To the person Came out and sold me the solar bear system to the person who came and hooked me up at the very and every person that came was helpful concerned and they did their job effectively and I really appreciate that especially seeing as how I'm having trouble with somebody else right now in business.

It’s great to see when a company takes customer service seriou

UPDATED: I reviewed Solar Bear earlier this year after there was some issues with my project. Since then they have done everything in their power to rectify the situation and have been extremely helpful. It’s great to see when a company takes customer service seriously and goes the extra mile to make a client happy Didn't deliver on time or as promised. Left uninstalled equipment at my property for weeks without any communication as to why and when the job will be completed

Very satisfied with Solar Bear - They went the extra mile for me

After having spoken to eight solar companies, I interviewed Solar Bear. My contact person was Kevin, whom I would call a true professional. He helped me to understand everything that was not clear. As far as Solar Bear itself, they made a guarantee of the minimum amount some of their work would save me - this sets them apart from their competition. My late wife's illness and my subsequent widowhood had a devastating impact on my credit rating - but to my delight, Solar Bear was able to find affordable financing for me that was even lower than the mortgage on my home! That's going the extra mile! Thanks again, Kevin.

Great company

It was a awesome experience over all me and my family are happy we said yes to solar.

Updated Review

The sales aspect was great with Steve Robinson. Very professional, well organized and good communication. We encountered some rough situations for a bit but Solar Bear took care of us in the end. We can tell that it was evident that we were a priority and Solar Bear did what they could to make us happy.

Happy With the System

I am happy with the system, even though it was a long process, the issues worked themselves out.

Great experience

My experience with Solar Bear was bumpy through the process of interconnection but at the end of the day Adam a partner personally came to my house , addressed all my issues I thought I had and made everything right that day. Then Sean the exit surveyor came out after my meter was swapped turned on my system explained how monitoring will work then filled a small hole that was in the soffit so no rodents can get in . I’m super impressed by the follow through even after the frustration I had but after everything it wasn’t even Solar Bear it was Duke the energy company we were waiting on. Thank you solar bear for keeping your word and helping through this process.

Great company

Install was quick fast! People at Solar Bear answered my questions timely also.

Things to consider

I had the foam insulation put in my attic and a new roof as well. Foam clogged my dryer vent that vented to the roof so had to have them come back top fix that. I put on a white roof which will save you money. My June bill this year is 34 kw/day average compared to last year 87 kw/day. Things to consider before purchase. Get several quotes for the roof. We bought the 1st tear solar size. You should be sure you are going to stay in the house for a long time. You will not be able to increase your home price to compensate for the price of the solar panels. Also if you finance as we did the mortgage payment for the solar panels plus my new reduced electric bill is actually a little more than my original bill. The younger you are the more you will save because when the panels are paid off this is when you actually see real savings. I can't tell how much the insulation saved me because I purchased these together.

Great sevice

The process was long due to covid but other then that everyone was very professional and nice. I am now happy because my system is up and running.
