Solar Alliance is honest, best value and answers all questions!

Solar Alliance presented the best plan to fit my budget with USA made solar panels out of 3 companies I met with. They took time to answer all my questions and did not pressure me to add extra energy saving measures to the bid. Staff and technicians were knowlegeable and pleasant. Would again take time to explain each step and answer all questions. My solar panels are now up and running! I will need to cycle thru dec to get a full month billing from CPS but am very pleased so far! I'm so glad I found Solar Alliance.

Written quote was timely (same day) and competitive with no sales pressure or gimmicks. All questions answered in a straightforward way. Written contract prepared in 1 day with plans for homeowners association approval. Job was scheduled in 1 week. Began on time. Crew was friendly, careful, clean and worked hard. Job completed on time. The project manager communicates well and goes out of his way to make you satisfied. It doesn't get any better than this. A pleasure to find a good honest professional solar contractor.

Great Service, Quality Products

Very happy with our new system installed by Solar Alliance. George, the salesman and part owner of the company did an excellent job of explaining the pro's and con's of solar, the current tax benefits, and the process of installation from start to finish. The completed installation is very clean and the installers were professional and respectful of our family and home. The equipment looks to be of high quality and the solar panels are manufactured locally. Our first two months on solar cut our bill by 50% WITH a 15% increase in power usage over the same period last year due to weather.

It was a while ago that I was looking into solar energy systems and the other companies were saying that I had too many trees, and they weren’t gonna be able to do anything with what my situation was. and so, I went with solar Alliance because they said that they could find a spot there and the quality of the panels made the difference. and enrolling with them was very good. the process was easy, and everybody was very helpful and professional. since then my bill has been lower and so far I’m very satisfied.

Remarkable Installation

I researched several solar companies before choosing 3 that I wanted to visit with me personally. Solar Alliance was not only the most favorable price but the entire staff was always helpful throughout the 4-week process of getting my system installed. I really appreciate the integrity of a contractor who delivers on their word and this company exceeded my expectations. I'll be contacting them next year to add my LG battery as well. Communication and transparency are of great importance to me. If I could give this company 6 stars I would. The entire staff at Solar Alliance was very attentive and responsive to all my questions, and made my installation experience very pleasant. Honest and focused on providing the right solution for my needs

After receiving a $405 electric bill, I reached out to several solar installers (provided by the electric company) and received 9 quotes for my 44-panel 16.5kW system. I nearly decided against solar as several companies entered my home and tried to sell me on their solution, each disparaging one another; until I met Cory Garza with Solar Alliance. By this time I was exhausted by the late night meetings and over the top sales tactics that I nearly cancelled the meeting with him. I'm glad I didn't because it became clear his priority was helping me (if I wanted to, no pressure), go green and reduce or eliminate my electric bill. He was the only one who complimented his competitors offerings instead of bashing them. This helped re-focus my attention for why I wanted to go solar to begin with. He then listened patiently to a long list of questions and provided me with some very valuable insight. He wanted me to be on solar because he believed in it. Also, he wanted me to have the best value and the correctly sized system (note, that does not mean the largest and most expensive). Over the next week or two, he entertained all my questions and addressed any concerns until I decided to select Cory and his team to install my system. I have since been enjoying an $8mo electric bill (grid connection fee) and enjoying the many benefits. In addition, Cory still replies to my questions (it's been over 6 months) and frequently checks in to ensure everything is working well. I am sure there are other companies that conduct themselves professionally and with integrity, however I know the folks at Solar Alliance do. I am sure you will be pleased with them as well. My out of pocket expenses were none and my finance amount for 15 years is about half of my peak usage bill, all while increasing the value of my home and doing my part to help the environment. Solar Alliance kept their word. Completed and got us running within a month from signing. We are saving money. What more could I ask for? I have recommended family, friends and neighbors.

Incredible Professionalism

As a veteran, integrity matters. Solar Alliance built a system which performs well and staff quickly addressed any questions that I had. Not only am I pleased with doing my part in reducing my carbon footprint, I also like the savings with my energy bill. I have since added a battery storage system as a result of the trust that I have with this company.
