Solar Rising

So glad we did this! Solar Rising made it so easy

The system was installed almost within one day. Very professional, quiet, nice, reliable. Did not cost any more than they said it would. We got 1/3 of the cost back from the federal government, and we are basically driving to and from work without using any gas, since we bought plug-in cars. We are very happy with our solar panels, which we expect to have paid off in twelve to fifteen years. We spent $44,000 upfront, but will get $13,000 back in federal government rebates in our 2016 taxes. There are other state rebates, as well. We wanted (pretty extensive) solar panels because we had had them in our previous residence before we moved here to Cape Cod, and noted vast energy savings then. We got a total of 40 panels, 12.6 kWatts, installed on our present house here in Marstons Mills. They put most on the main house, and some on the garage. Solar Rising also helped us register for the Mass Net Metering.

They were great! From the initial consult to the finished product. All stages were explained and they completed all the paperwork from applying for discounted loans, SREC credits, and utility documents. Professional all the way. I would definitely recommend Solar Rising to anyone interested in installing solar panels.

Extremely knowledgeable, took care of everything, on time, on budget! Left everything extremely neat. Very helpful answering questions even years later about the SREC's and we've have never had any problems with the system!

Ground Mount PV System

We spent almost a year researching PV systems and installation companies and after interviewing 9 different companies we decided that Solar Rising was the best fit for us. They were willing to listen to what we wanted (not many companies did) and spend a lot of time on the phone, via email and on site to finalize our system design. The installation was the easiest and quickest part of our project. We are approaching a year and have true to the expectations have only had an electric bill for 2 months and that was minimal.

Solar Rising Is An Outstanding Company

After a lot of research and analysis of options, Lease vs. Buy, I came to the conclusion I wanted to own my system. Next step was to find the right installer. After attending a presentation and product demonstration by Solar Rising at a public forum, and looking at various system configuration options and several quotes from other installers, I decided to go with Solar Rising. I can tell you unequivocally that I'm glad I did. The installation was first rate. They did everything they said they would, met all the product specifications I requested per the contract, and met the installation timelines. The performance has been sensational. After 18 months of flawless performance of my system, and a huge reduction in my annual electric bill, I can tell you I'm a happy camper! - Craig

Solar Rising is Excellent

Everyone from Solar Rising has treated us as special. We always receive great response and have had no issues before, during and since installation. The installation was completed on time and as quoted. We are very happy with our system and would recommend Solar Rising to anyone considering purchasing a solar array for their home.

Better than expected

When we decided to go Solar I wanted to make sure we were getting the best bang for our buck. We initially had received a quote from one of the national companies. We had to sign a contract before they even came in to give us an estimate. When we told them that we wanted to buy and not rent the price seemed to go up even higher. That is when we contacted Solar Rising. Not only were they $5,000+ cheaper than the quote we received from the national company, they were local. When we told them that we wanted the most efficient panels they were more than willing to oblige. Their estimated proposal of 5.58 kW (18 panels with an estimated production of 5,348kwh/year)) was exceeded with a total of over 6kW for 2016. We also earned 6 SREC's averaging about $250 an SREC. I cannot say enough positives about my whole experience with Angela and the rest of the Solar Rising staff. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Look no further

What a great set of folks to work with!! I had a really excellent experience getting my solar panels installed through them. Dedicated to energy conservation, they were fair in pricing, always picked up my call whenever I had a question and did a flawless installation with a great set of panels and inverters. I wholeheartedly recommend them if you are looking to install solar on your roof.

Stellar Solar Service!

Solar Rising gave us excellent service - arrived promptly to look at the site, gave a quote next day, which was clear and understandable (and a no-brainer to accept!). Two weeks later the team arrived, did the whole installation (37 panels) in a day and a half. They did a stunning job - it is neat and unobtrusive and now, we are all systems GO. So glad we went with Solar Rising.
