Great installation team

the final building inspection is suppose to be this week and the contractor said he was going to handle to rebates and incentives but i have not received them. if i don`t receive the forms or inspections in the week or two i may of asnwered some of these questions different

Additional guidance with the rebates and incentives would be helpful. It was quite confusing.

Rick and his company were professional, knowledgeable and completed the job when they said they would, for what they said they would. Couldn`t have asked for anything more. We are very pleased with our system and will recommend it to many!

We were very pleased with the installation of the solar thermal system and its operation since then. Solar Energy Services provided experienced, professional installers for our project and has been available to answer any questions we have had.

We`re very well-satisfied with both the system and Solar Energy Services (SES). SES got the job done in phases that matched the needs of our builder, and did not complain about the need to elevate the 120 gal. water heater on a high platform in a utility closet off the garage. We`re in a flood zone, and the elevation of this unit was important. Done! We had a couple of minor problems in the 4 months we`ve been using the system -- but SES responded very promptly and took care of the issue. All in all, we are very pleased and quite willing to provide reference/recommendation of SES. No additional permitting/inspection were needed for this job as new construction. We expect that SES would have taken care of arranging permits/inspections IF necessary.
