The team thatperformedthe installation was extremely professional and courteous. I felt the pricing was less than competitive but timing was an issue for my install. The pre-sales engineering and design was lacking. I asked to put the maximum number of panels my roof could support. My roof could actually support two additional panels which was no longer an option without an upgrade to my inverter. The back office support for submitting paperwork to the state and utilities was very effective and efficient. They made the process as easy as can be. My only advice would you be challenge the design and cost of upgrades or expansions prior to making a commitment.

Solar Panels

ReVision was great every step of the way. Installation was very smooth, workers polite. The electrician had to do extra work to make room for our expanded panel in a 200 year-old basement and was very thorough - I did not have to pay extra for his carpentry work. We used the maximum space on our roof for 20 panels and were advised that this would be more than we needed. ReVision suggested we add a mini-split heat pump in the equation but that 20 panels might not quite cover that. we opted for the system and have been thrilled with it. Since we don't use it for air conditioning in the summer much at all, we have essentially the perfect amount of electricity. Only problem is we would love to power an electric car off the system and that won't be possible due to our limited space, though we may expand at some point. I've had no need for followup service, so i can't comment on that.

Solar and Mini-Split Project

We contracts Revision Energy for a couple reasons. First we knew of them from The Common Ground Fair where I spoke to them and other solar installation companies and found their experiences placed them on top of my list. In addition good discussion during the sales cycle helped clinch the deal for RE. The only issue we have encountered is one mini-split did not come from the factory filled with enough coolant and we noticed this only a few months later when we needed AC. Calls to RE were handled however their approach was to trouble-shoot long distance rather than get in the truck and do it on-site. While realizing there are a limited number of staff and likely they were installing elsewhere, it took several calls to complain that the AC still did not work. Finally an installer came out and addressed the issue. Overall we are pleased with the system and our electric bills were low all year with the exception of Feb/Mar '15 when we used the heater heavily.

Very attentive to my concerns and answered all questions thoroughly. Adapted installation slightly for aesthetics I deemed important. All of their crew were long-term employees, not casual labor, and all were motivated to complete a top-rate installation. I couldn't be happier!

PV installation with a smile

ReVision Energy installed a 6 KW, 24 panel system for me. I'm coming up on 1 year of service and their estimated production was spot on. Their entire team is knowledgeable and friendly. They installed the panels on the roof of a 100+year old barn with a roof that is slightly warped. The mounting was challenging but they took the time to get them mounted perfectly. I'm very happy with the system.

Quality + Professionalism

Very pleased with the entire process. Only wish the current governor was not opposed to the state subsidies on solar - all other New England states offer it to their residents. Keep up the good work as long as the sun is shining!

Solar Panels on Plum Island

Last year we heard about ReVision Energy and learned that their prices for what we want were in our price range. A sales engineer came and we went through several proposals, balancing cost vs. how much electricity we could produce. Our goal was to be under $20,000. We accepted one for about $18,000 and have been very happy ever since. We went live June 2, 2014 and now, after our first full year of solar production, we came out $31 ahead over a 12 month period. :-) That's just great. The staff at ReVision were very helpful all the way along. The install went smoothly, and the office did all the copious and complex paperwork to get us set up and approved. That took longer than we hoped, so ReVision deducted one month from the $18K because we missed May 2014 for turning the system live. They did not have to do that, but they did! The only aspect of the whole process that was not top-notch was explaining how SRECs worked. Once I learned how they worked and how to log the production information, however, it's been fine.

Outstanding Home Solar & EV Plug Installation

Terrific company - easy to work with, accomodating, very professional staff from estimator/sales person to the install crew which went the extra extra mile installing our system during the worst snow period we've seen in New Hampshire in our 15 years here. Our system is working flawless with immediate payback - we love it. It has generated much interest in solar from our friends, family and co-workers. The installation looks great on the house. The installation of our PV system and its integration with the power company were flawless. A different crew did install our Stiebel-Eltron how water heaatpump. Again a professional crew who did excellent work. We are very satisfied.

Revision installed a 51 panel 13+KW system for me in early May. It has been performing better than expected, With AC running 24/7 my July bill was $13.04 not bad compared to last years $324.63. As for the install, They showed up on time when they said they would, Went over the proposed layout, talked about various cable run options and did what they said they would, Cleaned up every night, and kept me in the loop. Residential Solar Electric Panels

We highly recommend ReVision Energy as a solar power company. After a visit to our house, ReVision provided us with an incredibly detailed and user friendly proposal which included these highlights: a detailed outline of the number of kilowatt hours of clean and renewable electricity per year that the system would produce; the percentage that our electricity bill would be offset; detailed information on the photovoltaic panels; rebates and financing options; and even a graphic rendering of what our house would like with the panels installed. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly. Also, the grid-inverter system is very user friendly with electronic graphs to view the daily and overall energy production and it even provides an emergency power supply when the grid loses power. We live in an over 100 year old house with tricky roof angles and ReVision took the time to maximize the amount of solar panels in the space to offset 50% of our electricity bill and reduce our greenhouse gas emissions. We without reservation recommend ReVision Energy.

I can't speak highly enough of the entire process and how happy we are with our solar investment. It has been almost a year and the system is performing exactly as ReVision estimated. Everyone from the Sales staff to the Installers were exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and friendly. A huge plus was the frequent communication during the install.
