You will not be disappointed!

From start to finish, SunPower by Sun Solar took care of us. Starting with Bobby, our non-pushy salesman who informed us on solar so we could make an informed decision, we were sold. The extremely high quality of the panels and of the service was well worth the slightly higher cost vs. the other guys who told us off the bat that we would have a significant true up even with more of their lower efficiency panels. Sun Solar did a great job! System commissioned Sept. power meter running backwards -1550 KW/hours to date!!! The system is will designed with Wi Fi system performance monitoring.
