Awesome Results at the end of Year # 1

Our solar installation after year # 1. Since we turned on our panels back on 8/1/14 up to 8/1/15. We generated about 11,900 KWH's. Used about 12,200. So, 97% of the power our house used in the year came from the roof. We paid $27K to have panels installed. Got $4000 in credits from state of MA and 30% of install price (about $7800) off federal tax's. Net cost about $15K. Generated 11.9 SREC's which I sell to utilities for about $300 a piece for the next 10 years. Electric bills went from $1508 to $169. I estimate a payback of about 4.8 years and a net gain of about $45,000 over 25 year life span of the system. If you want more details I love talking about it. Now you see why everyone wants to lease your roof???? Many thanks to Revision Energy for the install. They are out of ME and anyone who lives north of Boston should talk to them before installing a ssytem. Great company that will not try to jam a lease down your throat...

The folks at ReVision installed our 5.2KW system in May 2014. The installation team were excellent. I liked their attention to detail and their expertise. This company knows Solar! I had many (many) questions and a simple email and my questions were answered. I will continue to recommend them to all my friends.

Outstanding Procucts and Customer Service

In the early part of January, 2015 we had solar panels and two heat pumps installed by ReVision Energy at our home in Maine. We could not be more pleased with the equipment or customer service. The solar panels and heat pumps not only met our expectations based on the careful calculations done by ReVision Energy when determining the extent to which the equipment would reduce our reliance on the electric grid and heating oil, they exceeded our expectations. The installation process and post customer service have been fantastic. The ReVision Energy staff are helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and very enthusiastic about their work and ReVision Energy's efforts to bring renewable energy to the Maine. A win win for customers. I am extremely pleased with my ReVision solar system, they were great to deal with from the original planning stages all the way through the final commissioning. My system is not a typical installation and ReVision was willing to work with me to find a solution that would meet my needs. I have a five flat panel array heating a radiant heat system in my 30'x40' workshop and then during the warmer months when heat is not needed i switch the system over to heat my domestic water in our home. This has worked out far better than i ever envisioned!

Heat pump installation

Revision installed a Fujitsu 18k(Heat) 14.5k (Cool) Heat pump for us last year (2014). The installation was done ahead of schedule, took only part of one day and a very short time the 2nd day to complete. Everyone with whom I dealt at Revision was very knowledgeable and professional! The unit does exactly what we expected of it, and then some; both summer and winter. We really like the "Dry" mode for when the temperature is not too high, but the humidity makes it muggy and uncomfortable. We set it on "Dry" and the house remains very comfortable. Both the evaporator (inside the house) and the compressor (outside the house) are almost silent, even when it is very hot (95 f), or very cold (0 f). We were not here when the temperature dropped below 0 f., but I will update after this winter. My only issue, and it is minor, was when they ran the cover for the refrigerant lines it was not plumb, so I wanted to move the line, strictly for aesthetic reasons, and Revision gladly supplied the cover parts I needed to make the adjustment. As I said it was minor. Overall, we are very pleased with the unit and with Revision! In fact, I plan to use Revision to install a solar panel array for us next year. I would strongly recommend them to my friends.

SOLAR ENERGY - AN INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY

I first became familiar with Revision Energy when I was gathering source material for another non-fiction technical book I was writing. At the time I had several conversations with Phil Coupe of Revision who was exceptionally knowledgeable in the field of alternative energies. In May of 2014, my new book "SOLAR ENERGY: Photovoltaics and Domestic Hot Water - A Technical and Economic Guide for Project Planners, Builders, and Property Owners" was published by Academic Press. I am grateful for the many photographs that Phil provided. I believe it's extremely important that people understand the use of Solar Energy alternatives is viable as a long term investment versus the costs of tradition power generation. Great installation team, sized right, quality workmanship and products. We had our panels installed about a year ago. We presently have around 1100kWh credit on our net meter.

ReVision Energy installed a new photovoltaic system at my home in 2014. They also made repairs to an older system and installed a heat pump hot water heater to replace a defective on-demand system. I'm very happy with their service. They were responsive to my questions and when I discovered a problem with the new system (a cable came disconnected following a snowstorm), they repaired it right away and credited my account for the lost energy generation.

Hi, Since my time as a young gal, I have always made it my task to do what I can to reduce my consumption of fossil fuels. I burn wood for heat because it is renewable, drive an economical car, practice permaculture principles, grow veggies and pollinators, and try to live a simple life in my community. After attending a Fall 2014 Solar Launch Event hosted by ReVision Energy, near my town of Andover, NH and participating in the Andover Energy Group, I became a convert. Everyone that I spoke and worked with, beginning with Jonathan Gregory; the Solar ReVision crew on my roof and in my basement; to Brian Valle Master Electrician; and finally crew at the meters, with Scott McNeil NHCUC Program Administrator were terrific. When I say terrific I mean efficient, fun, hard-working, and informative. The staff was also really helpful with the paperwork for getting the project underway and for the financial incentives and rebates. They finished the roof and basement work on the coldest day in February. It was at least -20 degrees when they started that morning. I am forever thankful for the professional work of everyone at ReVision. Thank you!!

Very professional

The installation was exactly as specified and exactly on schedule. We have had no problems since the installation 16 months ago and are completely satisfied with the performance. All components are of very high quality.

Dav & Holly's Solar Electric Installation

ReVision Energy's installation of our 33 panels went without a hitch. They also worked with us to maximize the # panels by reorienting them such that we went from the original 22 panels to 33. The installation crew was very professional and I would highly recommend ReVision. We are not only generation all our own power but are "banking" power with Eversource for the winter months.

Home solar system

I'm not an expert on solar but I do know that I feel better capturing the sun that hits my roof. My house is at the top of a hill and the front faces south. The panels look awesome. All I have left to do is figure out how the tax part works.
