It is the right decision to opt in for Solar power and Sigora Solar team made it possible. Connor and Ryan have been very helpful and informative in on boarding us with the process and the benefits. They brought the software to determine the optimal solar panel installation and the right payment options. All the Sigora team is knowledgeable, they knew what they were doing and they were courteous all along! The installation went smoothly in under 3 hours. We are waiting for the activation to happen in a week and looking forward to embracing solar power! - Perepas (North Carolina)

Do more research
Sigora was one of the first solar companies that came up in my search. The sales person was great and I ordered 30 panels. Installation was okay. Now a year later, 2 panels don't work and 2 have low output. Servicing is awful! Multiple calls, few call backs and 6 months since it started NO ONE has come to even look at the panels. I don't enjoy paying for broken equipment. Do your research and find a solar company that will mantaince their equipment like they say they will.

I thought I had gone with a good company after doing my research. System worked great for a couple of years. Inverter has gone bad now I can not get anyone at segora to talk to me. No one answers the phone and have yet to have someone call me back. Solaredge the monitoring company can not send a replacement inverter until Segora confirms the address. If it is this hard to get someone to confirm an address, how in the hell will I ever get a body to come replace the inverter if it ever comes. My sytems has been out of service since June 19th, here it is August 19th. Knowing all this! I would NEVER have gone with Segora. HOW HARD is it to confirm an address! Would not recommend this company anymore.

There appears to have been some database issues right around that time, which could be why there were challenges leading up to your service date. Terrible - Nonresponsive - No longer operate in NC
Don't be fooled by good reviews during installation. If you need service, forget about it! They are 100% unresponsive and they don't even operate in NC despite selling here! They provide NO service or Warranty work in NC. Your Warranty is essentially useless.

Per our previous communications with you, our team has since confirmed internally that your roof work has been completed and your panels have been successfully reinstalled. First Set Step to Clean Energy!
I am a proud customer of Sigora Solar! They've made the process seamless and flexible. I was worried it would take a long time, but after the surveys were done they instaled the panels in a day. My electric bill is close to non-existant if it weren't for fees. Getting solar installed is quite expensive, but it pays for itself in savings. If you are handy then I would recommend installing solar yourself. For everyone else, go with Sigora Solar!

My electric bill is gone :)
I was just installed and activated a few weeks ago and I'm already seeing major production on the app. My electric bill is being offset completely already. They did a lot of EE work too like LED bulbs, insulation in my attic, attic tent to bring down my consumption. I'm looking forward to saving monthly as well as thousands over time. I'm done renting from my power company.

Nice very nice! Poor quality!
Not pleased at all with the product. Install was a big problem. Took longer than expected. All in all very expensive. Not sure if Sigota is the way to go. They market well but the product is sub par at best! Shop around for better alternatives.

Too expensive
After going back and doing some re-calculating on costs etc for Sigora vs other brands we should NOT have chosen sigora. If I was you I’d find other companies that are more affordable

Nice people but Sigora has quality control issues
Warranty and design were huge factors in our decision.

Darts and Laurels - but Great Customer Service
Rating (of 5): 4.5 Bottom line: After a number of problems (some Sigora’s fault, others just life), Sigora provided quality service and worked to make us happy customers. For a product as expensive as solar, dependable support is extremely important. Despite a bumpy road, we are satisfied customers. In the final analysis Sigora and its employees proved to be customer-oriented and committed to providing excellent service. M&P Virginia USA
