Hard sell, aka pump and dump approach to sales. 29% higher.
It seems that their business model is hard sell with high prices. After they got my name as interested I received 9 calls attempting to establish an appointment -- clearly a hard press. One agent did not have the courtesy to come to home and quoted an ridiculous price. The second agent, supposedly a "Manager" came, looked at the job and proposed a solution that was 29% higher than the next bid. No consideration was provided for alternatives to their 'standard' installation. My view is that if you are serious, get someone else, possibly two to review and bid the job.
