Having run businesses for 40+ years, I can honestly say avoid this one !! It is a "convenience" business. If it is convenient for them they'll do the business. I scheduled 2 meetings for quotes. The first one the sales rep had the meeting at 1:30 pm instead of 10:30 am. I set up the next meeting with this sales rep at 2 pm ( 3 days later), he was a no show\no call. If this business does not need work .. fine, just say so. But, it seems, if they can not coordinate a sales meeting, how will they coordinate a job site. Gave you 2 chances, you failed twice. Going to a company that gives a damn about their potential costumers.

Sorry for the mix up. We were in transition between CRM's for the first one, but there's no excuse for the assigned sales rep the second time. That sales rep has not received another appointment since.
