Shine Solar, LLC

Fantastic company to install your solar system

We had 47 solar panels installed back in October 2019. They have worked as advertised. The panels are all equally matched. We were in the process of a major renovation of our home and they worked with my Contractor to make this happen smoothly . We had a lot of choices to choose who we wanted to install our Solar system. We have been extremely pleased with them. Their customer service is top notch. The installers were professional and the way they worked you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. They worked very efficiently. They even took the time to explain to me the steps and process. I had a few questions down the road and when I called their support team they were able to answer my questions and help me fix issues that were on my end. We will be building another home soon and we know exactly who we want to do the install. Thanks Shine solar Mark & Mandy E. Central Arkansas

Great experience

I had a great experience with Shine Solar. They are very personable, informative, and responsive. I recommend doing business with them.

Shine Solar Review

Shine Solar was professional with the work that they did while putting solar panels on our home. While some of the behind-the-scenes of getting the electric company to understand how to bill correctly with solar panels feeding back into the system was hairy at times, that was of no fault to the solar company. They are quick to respond and are quick to take care of any issues that may pop up during installation or afterwards.

Great experience, very friendly and professiona.

Would recommend shine, great people and great company

Shine Solar Made it Easy!

yeppers my experience working with shine solar has been very goo

yeppers shine solar had the best people to work with with from sales to install all professional, and friendly, any question I had was answered promptly and with courtesy, I highly recommend them if you are considering going solar.

Great Company!

Customer service has really been going down hill at a lot of places I've dealt with in the last year but this company has not! It's very refreshing when you're buying something from a company and THEY give you update calls! (That hasn't been the case for me with other things I've purchased recently). You don't have to jump thru hoops to find out what's going on. Great customer service at Shine Solar definitely seems like a priority to them. I'm very glad I went with this company for solar panels. I just had the panels connected and they are doing exactly what they told me they would. I will recommend this company for anyone looking to get solar panels installed.

Thinking about solar? Just do it

. Going through Shine Solar made it easy to understand and eased concerns I may have had! Would highly recommend!

Shine Solar was a great choice!

Working with Shine Solar to purchase and install our solar system, as well as upgrading out HVAC system was the perfect choice for our family! From the beginning we worked with great people (Sam and Brandyn) and the teams that came out to install our systems did amazing work. I will have no hesitation in recommending Shine Solar to anyone interested in making the move to solar energy!

We love Shine solar!

Shine solar is an awesome company! They installed my solar panels an it was a fast an easy process from start to finish!

Happy Customer!

We had our solar panels installed in 2019 and added more panels in 2020. The installers were quick, efficient, respectful of our property and very clean. I love opening my electric bill to see our banked solar power. The best months are when we only owe our connection fee to Carroll Electric. We are very pleased we decided to make this investment. Shine Solar has amazing customer service even now after the panels are installed and producing. I always get an email or call back within hours of any questions I might ask. They made the process easy from start to finish!

All in all a great experience!!!

After looking at solar and asking around decided on shine because of the quality of equipment they use and there customer support

Amazing Crews!

From the Phone call to the initial survey on to each crew that came out: solar panels(shout out to the Unicorn Squad ~Craig~), battery installation Chase +1 (had another crew on battery before them didn't catch their names my memory sometimes is awful). They were all Amazing enjoyed their friendliness and patience to explain things because of my million questions lol. Each crew had Awesome respect and diligent work ethic! You have beyond amazing employees and they all deserve a RAISE or at least a big bonus for the way they represent your company.

Wow! We're blown away by our great experience

Everyone that was involved in the process from start to finish were professional, friendly and helpful in answering all our questions that put us at ease about going solar. I love that the process also included making sure our home was energy efficient. They gave us LED light bulbs for all our light fixtures, checked out our heating and cooling system and blew 12" of insulation into our attic. With that and our solar panels we are getting 99.54% solar offset. Crazy!!! We are looking forward to a day when our solar system will replace our electricity costs. We are very pleased with all the people and the service that Shine Solar provided. There was no out of pocket costs and we are excited about the tax savings we will receive on our 2021 tax return. Thank you Shine Solar and everyone that was involved in the process. We highly recommend them!

Dream come true

I found shinesolar through Facebook, and just to get more information I decided to see if they were a honest, legitimate company. Researching solar companies, I decided to go with shinesolar. Customer service is fantastic. I've been in contact with reps through text or call, no matter the day or time. If I had a question, I knew Lance would answer. Shine solar went above my expectations. Providing me with led lightbulbs, weatherstripping, attic insultation and taking care of all the details with OG&E to upgrade my power box so it will handle the new out put/input of going solar. Shinesolar even went as far to install additional panels because we found a tree that causes more shade than expected. The install techs were so kind and professional. Kind to my dogs and cleaned up after themselves. I am so thrilled to be a customer of shinesolar and to have accomplished a dream. Thank you Shinesolar.

Shine Solar's work is bright and shining!

From our first contact, very employee knew their product well, was professional, helpful, courteous, competent and went the second mile. We are delighted with the results.

Excellent service

Shine Solar has been prompt in their visits and follow through. Every one of the staff members have been helpful and pleasant. Our new system seems to be working well, and we are happy with everything about this system. Thank you, Shine Solar.

liars.

They still continue to advertise on radio, "lower your electric bill as low as 15.00 a month." Not only this proved adversely false, but my financial burden doubled. Having to concern myself with a measly 150.00 electrical bill, I average 315 to include their loan. It's only because they have a signed contract makes me hate them soooo much. Shine Solar employees have been most responsive during the whole

We chose Shine Solar because of most favorable reviews that were posted on the internet.

Thanks, Shine!

Shine made the solar process easy. They led us through the entire process, start to finish, taking care of all permitting, design, construction. They quickly and cheerfully fixed anything that came up. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who has concerns about going solar.

Fort Smith Installation

The team at Shine Solar was very easy to work with and explained everything very well. Once we were financed and ready for installation the process went very quickly. The installation crew was highly professional and extremely well organized. We had one little mishap with the ceiling in our garage and Shine Solar took care of it promptly at no charge to us. Much to our surprise Shine Solar sent a crew to blow additional insulation into our attic. They were fast and efficient and our home insulation is now vastly improved. Our system is now producing solar power and during full sunlight days is exceeding the system specs. Our grid dependence has dropped by almost 20%. That is 20% less than we were paying the electric company! We are super pleased. Thank You Shine Solar!

We just had our panels installed on our home. My husband and I a
