The team at Solaris is unfortunately very unresponsive to existing customers who carry a warranty of their systems. My inverter needed to be replaced and after waiting several weeks, the unit finally came in and a tech came out to replace it. After I noticed that my SolarEdge application was not working properly - prior to the inverter replacement, I could see data about how much energy was system was producing and drawing from the Grid. I reached out and they acknowledged that something related to the part of the system that was inside my house needed to be reset and I would have to be home to let the tech in. We agreed on a date and time and I arranged to work from home that day. The tech never showed and I never got any phone call, text or update to let me know. When I reached back out to the representative that was helping me, I was ignored (I could see text read receipts that were never responded to). I tried to call the office on multiple occasions but no one ever picks up. I sent in a service request using the form on their website - a week went by and no reply. I finally reverted back to emailing the people that were on the original chain to replace my inverter. They responded and were dismissive, saying that there was nothing wrong with my system and the ticket had been resolved and closed. This entire interaction has been going on since December and has been more than frustrating to deal with their subpar customer support. They may seem great when they’re trying to sell you a unit but it looks like as soon as your panels are installed, they care less about supporting you.
