From the moment I got a return call to the moment post turn-on call, I've been nothing but happy with SunPower by Sea Bright Solar--well except it took some time, 6-weeks, for the actual installation. That was a good sign I feel because it meant I picked a company that was high in demand. The team kept me informed throughout the process and the installation team was impressive. After they finished, I went out to inspect the installation and was pleasantly surprised that no detail was overlooked. They took time to match the conduit to the roof tile color and then the trim work on my home to blend in as much as possible--something I did not expect. Minutes after receiving the PTO from the power company, I got a call from SunPower confirming we are good to flip the switch. Then there was a follow-up call a week later, then two weeks after that to ensure everything was satisfactory. I cannot recommend SunPower by Sea Bright Solar enough! You will not be sorry you chose them.

Good Support Until Install

Beware this company! They are great up until you sign the contract, but once work starts they are unreliable and untimely in completion of install. I was told install would take a week, and they would only need access to the house 1-2 days, but it took 2 weeks and additional follow-up visits to fix things not completed correctly, including many days needing access to the inside of the house which is hard to schedule around work days. They were messy, leaving my attic access area extremely dirty and did not put my breaker box back together correctly. They would not arrive at the time they said they would (either early or late) making it very difficult to plan my schedule around their visits. They would also show up on days/times not scheduled and call like they had an appointment. I had issues with my monitoring after the install was complete. They made a few trips out and then when they couldn't get it working, stopped answering my calls and emails for additional help (even after I arranged a special appointment with my cable company to do a report on my signal strength and assess my equipment for capability). This monitoring is still not working properly and my system install has been complete for months. Also months after install I found an electrical issue tied to the solar install, and they sent someone out (again showing up before my planned apt time, causing me to almost be late dropping my son off at school when I told them exactly what time I was going to take him when I scheduled the apt) to tell me that it wasn't their problem.

Great Solar Company

We had Seabright install a solar system on our home. They have been extremely helpful with everything. Everybody is extremely friendly. The office manager Jacqueline is always there if you have questions and has been so helpful in setting up everything. They always respond to my calls and e-mails by the next day, but usually with a few hours. I can't say enough about the company. Their service is excellent and I would recommend them to everybody.

Sea Bright Solar provided an exceptional service from the first time I contacted them about getting a solar system on my house till getting the system running and getting property tax credit approved in NYC Department of Buildings. My Sales Consultant, Steve, thoroughly explained all the benefits and technical details of solar system installation. He also was very creative in designing the system with optimal number and type of panels to optimize efficiency and return on investment. The system covers 100% of my electric needs and even generates a surplus. All appointments were kept on time and everything was communicated clearly. System installation and deployment was performed as promised by the end of 2015. I can't be happier with the service I received from Sea Bright Solar. In fact, it's one of the most diligent and customer oriented company I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend Sea Bright Solar for high quality and high efficiency solar installations. Clearly they deserve five star plus rating! Thank you Sea Bright Solar for such a great experience!

We had been researching solar for several years when we started interviewing contractors and Sea Bright Solar (Brian Kelly) was the first to answer all of our questions, giving us different opetions. During installation his crew was professional and would answer any questions we had. The job site was spotless when the crew finished each day. At least once a month people stop and ask about our system and we give the tour. Thanks Sea Bright Solar for a job well done! Sea Bright Solar is a company that believes in what they are doing and here we are two years past installation and we receive e-mails checking up on our system and Jacqueline in the office is always there to answer any questions regarding SRECs...she is wonderful.

i was very happy working with sea brite solar. so much so that they are installing a 50Kw system for me

before i had solar my power was 100.00 $$ budget plan a month. a year later my plan is 12.00 $$ a month. I run 2 window ac units andf a pool pump in the day,power the house, and have sold back 700.00 $$ of banked power to the power company. Last years SRECS 975.00$$ ITS JUST GOING TO GET BETTER. Also i will receive power for the next 35 plus years for 12.00$ a month.

I was very pleased with the way seabright solar completed for me all the necessary applications and permits for the job and the assistance they gave me in understanding the tax benefits and energy credits avaialbe to me The experience of purchasing a solar system was made very easy for me by seabright solar. It was the least streesful part of constructing a new house. Things were done on-time and done right the first time. There were no complications with the installations from start to finish.

I interviewed 7 company`s! Hands down,the best one on one for your solar needs comes from Brian Kelly the owner of Sea Bright Solar. I now have 3 houses with solar. I can`t say enought out his crew and and how pleased I am with the syytems. He was the only installer to really work with me to get the max system size for my house and my rental houses.
