Hands-down BEST solar company!

I researched for months before deciding to have solar panels installed my Solartime USA and my husband and I could not be happier! First off, their prices can’t be beat and their service definitely can’t be beat. The panels are not leased and are owned by you. (many other companies only provide a leased option which we didn’t want) We loved this as we ended up moving and took the panels with us! Secondly, I trust the company and it’s owners as they constantly kept clear communication with us throughout the entire process and always addressed questions right away. We went from having a $225-$300 electrical bill every month to only paying our electric company’s mandatory service fees each month- around $10-$30 per month. Such a great decision for us- go with Solartime vs. anyone else. You can trust Martyna, Pawel and their team!

Solar friends for life!

I really enjoyed the experience we had with our new family, SolarTime! They made us feel very confident in choosing to go solar. The process was very smooth, and even though we had lots of trees around the house, that were shading our roof area, their tech team cut the trees for us, free of charge. That allows us to produce more electricity for our home. The Tax credit process was very simple too, and Martina was helping us fill out the paperwork. She is a sweetheart! Our system was installed in 2017, and they still check on us every few months to make sure everything is working right. I appreciate that the most in going solar with SolarTime. I am really happy with our low electric bills, and cannot imagine going solar with a different company. They made me feel comfortable and did not push anything!!!

We got our solar system in November 2018 and couldn't be happier! The process was easy and everyone from SolarTime has been so nice from installer to sales to customer service!! SolarTime USA LLC high quality install

I had been planning to go solar for several years. I talked to several solar companies in previous years and the answers I got were either incorrect or misleading. When I received an advertisement in the mail from SolarTime USA LLC that showed google maps picture of my house with an initial proposed solar panel layout, it really sparked my interest. I called them and the answers to my questions were very reasonable. I had them come to my house and do a site evaluation that included tree heights, roof angle and orientation etc. They ran the information through a simulation program to determine what I could expect for the amount of solar power that could be generated from a new proposed panel configuration. I decided on an 8.25 Kw installation. The panels, optimizers, and inverter they use are high quality and allow monitoring of each panel and the inverter output using apps on my phone. I watched closely when they installed the panels and especially the electrician. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work. They handled all the required city permits and inspections and the Garland Power & Light Inspections, testing and new meter install. Everything went Extremely well. The inspector told me that when he saw Rav (SolarTime guy that oversaw the install) here, he knew the inspection would go well. The system works exactly to my expectations. I still need to have some tree trimming done to improve the output. A couple of weeks after the system went live, I had a panel that was not producing. I sent an Email to SolarTime USA LLC to report the issue. I expected they would get it and come out the next day. Within an hour and a half they had a guy at my house to do an initial evaluation and system reboot to see if that would fix it. I did not. The next day they came out and replaced the panel and its optimizer and got it working again.The system went Live in early April and I have been extremely happy with the system. SolarTime USA LLC really knows their stuff and all the regulations and requirements and how to get the proper permits, inspections and the expectations of the power companies. I highly recommend SolarTime USA LLC for solar. The reason I keep saying SolarTime USA LLC is because there is another company nemed SolarTime that is not affiliated with SolarTime USA LLC. After interviewing several solar installation companies, I selected Solartime USA. One of the things I liked right off the bat was that they were not trying to hard-sell me on their company or products. That was one of the major reasons I refused other companies. Some of them acted like used car salesmen. I never got that feeling from Solartime. Every interaction was like dealing with a friend. I worked with Martyna as my sales person and primary contact, and I can't say enough good things about her. She was always on top of the progress and needs of the project. The rest of the Solartime team, including the owner, Pawel, were great to work with. Pawel likes to work with his hands, and he came out to work on the job on several occasions. Rav was the project manager, and he was very professional. I am a very technical person, and I was very happy that he could talk over the technical details of the project with me. My project included their first custom-built solar car port, and I think it turned out very well. I've been nothing but happy with the service and support provided by the folks at Solartime, and I whole-heartedly recommend them.
