Overall had a great experience with solar bear.

Great experience

Called to find out about Solar here in Florida. Jay came and explained everything to us in a very professional and complete way. He answered all of our questions and we made the decision to move forward. We had a great crew of people come in and work in our attic to remove all the old insulation since we went with that extra option. After they left the actual installation took place and again we were impressed with the friendliness and efficiency they exhibited. Electrical installation took place at that time also and I must say it is a very clean install. Very professional. Insulation was installed and all is great. We had a little bit of a wait for the county inspections, but that is no reflection on SolarBear. All looks great. Today we had Will Garcia come and show us how to turn the system on and monitor it from our phone application. Again everything has been explained in detail. Great company to work with. I strongly recommend them.

Good team

Overall everyone did a fantastic job at solar bear. The salesman and installation crew were top notch and did a great job explaining everything about solar. The girls in the office help throughout the process with communicating back-and-forth with everything going on and I couldn’t be pleased with the great customer service. I would highly recommend solar bear to all my friends and family.

Couldn’t be happier!

I HATE being sold!! Solar Bear was thorough, knowledgeable, and patient as we shopped around. We were getting quotes for spray foam and Solar. We have now had the install for 6 months and have not had a power bill since the solar system was turned on. The other thing we loved about them, was their ability to own a mistake and make it right. Speaks volumes in our wold today!!!

Excellent company

Great experience from start to finish. Representative explained how it all works, our options and answered all of our questions. The only slow partcwas the initial permitting processes which was really the municipality responsibility.
