Helping Save the Earth
SUNation Solar took over my solar a while ago and I am very pleased with the customer service I have received to far. When I need a check on my panels, it was no problem with them coming out with my convenience being considered. It's nice to be with a company that considers you first and not their pockets. I gave four stars because they are always looking for way to improve themselves. Thank you SUNation for a job well done and keep up the great work.

Sunation
Installation was great, the end product was outstanding. Only issues were communication between the sales dept and the rest of the company. Any issues were fixed and overall I was very happy.

Sunation Solor Installation
We are very pleased to have selected Sunation Solar Systems. From the first day of sales to last day of installation, we have met many qualified staff and all has gone as promised. We are currently waiting to be turned "on" so to speak. This seems to be taking some time. All the phone calls and emails to office staff have been very polite and professional. We would definetly recommend to family and friends. Thanks for a smooth tranistion.

Better than I had expected!
I was pleasantly surprised and pleased in how the installation team to the time to understand my installation concerns for my garage where the inverter was to be mounted. They understood I was concerned the "overall appearance/cosmetics" to the system install. They listened and the installation job went smooth.

New Panels Being Installed
So the process so far is going good. They have been so far very good at sticking to the time line of installation. I will post when complete. If anyone can provide feed back as far as to what your electric bills have been like for the last 6 to 12 months that would be great! I am installing a 9500KW system. Also someone "SHABOB" was able to secure 0% financing, any feed back would be great!

My town has still not signed off on the installation. They sent a letter to the engineer which Sunpower says they answered but the town says they did not answer. I have continued to ask Sunpower for resolution and still have none.

We gave James Stewart (of east hampton high school) your card and our blessing and he got solar. We were suppose to receive money for the reference and never did. Many teachers ask about my system; and although I speak highly of the work you did, I feel like I have been slighted. You would have had several more jobs had you lived up to your reference promise.
