We started off thinking a lease was the best option for what we were looking for. We met with several companies and when we met with Bob from Sunation we were sold on the purchase of a system. From start to finish the whole process was a breeze and everything met or exceeded our expectations. If you live on Long Island do your research and check out Sunation. Yet to find a negative review on the company and I can honestly say everyone that we dealt with from sales, scheduling, to installation were complete professionals.

From Sales to Installation, they did a great job explaining what needed to happen and they did fast, clean work. Moving to a new technology like this can make you cautious, but they understand that and they work to make you feel confident and comfortable. And the solar panels look and work great. I'd highly recommend them if you're in the market for this.

We did our homework when picking a solar company. We also visited many customers who had used Sunation to see how well they worked with the clientele after the system was installed. I have to say that every single person we spoke to had only positive things to say about Sunation. We especially liked the neatness of the work. We had our system installed last year and we were very pleased with our questions being answered, the neatness of the work, professionalism and the knowledge and work ethic of the office. The entire company from the sales rep to the office worker all work as a team and that is a big plus in our book.

So the process so far is going good. They have been so far very good at sticking to the time line of installation. I will post when complete. If anyone can provide feed back as far as to what your electric bills have been like for the last 6 to 12 months that would be great! I am installing a 9500KW system. Also someone "SHABOB" was able to secure 0% financing, any feed back would be great!

Excellent Company - Highly Recommended

Before installing solar I researched local companies on the ReLI and LISEIA websites and found Sunation's credentials very impressive. Their length of time in business, number of installs, and credentials of the staff exceeded those of the other companies I'd compared them to. They provided pages and pages of references including residential, commercial, municipal, and non-profit organizations and those I called gave glowing recommendations. The entire process, from sales presentation through install was handled with professionalism and courtesy, as was a call several months later with questions about the website. My last four LIPA / PSEG bills have been between $10-11/month. I am very happy with my decision to go with Sunation for my solar system.

Outstanding investment

I started my search on the LIPA website where they had quite a few company's listed. I chose Sunation because they did the most installations on the Island and were Solar company of the year. After calling and having someone come and give us prices. It was a no brainer. With no money down I am saving $100.00 a month. And we have a 0% loan that will be paid in 8 years and then we will save $300.00 a month. Sunation is a great company. We recommend them to everyone.

We could not be any happy with our choice to go solar and to use SuNation. We sat with two other installers but both agreed SuNation was the way to go. They are professional and well organized. The whole process from the first meeting to the modules up and running took about 60 days. They handled the financing, permit process, rebate filings and inspections. The work was done by a very professional team of people. They answered all of our questions and concerns. Communication during the whole installation was great. Watching our meter spin backwards is a great feeling.

My husband was the one who talked me into getting solar. I was not sold on the idea but now that we have it, I LOVE it!! First of all, Sunation is truly an awesome company. Every single employee we dealt with made the whole process extremely easy and seamless. They really handled everything and the whole process was stress free. My first solar electric bill was $3 (assuming that was probably taxes) so we could not be happier.
