Considering the investment of time and money in solar, it’s so important to have a company that you trust to be reliable on time and to provide customer service as needed. Solar Pros was perfect and met all my criteria. They even came back to help correct a problem that was not created by them. They also sent an inspector over for free after a hail storm to check my system and ensure that there was no damage thank you so much, Solar Pros.

I would like to say that since the installation of my solar system by Solar Power Pros several years ago, they have been extremely responsive to any service request I placed with them in the rare instances required. They are always there for you and respond promptly. This is a significant reason why I chose this company over many other solar providers. Go with them - you won't be disappointed!

Solar Power Pros were terrific. 12 panels on our south facing roof. They were always responsive to our questions, and the installation process was explained every step of the way. They got the job done even more quickly than promised. We signed a contract on 12/17/24 and with the holidays the equipment didn't arrive until 1/15/25 but the installation only took a day. We passed inspection 10 days later and we expected to have to wait as long as three weeks for Xcel to give us the go-ahead. But that came within one week and then we were up and running. Thanks so much to all the staff at Solar Power Pros who each did their part to make us sure that we had chosen the right company for this job.

I’ve had my system for a year plus now and I highly recommend Solar Power Pros. I went with them over many others because of the good things I had heard about them and they didn’t disappoint. Great service from planning through installation.

There were some bumps in the road for rebates but they haven't been the installers fault. The install was fast and smooth and they worked with us on the best place to install the powerwalls. I would definitely work with them again

My Enphase system was installed in 2012 by a previous owner and needed removal for roof replacement in 2023. I hired the original installer for the job. When he removed the equipment, he discovered squirrel damage to the wiring. The installer said he would repair the damage, re-install the equipment and a "critter guard" to prevent further damage. When the roof was replaced, he taped the squirrel damage and reinstalled the system. It worked well until June 11, 2024 when it failed completely and couldn't produce power. I attempted to contact the installer, got no response and called Solar Power Pros. I told Jimmy Jessup about my problem and he said he'd have a technician come over August 8. Karl, the tech, arrived 8/8 at 8 and gave the system a thorough inspection. He found one inverter with taped squirrel damage on the output connector which was shorted and showing fire damage, inverters and wiring harnesses laying on the roof, no bonding wires on the frames and supports, the original earth grounding wire was gone and the junction box wiring was a mess. Karl worked all day on that mess and took photos of it before and after his repair work showing the system was properly wired and was working as before when he finished. Thank Jimmy, Karl and Solar Power Pros for the great customer service and competent work. I highly recommend this team!

We had a great experience working with Solar Power Pros. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, and their price was very competitive. I would have given them a five-star review, but unfortunately their post installation customer care needs improvement. When something wasn't working (inverter malfunctioning, gateway not reporting, for instance), I'd email and call but wouldn't hear back from them, and I'd do it all over again. Maybe someone would get in touch; maybe not, and I'd have to try a third time. At one point our first project manager quit, and no one told us, so I kept emailing her. Later finally someone told me she left and we got a new person. This is no way to run a business! I know their business is growing but you can't forget your established customers! You have to keep taking care of them.

Simply a well organized professional company. We started our search for Solar in January, knowing we were upgrading our HVAC system meant it would be a good time to go Solar also. We reached out to 3 locally owned companies (that was important to us). Only 2 responded. Our sales person Jordan was courteous, prompt and professional during ever step of this process, he represented the company and their products at the highest level. Getting answers to every question we had. Once our deal was signed, Lauren and the installation team(s) were great to work with and their was nothing to worry about as there emails, phone calls or texts kept us in the loop through the whole process. Lauren even kept us in the loop with our Power Company United Energy so we knew what was happening with the new meter install. 5⭐stars for UP also it only took 5days to install new meters after final inspection. From start to operational it took ONLY 56 calendar days and our system has been producing more KWH on average per day than what we currently consume. THANKS to everyone involved. The work progressed on schedule other than for adverse weather conditions and I had a contact person for questions that responded promptly. I am very pleased with this company and have no issues or complaints.

The men that came out to do the install were friendly. We had 13 panels installed. All the electrical and panels were installed in one. I have seen other solar installations take 4 days. They cleaned up after all the work. Left no trash behind

We had a solar system installed on our roof in July 2019. We used Solar Power Pros (https://solarpowerpros.com). The techs were great, and they kept me informed as they progressed. Their follow-up support was good too. We had an intermittent disruption caused by heavy snow on the roof and it took a while to locate the problem. They came out several times and finally found the problem. My system has worked great since then. All this support was at no cost to me. They are locally owned by Bill clay who will respond to emails. One last thing: I received a 10% discount for being a veteran. I highly recommend them.

Solar Power Pros installed a solar panel array on our roof a few years ago and it's been working great! We had one minor problem, related to a raccoon and the critter guards, and they fixed it promptly, under warranty. We're very happy with this level of service.

I got proposals from about 6 solar companies, 2 national and 4 local. Solar Power Pro had the best proposal, and offered the best equipment for the price. I also liked they were a local company that had a lot of experience with our county and local utility company. Our sales person was knowledgeable and answered questions honestly. He also was pretty patient and allowed us to make multiple tweaks to the panel placement. Our project manager was very familiar with the whole process for our area and kept us appraised every step of the way. The install happened quickly and the whole experience from proposal to turning on the panels took about 3 months total. Overall, awesome experience! Everything is still working and have great solar production.

We had a complicated install and the guys at Solar Power Pros did a great job patiently working through issues and helping us generate clean electricity! I would recommend Bill and his team to anyone looking to go solar. We also got an electric car charger and a subpanel installed as part of the project, and the electricians went above and beyond to make sure the installation looked good.

I had Solar Power Pros install a 22k solar system on my house on May 2021. A few months into my installation, monitoring showed some panels were underperforming and the company admitted to some design flaws in the system. They promised to give me a 1-year review of the system and compare production against the contractual "guarantee", but that never happened as of this time (1 year and 3 months since installation). Customer Service is absolutely useless, they just give you the general runaround and lately even stopped responding to emails. I am rating them 2 stars since they did an excellent job at collecting their payment and getting a solar system running. But it is apparent that the company can not stand behind its installations and their "guarantee production" and warranty are meaningless. I would recommend looking for more reputable solar companies to trust with such a major investment.

Spent $40k on a solar system from Solar Power Pros in 2020. Installation was great, crew was on time and did a solid job. The problem is once they have all your money they ignore you for support / warranty. My system is only partially working and I notified them about this in February - they still have not sent techs out to fix it (because they're only sending techs out for new jobs). They were apparently scheduled to come 7/12 - but on 7/12 no one showed up. I have called and emailed them and they just give you the runaround. I would not trust them with a new installation if you're thinking about it because if there are any issues down the line they will not take care of you. So frustrating.

With very few exceptions, Solar Power Pros is an outstanding company to do business with. After significant internet research of several solar competitors, I chose this company because they were local, vet owned, customer focused, and the best customer ratings for service and support of the bunch. I am very pleased with the commitment by the owner and his excellent staff in striving to meet my expectations even though there was a minor initial startup delay due to poor follow-up by project management during the permit process with the City of Aurora, CO. However, my escalation was promptly addressed, corrections undertaken with the city, and schedule adjustments made to ensure my solar project was again proceeding to my expectations. The sales process was flawless with a project quote that met my budget constraints. The initial solar design by sales was adjusted by the designer to ensure my solar production was maximized. The installation team was excellent, knowledgeable, dedicated, customer savvy and performed to high workmanship standards. Unfortunately, a couple of resource delays occurred (again due to City of Aurora inspection requirements) through no fault of Solar Power Pros. Absent the above minor delays the company and installer staffs performed in an admirable and impressive manner. I am extremely pleased with my solar system technology and production to date and look forward to continued excellent support during the post-install period. My kudos to all the staff for a JOB WELL DONE! I highly recommend this growing company to anyone interested in solar for their home. You will not be disappointed!

Everything went smooth from the beginning with Chris Stalilonis that did the the system design to the Project Manager Lauren Kazun Comunication was good i always knew what was going on and what to expect. On the day of the install it was around 8 am it was -1 degree outside roof had 6 inches of snow on it. i will say they did a very good job i will always Highly recommend Solar Power Pros the prices are less than other Companies for high quality components and the install. The quoting process was unpressured and informative. Once the contract was signed, I got initial responses and had been told a general schedule / steps that would follow. However, for such a significant purchase, I had hoped for more regular updates (every 2-3 weeks) from the project manager while waiting on permits. The project manager was responsive when I asked, but I guess I had expectations that they would be ones providing regular courtesy updates, even if nothing was happening to assure me that something was happening ;-). The design team worked with me to ensure an optimal placement of the arrays on my roof. The installers were professional and also worked with me to confirm placement of the arrays, conduit, controller and meter. In spite of some snow delays, the installers worked hard to complete the 12KW system in a single day. We had a small blip getting the WiFi connection to work, which required another visit to resolve. Time will tell on the quality and reliability of the system and any ongoing support needed, but I'm happy with the start of solar production and Solar Power Pros.

They were patient, courteous, and responsive to our questions, concerns, and our decision-making process. The Installation of the system is of high quality and very professionally performed. The system wiring was run within the attic and garage wall per my request and was a very professional, neatly arranged installation. The workmanship was excellent!
