Systems has been down for a month due to know faulty connectors. Will come replace with new connectors in 20 days. 2 months without solar in the hottest months. Will cost several thousand dollars of use. Disappointed as the system is only a few years old.

SunPower was the right panel solution for my situation because of limited roof space which made the efficiency gains worth the significantly higher cost. SkyPower did deliver on price and timing, but was extremely tough to handle logistically because they were so disorganized. I ultimately got what I ordered, but it took a lot of follow through and re-forwarding of correspondence so make sure you save your paper work and read your contract closely. I have heard worse stories out there so it may just be an industry norm to be sloppy, disorganized and difficult.

Took care of all permitting with the town and PG&E. Always available and prompt. We had some issues with PG&E (who doesn't?!) and they helped a lot resolving those. Would recommend unreservedly.

I thought Bob was excellent. He was great at explaining everything to me and was VERY responsive to my inquires. That is the reason I chose him over another company. I would, and have, recommended him to others. The only issue that arose was during the installation process. It took longer than expected to install the panels because the sub-contractor he used was busy with other projects. Again, I would recommend Bob at Skypower Systems to anyone.
