My solar and battery system works great!
Just experienced what would have been a PGE outage this morning. We saw the PGE transformer down the street flash and the whole neighborhood lost power. Other than a subtle flicker in the kitchen lights, my wife and I would have never known we lost grid connection. Thank you for keeping the lights on and the power bills low!

SUNPOWER!!! Customer Service and Commitment Useless BAD COMPANY!
Bought New Construction Home Eastvale, Ca., solar good for a few years no electric bills even refund at settlement month. Now several years and started receiving up to $500.00 settlement bills still under warranty contacted Sunpower. First overseas rep useless gave me hang ups. I called for years while still under warranty when finally, all the way up to Escalations agreed to reimburse me their $300.00 service charge as I complained after they now tried to tell me I was no longer in 10 warranty mind you when I started calling, I was still in warranty. Calls rep names emails to proof it. Manager agrees to reimburse me $300.00 if I pay upfront someone comes to the home check unit working properly then when I tried to schedule by email manager now taking back what was promised which is to reimburse me, he $300.00 service only charge. This is uncalled for I have SunPower's promise to reimburse me. What kind of Company operates like this... are we in a 3rd world company!!! A contract commitment in writing it to be honored as it represents your company in this case it's SunPower. Shame on SUNPOWER. I recommend don't do business with this company all you get is overseas representative that don't know what their doing while giving you the run around.

I could not have been happier with the whole project from start
Sun solar not only lived up to my expectations, but they surpassed it. I was a little up tight when looking at different solar companies, cause of the investment for many years, but also the construction on my home. My experience could not have been any better and there whole team was truly the most amazing staff to work with. When I had a concern with my project, the owner came to my house and was hands on listening to what I had to say and not only did he fulfill my wishes but even did way more for my family at no cost. I have not one thing bad to say about sun solar. If you are in the market for any solar needs call sun power with sun solar.

Best solar around
From start to finish these guys did an awesome job. The salesman was friendly and had answers for every question I had. He made me feel very comfortable with the decision I was making. The installers were right on time both days, extremely clean and friendly, and did a great job. Panels have only been up for a few days and have already had numerous compliments about them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get solar!!!

SunPower by Sun Solar...local, trustworthy, reputable company
Not all solar panels and solar companies are created equal. SunPower by Sun Solar is a local company that I trusted immediately and I felt that they really cared about what was in my best interest. Colleen was patient and took the time to explain the process so I felt comfortable with this large, important purchase. The design team was diligent and made sure I liked the layout of my panels. The installation was worry free and SunPower by Sun Solar's beautiful workmanship is by far superior. I do not have any painted conduit or awful boxes on my roof. My curb appeal was definitely preserved. Make sure you call Colleen at SunPower by Sun Solar when you decide to look at a system for your home. You will not be disappointed!
