Satisfaction with Energy Emporium

The staff at Energy Emporium was impressive. They were extremely well versed in solar technology and offered a careful analysis of the potential for our location. They guided us through every step of the process and were always on schedule. The solar panels have met our expectations in every way. In March, we used 68% less energy than last year, before the panels were installed.

Solar Installation

Kim, Anita, Bryon and the electrical crew were wonderful all during installation and continue to be terrific in relation to ongoing service. Initially Anita helped me to understand both the electrical and the economic ramifications as well as the NH State's regulatory requirements. Together we were able come up with a "middle way" in terms of the number of panels, cost and my electrical needs. She was very patient and knowledgable. The service I continue to get from her and Kim has always been highly skilled and very kind. I am so very glad for our continued relationship. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great experience

We had a great experience having our solar system installed by Energy Emporium as part of the Solarize Hanover effort in 2015. Kim Quirk and her team are experienced, knowledgable, friendly and responsive. The system has been trouble-free, and is quickly paying for itself.

Easy Breezy

EE made it easy from beginning to end... from determining site viability and placement to system sizing, designing, town permitting, sub-contractor selection, scheduling, energy tax savings and filings, array installation, and grid connection it was always in their hands and always handled with grace. It's a very complicated process with many moving parts and it's critical that someone understand and handle all the details. EE has great people and connections in the business... I feel very fortunate to have partnered with them.

Energy Emporium did a great job!

The folks at Energy Emporium guided me to get the application in before the 30 Sep 2017 window closed so that I would qualify for the full net-metering benefit. They then proceeded to schedule the installation on my roof in a tidy and timely way. Full marks!

Solar install, Heat pump & Hot Water Heat Pump Install

We have been very pleased with Revision from pre-sales through installation and follow-up. They are informed, not high pressure & very helpful in deciding where to get the most benefit for your money. We installed roof top solar, a heat pump and hot water heat pump. We expect 97% of our energy to come from solar over the course of the year. We would definitely use Revision again and highly recommend them.

100% Solar!

We had been toying with the idea of going solar for many reasons: lower our electric bill, increase the value of our home, and most importantly to help reduce our dependance on fossil fuel electricity. Back in February of 2016 we put on our barn a new standing-seam metal roof - a perfect platform to anchor solar panels! We contacted Revision Energy, they came right out and measured the position of our barn roof to see if it was ideal for solar, took down our annual electricity usage, and they worked up a 30-panel array that would essential generate enough electricity to cover our annual usage. It took awhile for us to make a decision and we had many questions which RE always were happy to give us the answers to. We went to ahead and said do it and within a few weeks they were on site. In less than two days they had us producing our own clean sun energy! EVERYONE we came in contact with was extremely polite, friendly, helpful, honest, and accommodating. The price they quoted was fair and accurate with no gimmicks or tricks. It was nice to get my first monthly bill from CMP - $12. It's fun to watch how much electricity I generate every day, too. Revision Energy is a fantastic customer-oriented business that passionately believes in the product they sell and the reasons why solar is good for the planet. I highly recommend to anyone thinking about solar to get in touch with Revision Energy. I might also add I greatly appreciate the political lobbying they do on behalf of people like me who have solar and for those who are looking to enter into owning solar to help encourage the growth of the industry in Maine.

Solar Savings

We had 18 solar panels installed in June 2016. I waited for a few months before reviewing so there would be something of substance to talk about! To date, we are very happy with the energy being produced and the vastly reduced electricity bills. I never realized there were so many sunny days in Maine! We like the look of the panels, and the installation went smoothly. It was accomplished in one day. Everyone we dealt with were polite, professional and on time! We would happily recommend this company and their products. If a personal chat would help in the decision making process, either of us would be happy to offer our thoughts on the subject. I had been considering Solar for a while and had quotes from national companies who promised the world but who could not offer what ReVision did in the way of providing higher output panels to maximize the space that I had available. I elected ReVision and could not be happier, especially since I just received a bill for $33 saving me around $150 and it was for March. The crew that did the install was great and together we worked around some unique installation choices. Everything went well and the local building inspector was very complimentary and had high praise for the work they did. Looking forward to some greater savings once we get into the spring and summer!

REVISION ENERGY HAS SCORED ANOTHER HOME RUN BY INSTALLING 16 PANELS ON MY GARAGE ROOF. LAST WEEK I GOT MY FEBRUARY CMP POWER BILL,AND THE SOLAR PANELS PAID 43% OF MY TOTAL BILL....REVISION ENERGY IN MY OPINION IS 5 STAR COMPANY. THEIR QUOTES ARE ACCURATE, PRECISE. THEY ACCOMPLISH WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO, WHEN THEY'LL DO IT,WHEN THEY'LL D IT AND FR THE QUOTE. THEY CALLED ME AND ASKED PERMISSION TO START EARLY [ YES] WHEN THEY GOT DONE,THEY CLEANED UP THE AREA,TO BE CLEANER THAN WHEN THEY 1st ARRIVED.. Great team!

From the moment I read about Solar Up NH and ReVision Energy's part in the project, I felt confident that this was the right team, with the right materials, right knowledge and skills, and the customer service to back up their work. I also have felt that solar energy was the way to give back to Mother Earth. The installation crew went about their work with professionalism, friendliness and respect for the property. Everything they did from installing the panels to connecting them to the converter and hooking up communication to the modem, was left looking clean and neat. I came into this project not really knowing anything about how solar energy worked, so I had lots of questions! Everyone I ever have spoken to at RE has been patient with my lack of knowledge and great at answering questions in an easily understandable way...no insider jargon and tech talk, just clear communication, which I particularly appreciate! I'm still asking questions and they all still seem happy to hear from me! They also were wonderful as I moved through the permitting and rebate application processes, putting in an extra effort so I could take advantage of rebate and tax deadlines. All the paperwork was prepared and ready to be submitted to the proper department with usually only my signature needed. And I'm having fun watching the monitoring of solar energy production each day (not that I need to, but because RE made it possible for me to do and it's addicting)! I love knowing that I'm reducing my carbon output in this way. ReVision Energy made it all easy...every step of the way!

A year later, still very happy with ReVision

Our experience with ReVision Energy was 5 star worthy from the beginning to the end of the project. Their sales person was very nice, came out to the house, looked it over and discussed our options. We made a plan and a month later the team came out and did our installation. Our house is a 1941 colonial garrison with a fairly tidy footprint, so we went with 22 270 watt LG solar panels and a heat pump hot water heater. The ReVision team was very friendly, thorough and yet did everything in a timely manner. Over the last year, our savings on both electricity and oil have far exceeded our expectations. Would absolutely hire them for another project if we ever move to another house.

Working with ReVision Energy was a great experience from start to finish. They were informative about the system, provided a complete analysis of our roof to provide an estimate of expected power production. I appreciated that there was never any kind of pressure, only information. ReVision took care of all of the paperwork for state rebates. The installers were absolute professionals, they were curteous, exercised extreme care coming in and out of the house for the work in the attic and basement, making sure they did not track any snow or dirt in. We were scheduled for the installation in March, having had about 7' of snow over the winter, we expected at least a month or more delay, but they were only about a week behind. We were pleasantly surprised when they issued us a credit on our final bill for the lost energy production due to the minor delay. This is a company that stands behind their promises. I would highly recommend ReVision Energy for any solar project.

Residential installations can be intimidating, but ReVision explained it in a way that demonstrated their strong knowledge and confidence. Bergeron Solar System (Electric and Hot Water)

Cannot say ow happy I am with the system. It has been a year by now, and I already have about over month's extra power on reserve for the harsher winter months. The panels are not the eye sore version of years ago, they look sleek and well balance on my roof. The Staff was very patient, helpful and efficient in the overall process, from quoting, to install, to cleaning and follow up questions. Hats off the the highly energetic crew on site, knew what they were doing and was happy to explain it all as they went (very transparent). Highly recommend both product and this vendor!

Great Experience and Very Please

Revision Energy was a pleasure to work with. Everyone was very polite, dependable, and professional. Our 11.6 KW system is functioning beautifully. Our electric bill is $13/month and we no longer pay for oil to heat our hot water. I give Revision Energy my highest recommendation.
