Over a year ago, this company, which we had used for solar panels and batteries solicited us for a final call on a model of Tesla batteries we already owned. We decided to get two more to increase our solar storage and gave them a deposit of 12k. A year of following up ensued before learning that the batteries were never actually forthcoming, and still no reimbursement of our 12k despite multiple follow ups. We were happy with our initial install (back when it was Revolusun), but our experience since the company rebranded as Solaris has been terrible and smacks of fraud or a scam. To think, we didn’t even go to them asking for additional batteries. They came to us! Buyer beware.
