A Pleasure To Do Business With

From our very first introduction, Steve was absolutely fabulous to work with. My husband and I had looked into solar options in the past, but either due to cost or pushy sales reps we never followed through. Steve holds the same sales mentality that I did when I worked in retail years ago: he was there to educate us, present us with options and give recommendations as to what the best solution for our situation is, while ultimately leaving the decision up to us without pressuring us. He was very patient, answered all our questions and didn't make us feel like we immediately had to make a decision. I really appreciate that approach- it made me feel like he actually cared about us and our mindset instead of just making a sale. It took us a bit to get our house paperwork in order before we could move ahead with the paperwork for the solar system, but once we were ready, Steve was there for us and was able to walk me through the loan process within a few days. He answered any questions I had with the contract and gave me time to read through everything to ensure I had no underlying concerns. I'm really looking forward to the next step when they begin the installation process.

The Skyline team that we have worked with a very professional and knowledgeable individuals! Joe Tedesco was the key for us making the decision to go ahead with installing our responsible solar system! Joe was able to answer every question that I had and trust me it was a lot of questions!! The install team was great, very professional and respectful of our property!! There were a few obstacles that they were able to figure out and as a result we have a very clean and professional looking system! We have had numerous neighbors stop and inquire about it. I can’t say enough good about this company, there are a lot of other Solar installers out there but obviously we choose Skyline and can’t be happier with our install!!

Jamaine, the salesman was great at answering the phone and any questions I had. As for the rest of the company, they never answer phone calls. I’ve had my solar panels installed on my house back in October, it is now almost march 6 months later and they are not turned on yet. I’ve made 2 Solar loan payments, almost a third, on panels that haven’t even been used yet. (It’s kinda like paying a car loan, while not even having a car). It’s really tough to get ahold of there management team, always goes to voicemail.
