Fast, Friendly and Effective

I've wanted to go solar for a couple of years to reduce both my carbon footprint and my electric bill. When we moved to Cayce this summer it just seemed like the right time. I called Jeremy and got a quote the same day, the panels were installed a month later in October and my Tesla Powerwalls were installed in January. Every person that I spoke with or that came to my home was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful of my property. My electric bills went from the high $200s to $18.67 my first full month, and I didn't even have the Powerwalls yet. I can wait till my entire electric bill is just the basic connection fee! And I get the tax credits for 2020 too.

Can't beat a great experience

We had solar panels installed through Renu. The whole process was streamlined for us, the prices were some of the best we had found and the customer service was excellent. Even the install team of guys were wonderful knowledgeable personable people. During the process we met Lauren P. and the Sunteam, they are amazing. I never realized what a difference it makes to have a dedicated service team on hand for any needs that might arise or to assess any problems just for me practically. They treat each customer like a priority. I wish my cable services were as great. I can't recommend them enough.

Awesome Company to work with

I was tired of paying outrages Power bills, So Contacted Renu, Cooper came out with in a few days and discussed all my options . He even had another meeting with me and my wife to make sure She understood everything that was going to happen. From that point , Holly was in constant contact with me making sure That I new where we were in each step. Even reminding me to enroll for rebates when available. The Install team Came out and knocked out the installation of all panels and inverters in one day , the whole team is probably the best company I have ever done business with. Would recommend Renu To any one wanting to go Solar.

All the associates at the Charlotte office have been awesome!

Met Cooper Bortz, we made a game plan for my wife, and I. Copper was very knowledgeable, and was welling to listen to my questions, thoughts, and concerns. He was just a phone call, or email away. The associates at the office , Hannah,Holly have been very informative, and always check back with us on out project with solid information. The team that came out, to put the solar panels on where very cautious about how they went about things. The electricians were awesome explaining things. Was a pleasure to work with everyone. Fantastic group to work with! From start to finish, they delivered everything they promised. No pushy sales techniques, knowledgeable on site staff, incredibly friendly and professional install crew (who are employees of Renu and not contracted out), and they guided me through the whole process in a very clear and up front manner. All around couldn't be happier with the service I received!

Great Overall Experience!!

We interviewed several installers and went with RENU because they were comparably priced and easily answered my wife's zillion questions. Jeremy Pitts was absolutely fantastic...willing talking through decision factors, and extremely quick turnaround on email. Another important deciding factor for us was the simple fact that RENU does a site survey BEFORE the installers show up instead of part of the install as many of the other installers we spoke to, so the install team knew exactly what they were looking for when the got here. Speaking of the install team....they were incredible. They were fast, efficient and polite. Will even took the time to walk our 8 year old through how the process worked and answer his questions...we were truly touched by that. The only slightly frustrating part was communication once the contract was signed. A different person handled each piece of the process, so it was a bit clunky to get the 'right' person when questions arose. However, everyone we talked with (Rachel, Thomas, Holly, Evan and Nadia) was dedicated to getting our project to the finish line as quickly as possible. Overall, our system has performed,as, if not better than expected . The panels look fantastic and we are seeing a decrease in our monthly power bill. Thanks RENU!

Fantastic Solar Company to Work With, Highly Recommend

Renu is a fantastic company to work with. We researched pretty extensively before picking Renu, and they were definitely the best choice. We factored in cost, quality of materials, quality of workmanship, and customer service. They seemed to rise to the top on every metric. We signed with Renu and had our install just a few weeks later. The install itself was incredibly easy. The team was prompt and courteous and really professional - they were done by lunchtime for a 9kw system. Excellent communication, planning, and service.

From sales to installation and beyond, my experience with Renu was great. They didn't try to oversell me on my system, and were very clear about pricing and timelines. When going through the planning and approval stages with the utility company and HOA, they were attentive and responsive when issues arose. Installation was a breeze, and the install crew was informative and professional.

Great Experience

Installed solar on another home 15 years ago; knew I wanted solar on new home. I spoke with Justin before I closed on my new home in SC. He spent a lot of time answering all my questions and was my first contact with Renu. My system was installed one month and one day after I closed on my home, all went smooth, all dealings have been professional. Great experience, happy to have selected Renu Energy Solutions.

100% as expected

Our solar system has been up and running now for almost 1 month. The people at Renu were professional, quick and attentive. All communication was excellent and the project went off without a hitch. So far, we are approximately on target for the production expected. The limit on our production has proven to be the inverter - the panels have a bit more to give but we can't use it, and I regret we did not put in a slightly larger inverter.

Great installation experience with Renu

Renu just completed installing 31 solar panels on our Hendersonville, NC home. The work went smooth and fast. All the guys were courteous, professional and efficient. Dillion, Al and Will let us know exactly what to expect and worked with us on any questions we had. We will highly recommend Renu to anyone who is interested in going solar! We had a wonderful experience with Renu. After a tornado damaged our solar system, Renu came to remove the system on the roof and later returned to re-install it after the roof was repaired. Communication was wonderful, expectations were set and met without issues. Technicians were very friendly and professional. Renu Energy Is Economical and Customer Service Is Awesome!

Having lived in our house for over 20+ years, we noticed that our electric bill was steadily climbing in the recent years. So, in early May 2020, we decided to delve into the possibility of going solar. We received consultations and quotes from several solar companies and Renu Energy Solutions was by far the most knowledgeable and customer friendly. The LG panels have a tradition of being well-rated and their installers made them look fantastic on our house! Renu service technicians stayed until the job was totally completed and always kept the job site clean. The customer service representatives were efficient and kept us well informed from the beginning of the process until the installation was up and running this past week. It is fantastic to see the energy that we are making with these panels and we know that the savings will not be far behind!

A highly professional group, that went out of their way to ensure my wife and I had a good experience. Will and Will team did our install and were fantastic to work with. Fantastic Sales, Service, and Installation

From sales, survey, to installation, I have been very impressed with Renu Energy Solutions. Nicole Frouche, the sales person, is fantastic with her knowledge of the business. Rachel has coordinated all aspects of the timing of the survey and installation. On installation day, the electrical and solar install crew were outstanding. They dealt with weather issues but kept a cheerful attitude and stayed on the job until it was finished.

Great Company

We decided to add solar to our forever home. From start to finish the people at Renu have been very helpful and informative. The system that choose for us is perfect. They did not try to upsale us, even though we upsold ourselves :). The install crews where great, they were respectful of our home, covid practices and the cleaned up everything when they completed. They completed the install of our panels and our battery system in one day. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking to add solar to their home.

Renu Comes Through

We meet with different companies before selecting Renu. We chose them becasue we were impressed by the knowledge of the sales representative, Nick Zink, as well as with their ability to self-perform the installation. My husband was headed overseas and we wanted to expedite our installation. Renu came through for us! Their project coordinator did a great job communicating through the process and each group leader did a wonderful job communicating as well. The installation crews were very organized, professional, respectful, and tidy. Our experience has been great so far. We're now waiting for our meter so we can switch over to solar!
