Seems like a good deal

They reached out to me and provided a real good value proposition. There are good federal incentives but they also added a cherry on top to make the deal too sweet to pass up. It took a while to go from "initial contact" to fully turned on, but that was primarily down to waiting on permits and inspections from the city/power company. The actual install of all the panels and associated hardware took only 3 hours. There were a few quiet points from the company along the way, but the process literally takes months to complete so I felt like that was appropriate. As long as you get everything promised written into your contract they'll take care of you.

Finally Solar

Lived in Arizona 10 years and resisted getting solar. However, oldest daughter moved in and has championed solar for the last two years. Finally gave in and had solar panels installed by Sunny Energy. Very happy with the workmanship and professionalism every step of the way right down to a first class final orientation. Now wish we had done this when we first moved here.

I have never seen a better company to work with

I could not be happier with Sunny Energy and my decision to choose them for my solar installation. I researched multiple companies and chose Sunny because they were competitive, used excellent solar panels and inverters, and had great reviews on their post-installation support. I have to say, this company far exceeded my expectations. The sales person was patient and provided far more relevant information than any of their competitors. I am an engineer and I had a LOT of questions. Once I chose them as my installer, the staff kept me informed of next steps, they took care of all the permitting and inspections, and followed up after the installation with a great overview of how I could track the output of my system and how everything works. There was one point during the installation where someone at the bank miskeyed the amount of one of my payments. I called Sunny Energy and the owner went down to their bank and made sure it was fixed that day. I really had not expected this as I was just calling them to verify that I had written the check for the correct amount, but it did save us an evening of concern. I have never gotten this level of support from any organization, period. Bottom line, money well-spent! If I could rate them six stars out of five I would do so.

Worst company ! Horrible start to finish

What could & should have been a great addition to home has been nothing but a complete & utter nightmare. From the beginning this is the worst company- don't let the selling factor of we install & manage it fool you. I regret nothing more than going with sunny & if I could redo I would 100x. This is the most unorganized, chaotic & unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with. The ONLY saving grace was the salesperson Jason...but even he can do so much with helping at his level. Worse part...I thought bringing my issues and concerns to the owner would make a difference & I guess not bc nothing but crickets from him too. When the salesperson is embarrassed about the way his own company has handled things...that says a lot. To sunny you are not a valued customer like they sell it. Once they get your signature you are just another check & number to them. No value at all. Personally the entire office-- Taylor and Melanie should be fired. They have no idea what they are doing.

Fantastic company to do business with

Sunny has the best people and gives Outstanding service. The salesman,install team and the rest of the company staff that we dealt with were the best in the business. The six man install team only took 3.5 hours to completely install the whole 34 panel system. The after action interview was Great and all of our questions were answered. Overall a truly fantastic experience!!!

Friendly and professional!

My experience with Sunny Energy has been phenomenal, from the sales person to the installation. Everyone from the company that I’ve had contact with has been super friendly and professional. They walked me through the whole process and always kept me informed on everything that needed to be done. My panels were installed faster than what I expected. I’ve only had my solar panels system for about a month and I can already tell the difference in my monthly bill. I highly recommend Sunny Energy to my friends and family!

Sunny Energy provides what they promise

I’d like to take a minute to reflect on my experience with Sunny Energy. I decided to do a solar system last November and contacted several recommended solar systems. After talking with four of those companies directly I selected Sunny Energy. The sales person was very knowledgeable and recommended a system that none of the others educated me on. It was a system with limited panels but got me the best rates. They were really great at explaining the various electric company rate systems and how I could do the best, without trying to sell me a huge number of panels. I appreciated their honesty. Once I decided they immediately went to work. They were also honest on the timeline. I was kept informed by email and phone calls every step along the way and always made sure I knew what was coming. They always showed up on time and did what was promised. I now have a working system and I am very happy with the system and the company. They even said they would come back and paint the conduit the same color as the roof as per HOA reminder. I think you will like your experience working with Sunny Energy and to this point the equipment is working as promised. I would certainly recommend Sunny Energy to family and friends. If I ever find that a larger system would be advantageous to me I will call Sunny Energy to do that work.

A big win all the way around

We had Sunny Energy install our system on our new home and could not be happier. The process was well explained in clear and educated way. We had talked to other vendors and the sales pitch felt fishy. Sunny Energy was very transparent and honest with the entire process. Timelines were clear established accomplished ahead of schedule, even the APS turn on. On top of that our solar production is better than I anticipated. We are very pleased with our choice to use Sunny Energy and Highly recommend them.

Extremely Easy Process

Sunny Energy installed a 9.1kw system for us. The entire process was very easy for us, from an online meeting to go over the steps, process etc. to meeting in person for a site review. After we chose Sunny Energy, the process started very quickly and we were informed of each step. In addition they have a website that tracks your project and lets you know what is next...so communication is good. Installation went smoothly and once APS was ready activation was done promptly. All in all from sales, to customer service to installation the process was easy, quick and painless. Our system is up and functioning and we enjoy following the tracker to see how things are working. Highly recommend.

Excellent Products and Services

After doing a lot of research on solar energy providers, I chose Sunny Energy because this company offers high-quality solar panels, professional design and installation, and superb customer followup. Sunny Energy takes all the hassle out of going solar, which makes good economic sense in terms of generous tax incentives, relatively short payback period and home resale value. I have two other residences that could benefit from going solar and would have no reservations about engaging Sunny Energy for these installations.

Fantastic Company

No reason to look further for a solar company. Sunny Energy has been nothing more than pleasant to work with. All the staff I've come in contact with have been very helpful and efficient. They go above and beyond to get things done and even throw in a free critter guard around the solar panels. After care is also above and beyond. Someone comes out to your house to explain everything you need to know about your panels and monitoring your system. The warranties on their products are excellent. I will definitely be going back to Sunny Energy if I ever move again.
