A rewarding experience

I was looking to acquire a solar system for several years. The expense of such an endeavor appeared prohibited. After speaking with several companies, I settled on SUNation due to their approach, and clarity of response to both my technical and financial concerns. Company representatives continually updated me throughout the process. The installers were neat, timely and demonstrated a high level of expertise. It is refreshing to deal with a group of people that are professional, friendly and demonstrate a real concern for the individual. I am well pleased, as my system has been operating for a few months at a level projected by SUNation.

Steve Foley did an excellent job of explaining all aspects of the solar process. He guided me through the paperwork and the installation process. I had a minor problem with the recommended roofing company but the issues was handled quickly. The men who did the solar install did a neat and professional job. I am currently producing more energy than was expected. I couldn't be happier.

Best customer service ever

This company was great from start to finish. Mike Copeland was my salesman and he was a pleasure from day one. The company as a whole is great. I had lots of questions and requests and they were all taking care of. We had some issues with the weather not cooperating and I feel this company went above and beyond to get my system up and running before my loan deadline. The installer laid dropclothes on all my floors to keep them clean. They swept up and it's like they were never there. Also after I signed a contract with them I even received a call from the owner of the company to thank me for my business. Customer service is a priority at sun nation and it starts at the top and it's no surprise that it trickles down throughout the entire company

Installation of a solar dream system

I am a professor of science specializing in ecology and sustainability issues, it was a no-brainer to add a solar system. The system, suggested and installed by SUNation has worked flawlessly. Our first month's electrical bill and usage were 1/1oth of that during the same month last year. Their system designners, their office personell,a dn their installation team are top=notch

SUNation Solar system review.

After researching solar power for quite a while and having 5 different consultations I decided to go with SUNation. My reason for choosing them was first the equipment that they use is the best on the market as far as Im concerned. SunPower panels and Solar Edge power optimizers and inverters cannot be beat. Efficiency wise and overall warranty from these companies cannot be matched. The second main reason was their financing options made the most sense for me and my situation it was the most pain free combination of options that I had found. The system installation itself was neat and clean very professional. The entire staff overall from the installation crew, expediters/coordinators and sales staff were knowledgeable, courteous and polite. Overall my experience with SUNation was second to none, 5 suns as far as Im concerned.

The installation was surprisingly hassle-free as the SUNation team obtained and managed all of the paperwork including the town building permit and rebate application. I was very impressed with the way the installers cared for my home and property during the course of the installation. Very happy so far......

I had my system installed in 7/2014. I have done much research on solar and I had to choose between them and another company, but because they were professional, courteous and honest we decided to go with Sunation. Not to mention all my phone calls and visits to homeowners who used them they had nothing but great things to say about them. I am happy to report that my last 4 electic bills were $10.00, sure beats my bill from last year! I highly recommend them, go Solar!

Top notch in all phases

The entire Sunation staff was a pleasure to deal with and their performance was outstanding from sales to finance to permitting to installation. The installation is beautiful 44 panels and not a wire or conduit in site, such a neat job. Sunation is one company I would have no reservations recommending to anyone.

Before actual installation, I have interviewed 5 companies. It was a daunting experience to select the best one to work with. Never thought that it would be this hard to spend money, LOL. The sales professional, Mr. Michael Storey, staff in the office, installers and after service are "exceptional", need I say more, a job well done.

The service that SUNation provided was probably the best service I have ever received from a company. Everything from Bob the sales to rep to the Tammy in the office to the Owner. I received updates on every and any part of the process, and they were always there to answer any questions. The installers were professional, and the work they did was clean. Great Job SUNation.

SUNation - very professional.

Information during sales process was outstanding. Paperwork, which is extensive (unfortunately), was easier by e-signing documents via email. Although time from contract to filing was slightly longer than expected, once town approved permit, installation was quick. Installers were very courteous and clean. Se-up of internet connection the same day. I have already recommended to 2 others.
