My wife and I were both very satisfied with the entire process, from our initial contact with the salesman to the conclusion of the installation. The company personnel were all responsive to our questions during and after the installation was complete. The Vice President has promised to be there for us for the long run and we are going to hold him to his promise. Currently we are entering the greatest time of the year for solar energy users, when you stop paying those electric bills since you have a negative balance with BGE and you are automatically getting paid for SRECs that you have sold.

Very satisfactory

We were pleased with the whole process. There were a couple of minor glitches -- it took a couple of tries to get the last invoice right -- but everything was done when and as promised, and works as advertised.

THE BEST AROUND

I talked to five different Solar company's and by far they where the best in every aspect from just getting info to sales to installation to handling all paper work for grants, permits to warranties. County inspector said it was the nicest installation job he has ever seen. Every thing went the way they said it would and done when they said it would be done. The best part was I wasn't even home for any of the installation done in 2 days, very clean job you will not even know they where there. I LOVE WATCHING THE METER GOING BACKWARDS AND BILLS LESS THAN $30 A MONTH. YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG BY USING SOLAR ENERGY WORLD!!

Great Experience

Solar Energy World was terrific. The sales rep was very patient and quick at responding to my questions. The only downside was in communication after I accepted the proposal. It took a long time to get information as to what was happening. Once everything was finally approved, it moved very quickly and efficiently. The installation team was top notch - professional, courteous and clean. I would highly recommend them.

Very responsive, efficient and helpful from the planning stage through installation and afterwards with questions, completing paperwork and sending additional information for taxes, rebates, etc. has a very helpful Home Energy Efficiency department that does home energy audits nd can both make recommendations nd on tract to make the house more efficieny

I was pleased from start to finish. Their sales staff was concise in meeting my needs and answered all my questions. Their design team was occomodating to my wishes. The electricians and solar panel installers were without any doubt the professional, courteous. Their cleanliness and attention to detail really impressed me. I felt like I was part of the Solar Energy World family throughout my entire experience in dealing with this company. I have highly recommend them to everyone I know that is interested in solar energy.

Good experience

I was very pleased with the work of Solar Energy World. Their workmanship was excellent. Although there were a couple unexpected glitches in the installation process, they quickly and efficiently corrected them. The end result is that I have everything that they promised and I am a satisfied customer.

Good then bad

My first install went very well. The salesman came to the house to teach me all about SRECs and how it all works. The install was smooth and professional and it all worked as advertised. Several months later I contacted them to do a small add on solar system, to which they slow rolled me and kept not answering emails which delayed my eventual install several months. The monitoring tool for the second system was not integrated into the first, so I had to ask them to do that. The technician scheduled, confirmed and then didn't show up or call until 3 days later. I had taken off work to meet him so this was damned inconvenient and I never rescheduled it. Further I had to prompt them to send me a receipt for my taxes. The difference between my first install and my second was like working with a different company even though it was the same sale rep I worked with.
