I have had over all great service with everyone from the sales man all the way to the office support. They always help when I had a question. I would recommend solar to any of my family and friends.

Great service

Solar Bear service is excellent: prompt, efficient and helpful. Will, the exit surveyor, spent time with us to help us understand how the solar system works and showed us how to monitor it. The company salesman was also very helpful. We are looking forward to saving money but more important-to use the sun's energy.

Happy customer

Great service

Great service very fast and clean work highly recommended

Great service

Solar Bear's crew was extremely helpful. I trusted them with unattended access to my house. I had a requirement that they access the property using a single point of access. Blake & I worked closely with the switch over of the consumer generated meter from Duke. This project has been so productive that my neighbor; across the street, wants to install using Solar Bear as the contractor.

Great customer service

Very happy with solar bear and there team everything worked out great with everyone this is a very great company to do business with thank you solar bear. All communication was on point and very detailed.

great service

I had a great experience with Solar Bear - i wasn't specifically in the market for solar panels when i noticed them in my neighborhood, but after speaking with my very knowledgeable sales man Mike and working with them, i was convinced. Pricing was very competitive, but what set them apart is their dedication to communication and customer even after the solar panels were installed. i have recommended them to my family as well as friends, and would highly recommend them to others.

Great service

Today was our final step of installment and system checks. All worked beautifully. Will was a tremendous asset very knowledgeable and very well spoken. He was also very patient as he answered all their questions in detail to our satisfaction. The installation crew that place the system on our roof was a 10 out of 10 they were all super individuals and I would love to have them back at my home doing work for me on a routine basis as required. The administration staff consisting of Erica and MimI were truly a pleasure to work with an extremely knowledgeable about their job and how the system was supposed to work. I could not be anymore please with the person know that I’ve dealt with or the installation set up and verification process is implemented by Solar Bear. I would highly recommend this company to anyone designed to have solar is her primary energy system for their home.

Solar Bear has been great from start to finish. They were very helpful in finding the best option for us to go solar. They helped with the financing, inspections, and setup with the power company. They even make sure the panels are running properly and fix any one that isn't working right. I'm looking forward to having these solar panels for a long time to come.
