Great salea man

Solar Bear salesman was very thorough and efficient. He was polite and willing to answer any questions we had. Would recommend to anyone looking into solar.

Great professional company

I had a solar panel installation done on my house’s roof little over a month ago by Solar Bear. The installation was very professional and the personnel were very courteous and answered any questions I had regarding how my new solar power would operate. I also appreciate the fact that they would be maintaining the system after the sale. I need this assurance since I am elderly and disabled. I highly recommend Solar Bear as a respectable business if you too are considering going green with your home’s power input.

Great first class company

Great first class type of company treated with respect and im very happy so far on how everything has been.

Happy customer

Awesome service! Finally making my own energy and going green. Can't wait to see the savings and not be gouged by the power company.

A shining Star in a Galaxy of Solar Companies

I chose Solar Bear for the installation of an 11.7 KW system on my home for many reasons. I had 5 other presentations from competing solar companies, and Solar Bear outshone them all, by far. Their salesman Jason M. was much more knowledgeable than all the other sales people. He was able to calculate various aspects of my electricity usage in determining what size system I needed. Others had their company do the calculations and text them back to the salesperson. Since I’m a numbers guy, I was able to independently do the calculations myself, and Jason’s were an exact match to my own. He was able to answer the myriad of questions I asked him without hesitation. He used a drone to get a clear image of my roof, and we were able to discuss the likely locations for panel placement. He was upfront without being pushy, and clear in his communication. He told me I could expect the best equipment and service from Solar Bear. After having them install my system, I can tell you that they used premium panels on my install, whereas the others were looking to install standard panels at best. The inverter is state of the art, and has very high independent reviews. The support staff at Solar Bear was great whenever an issue or concern arose and everything was done to my satisfaction. I like that they have their own install crews rather than subcontractors. I further like their 5 year maintenance coverage for cleaning and servicing my panels. This was something none of the competitors offered. For anyone living in the areas covered by Solar Bear that wants a solar system installed for their home or business, I would unequivocally recommend they choose Solar Bear.

Great service

Great experience. Solar Bear kept me informed throughout the entire process. Installation completed efficiently. The only blip in the process was me - I went out of town in the middle of the process and could not complete my next step in it. But Derek covered for me and the rest is history. System is functioning without a blip. Crew cleaned up the trash. System looks great

Very happy

Solar Bear was a great company to work with for our solar panels. They were incredibly fast and 3 days after we received the HOA approval they sent a crew of 5 to install the panels. Everyone, from sales person to office staff to installers and technicians were professional and very pleasant throughout the entire process. The only slow part was waiting for Duke Energy to come and change the meter. I highly recommend Solar Bear!
