Since 2003, Maine-based ReVision Energy has installed more than 15,000 solar energy systems throughout New England. Committed to excellence and leading our communities to a cleaner, more just future, ReVision operates as an employee-owned B Corporation. To ensure maximum performance and reliability in a relatively harsh climate, each solar energy system is designed by ReVision Energy's in-house engineers and installed by the company's full-service team of licensed and certified solar technicians. Our customer service team ensures our projects run efficiently for their lifetime and are on call 24-7 to help customers with any issues that arise. Our mission is to Make Life Better by building our just and equitable electric future. Today ReVision Energy operates out of five locations in Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire, with the long-term goal of converting each location into a "de-carbonization" facility that exemplifies the societal transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy. With 450 employees as of July 2023, ReVision Energy has become the leading solar company in northern New England by delivering legendary customer service and the highest quality, most cost-effective solar energy systems available in the marketplace. Great installation, poor communication
Loved the crews who came to work on the house! The structural carpenters, electricians, installers on the roof -- professional, friendly and cleaned up beautifully. Problems occurred with the scheduling and communications. It took a lot of pushing on my part to get the work scheduled. Project managers changed, and the new ones seemed ill-informed about previous conversations. Then the guy who came to look at the attic claimed he had looked, but the pictures he provided were old ones that we had supplied and didn't reflect its current state. Whenever they were scheduled, the crews arrived right on time, so no complaints there. The final inspection seemed to take too long, so I called the city -- their inspector had come and waited, but the email canceling Revision's attendance apparently hadn't gotten to him. If I hadn't called and asked, and then informed Revision, we would still be waiting. That tells me that if the email canceling with the inspector was actually sent, there was no follow-up by Revision to make sure the inspection got rescheduled. Every time, they seemed genuinely concerned about the problem and responded quickly and professionally, so support is good. Given how excellently their work is rated by others and how nice our installation looks to this layperson, it's a shame that their teams communicate so poorly internally and externally if they are not in person. I would still recommend Revision for the quality and speed of the actual work. Just don't assume things are moving -- follow up.

Thornton install
The team thatperformedthe installation was extremely professional and courteous. I felt the pricing was less than competitive but timing was an issue for my install. The pre-sales engineering and design was lacking. I asked to put the maximum number of panels my roof could support. My roof could actually support two additional panels which was no longer an option without an upgrade to my inverter. The back office support for submitting paperwork to the state and utilities was very effective and efficient. They made the process as easy as can be. My only advice would you be challenge the design and cost of upgrades or expansions prior to making a commitment.
