Solgen Power

Solar is good for the Planet,

My solar panels have been very rewarding. The energy from these panels went on the grid In March of 2023. I have a net system which means The power from my panels takes care of my home use first and the extra goes to the grid. Since the beginning my electric bill has been the basic charge only. Even during this winter I have had enough power credit to meet my needs. I think you should know I have a small home and heat with gas. Mostly cook with electric devices. Solgen reps told me from the beginning I would generate more power than I was using at that time, but if I bought an electric car and needed to charge this car I would need more panels. this would be a problem since I only had room for the minimum number which was 10. Why did I want solar. Because my husband who died in 2022 always said the system wouldn't pay for itself. Now at 91, I do not care if it paids for itself or not. What I wanted to do is leave the world a better place for my grandchildren. Leaving them money wasn't going to do the trick. My solar panels have given me a lot of pleasure every day. West Seattle has a lot more Sun than you would imagine. Almost every day this winter I have had a few hours of sun. I love the care free way I am now doing good. Sometimes we should have a reason beyond money for doing something.

Solar power install

Fantastic install, easy process, great customer service!!

Friendly, and helpful. Smooth process

I am very glad that I chose to work with Solgen Power. They explained everything very well to me and my wife so we could make an informed decision. They also handled everything in terms of paperwork and all the red tape, so we did not have much to worry about. It did take a little longer then I would have liked to get the panels turned on, but that was due to all the city inspections that had to go through.

Painless Process

From the initial meeting with the sales guy to the final step of procuring drone pictures the process was pretty easy and simple. The benefits of getting panels was a no brainer but I was a little hesitant about the financials and the different step but everyone at Solgen Power made it pretty seamless. Even when there were a couple of scheduling hiccups and/or we needed the power company to come out and fix a sagging power cord, everyone stayed flexible and kept me up to date. The installers even came out on a Saturday morning to get everything done. I'm impressed at all of the moving parts that this entailed and how well it was executed.

Solar power

Solgen was professional and informative the whole way. When we had questions we were able to reach out and talk with someone right away. They kept us apprised of our status and delivered all that they said they would

hassle-free solar

Kaleb and his team have always been courteous and prompt at answering any question we had. They explained the process step-by-step and everything was as they said. The install team was great, respectful of our home, and fast. Anyone in Washington that wants solar, should use Solgen.

Great to have solar

Solgen is so great if we buy another house for sure will contact them again to install solar on the house

Great customer service!

The beginning of my journey with Solgen took longer than expected, to where it seemed I would never have solar. I was becoming increasingly unsure and unhappy with my decision to go with Solgen; but then something really neat happened. Once I made contact with Solgen, specifically representative, Monica, she got the ball rolling. Monica addressed all my concerns with continued updates and check ins. I had a lot of questions and assumptions; Monica was able to provide information and understanding. She truly went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The team was so nice and informing. I am so glad I chose this company to fulfill my solar dreams. I highly recommend. Monica is quick to respond to my emails, phone messages, and texts! She has even responded to concerns I've had outside of regular business hours. I can't say enough. This is a perfect example of how to turn a complaint into a 5 star review.

Smooth Process

Came up as an add on instagram, had been interested in solar, they called right away, made a video presentation proposal, were quick with each step, and the finish product looks good. The real test will be over the next year to see if they product the right amount of energy to meet our needs.

Working with Solgen crews all around was a great experience.

I love the solar panels and going green. It was a pleasure working with all the Solgen Power crews. They answered my many curious questions and were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone interested.

Customer service and professional installation

From the beginning of my inquiries about solar , Solgen Power has provided an amazing group of people who have led us every step of the way. From the initial contact by phone each phase of our solar journey has been effortless. Every detail was explained in advance and Solgen Power personnel were very professional from beginning financial questions to installation and follow up afterwards.

A wonderful and affordable solar system offered by this company.

I was looking for a solar company that would explain and describe their system and benefits in having their system, in a manner that was easy to understand, Solgen Power is that company. The personnel working at Solgen Power are helpful, courteous and professional.

Best company ever!

We're in the finishing stages now and I have nothing but good things to say about Solgen. They've been overly communicative with us about each step of the way and with their zero down program we were able to get a whole new electrical panel and 11 solar panels while putting down no dollars. Oh, and we caught it at the right time so Solgen is making our first 6 loan payments. I didn't think I'd be able to afford to go solar, but Solgen made it easy, affordable, and all around incredible. Thanks Solgen!

They were very pleasant people, answered any questions I had, di

I would recommend this company to anyone eco was looking to go solar.

Worth the wait

It takes a while to get permitting and inspection done, but it's absolutely worth the wait. The panels look great on my roof and we are generating power! I financed mine through SolGen and am paying an extremely reasonable interest rate. There were some bumps along the way, but they bent over backwards to make it right. I'm very happy with this purchase and live working with these people. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in going solar.

Great experience

We were impressed with the thorough explanation of both solar power and available programs, while the follow-up was impeccable. At no time was there a "hard sell."

Best decision

Sure you can upgrade your kitchen and bathroom. We went another route first. I'm glad we decided to add solar panels to reduce our negative environmental footprint by switching partially to a renewable energy source. It has been a great experience throughout the entire process of working with Solgen Power. They are a responsive team of professionals that provide answers to questions and ongoing support. Our next house will have the ability to have more panels, and I will be reaching back out to Solgen. Too many benefits. The tax incentive (still at 26%, which is great if I decide to add more in 2021), renewable energy source, increase in property, and resale value (research is out there) and adding to the grid when you use less than your panels collected. And let's not forget the company they have partnered with to not only see how much energy you're using but precisely what devices are utilizing those resources. And they don't have to be smart devices for the app to find those devices. I've been impressed with this entire experience. And they also deal with your HOA if that is needed.

Very great system I love it.

Friendly from beginning to end. Any questions or problems I had were discussed or fixed immediately. It was nice to deal with real people.

Solgen Power has been great to work with.

Everyone on the team that I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process went quickly and smoothly and we are incredibly happy with our installation.

Best ever!

It’s great when you find a company that practically did everything and held my hand through the entire process from start to finish with dealing with actual responsible people. How I’ve missed that. If I had to go through this whole installation again I would choose this company hands-down.

Great company

Solgen Power was awesome! Very professional and did great work. Let the sun shine!!

Excellent to work with

They communicated at.every step. They didn't leave me guessing what was happening or who was doing it. I wish all projects went this smoothly! Definitely recommend working with them!

Great product, Great Service

Solgen makes going solar easy. They install high quality components with excellent engineering and customer service. With zero down financing tailored for solar and taking advantage of tax credits, I found Solgen to be a total winning combination for my family

Perfect first experience!

Chris was the clincher for me. He always was available for all my questions. I appreciated the time he took to help me understand all the variables involved in going solar. Then the guys who came out to install were professionals. They came, installed, were neat and polite and answered questions if I had any. The whole process was as seamless as could be. Of course there were a few delays, but that was due to Covid, not Solgen. As much as possible, Solgen folks kept me in the loop. I'm definitely recommending them to anyone who asks!

Dynamic Expertise

We'd been planning on making the move to Solar for some time. Solgen made it possible with their $0 down offer. The staff is knowledgable and friendly, and the work crew was polite and quick. The entire experience was a pleasure. Thanks so very much, gang.
