Watch Out! I have been trying for months for Saguaro Solar to complete the job that was already paid for. They keep saying they will come back and complete stuff but then silence. Bethany, the office manager, says she can't do anything and to talk to Tim, the salesman. Tim says talk to Bethany or maybe come in and talk to the owners, "they're nice". I wish he would talk to the owners and get it done. They left this monstrosity of a structure which they said they would cover it and put a "nice awning' over it. That's never happened so now it just sits out there. No wifi from the structure to my phone so I don't even know if it is working. Beware of this company!

Doesn't perform as promised
The system spec'd out by Chris was supposed to produce over 80% of my requirements for electrical power, at that rate with a projected 6.5 year payback. The system is only producing approx 30% of my usage, leaving me still with expensive electric bills. At this rate payback may never occur or be well over 20 years, for a system I paid cash for. I sincerely regret having spent the money and having solar installed. Knowing what I know now, I would never have done it.

Fantastic Customer Service
This company provides outstanding customer service. Anytime I have a question or issue (issues have been rare) my sales person, Noe and his team respond to my needs quickly. I have nothing but praise for the company and their employees.

Good except when it came to rewarding referrals
Everything went pretty well. There was a delay because of supply shortages and last minute contracts (like our) looking to lock in the best rate with TEP. That was OK. I would have rated 5 stars except they failed miserably to acknowledge and send a referral award to some friends who recommended them. I've appealed several times over several months without recognition. I'm disappointed and embarrassed about how this has NOT been handled.

Solar and TEP - a great adventure
First- this process has taken a while- that being said, my system was definitely not standard, and between covid, supply chain, and design changes due to TEP requirements, we have had a lot of challenges. The company has stood behind there word, has helped at every corner to get things correct, and to get a system that is working as described originally. It was definitely patience on my side and on the installers side. Not only would I recommend them, but we are starting to set up project number 2 on my office. This was definitely a 1 star experience, that was turned into 5 star with good project management and communication from Samantha. Would definitely recommend Saguaro solar, for any project you have.

I love my solar system!
Saguaro Solar has been an excellent company to work with. Now that we're generating power, I am seeing huge savings on my electric bill. I would absolutely go with them again and would recommend my friends do as well if they are interested in solar. I mean, in Tucson, who wouldn't be? Saguaro Solar was always professional, courteous, and promptly got back to me with answers I needed. Many, many kudos!

Absolutely Outstanding
I would highly recommend Saguaro Solar. The agent, Anne Golseth was awesome and totally honest. She kept in touch through the entire process with honest answers. The system is up and running and we are VERY satisfied. We were ready to sign with a firm in Phoenix. I am delighted that Anne reached us before we did. We even visited their facility in Tucson before signing, and we were treated like their #1 customer during the process. I cannot say enough good things about Saguaro Solar - from contract to installation to completion. All top notch. Best value, top quality and total responsiveness.

Poor customer service
Having run businesses for 40+ years, I can honestly say avoid this one !! It is a "convenience" business. If it is convenient for them they'll do the business. I scheduled 2 meetings for quotes. The first one the sales rep had the meeting at 1:30 pm instead of 10:30 am. I set up the next meeting with this sales rep at 2 pm ( 3 days later), he was a no show\no call. If this business does not need work .. fine, just say so. But, it seems, if they can not coordinate a sales meeting, how will they coordinate a job site. Gave you 2 chances, you failed twice. Going to a company that gives a damn about their potential costumers.

Installation complete, system activated
I requested REC Solar 375 Watt panels which added about $1,000 to the 21 panel estimate. The contract was signed on Jan 10th. Saguaro helped get the approval from my HOA. The panels werre ordered on Jan 22nd. Installation occurred on Feb 10th, and took less than half a day. Approval by the town was delayed for unknown reasons, but not due to any system defect. This occurred on March 15th. The power company (TEP) installed the meter on March 22nd, I received permission to operate from TEP on March 23rd, and activated the system as advised by Saguaro on March 24th (today). I installed the monitering app on my computer this afternoon, and was generating the 6KW max at noon today. Great work, on time, no unexpected charges!

Awesome experience
I had a great experience dealing with Daniel, Omar, Doug. My project was done in less than three months and anything I had a question about during the installation or after Saguaro Solar was there to assist.
